The product looks great and feels tougher than the original roof. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess our mobile RV tech made in trying to seal up the leak. During the work they took great care to make sure everything on the inside was covered. They also took pictures during the process so we could see the steps. We took the RV back a couple weeks later to have it buffed, polished and detailed. They also replaced the front cap decals that were completely faded. The RV looks as good as it did 10 years ago when I got it! I researched lots of RV repair places for the roof work and in so glad we chose Accent RV. It was a little bit of a drive from San Dimas but well worth the quality work they provided. It is rare to find a shop that communicates well, sticks to the estimates, doesn't upsell or cut corners. This shop is easily a 10/10. I would highly recommend them for your roofing, detailing or decal work.

Chuck, initial sales promised multiple items to repair and upgrade…read more For months we texted and called Herman to find out the status of repairs. I would occasionally get ahold of Herman & he would promise text into a of updates. Herman stated he was short staffed and was unable to get the items repaired due to staffing but they were "working on it". My texts were often ignored. He did not send photos or videos as promised during these months. From Dec 2020 to Oct 2022 we had very little Communication as to what was happening with the rig. During this time we relocated about 4-5 hours away from their location so it was of significant hardship to just "drive on over". Finally Herman stated that the RV was done around end of September after repeated unanswered messages. Luckily the day he said the date that the rig was "available" I happened to have employees in the area to pick it up. I offered this as a quick solution since they had taken since dec 2020 to work on this Fifth wheel. Herman stated that the employees would have to come with cash, they were closing too soon to when they would arrive, and he couldn't gale payments on phone or business card. He proceeded then to change the terms and state they only take cash and I needed to either send employees with cash or be there in person with cash. Taking a day off with a helper for a several hours day was a slight task. Halfway through the following weeks Herman calls and states if I don't pick up AsAP he will charge $75 a day storage fees. Of course, this is absurd as they have held the RV hostage for 22 months now, and suddenly they are "rapidly done" and need this $$$$ and picked up with SWIFTNESS? Okaaaaay. So, we get a day together, give Herman a weeks notice, (he promises it will be washed and ready) make the drive annnnd lo and behold.. Repairs are NOT done. Herman stated he admits he didn't do a walkthrough prior to having me drive down. Not only are the punch list items not completed, there is new damage due to them leaving the RV sitting in the sun for almost two years. We get a punch list for repairs he should have done, damages he will repair, and fixes. He also tries to tell me they "changed the counters" out? When they clearly just sanded and lacquered the original counters. I went back through my Phone and it's the same counter, just lacquered. Sink isn't sealed and lacquer was painted over the edges so obviously they did not cut a new counter and drop a sink in. We almost leave him To the repairs, but on second thought and reviewing their online reports we decide we will just take it home and get repairs done at another place. So... This escalated quickly because they now come back and argue they will hold the RV and lien the vehcile if we don't pay the invoice ... for repairs that weren't done? Herman then brings in Chuck, his wife, some Kid, an enter life who call my repair issues "piddly", and that I'm full of poop because the tires are "new" even though they are 2019 tires and have been sitting in the sun for two years. Herman got extremely shady and started backpedaling on the "punch list" as being a "free" doing me a favor list, although they are damages from their shirt staff and repairs that weren't completed). My wife states she will be writing a review and they say, we will just sue you for defamation of character, so good luck. I'll be waiting for that lawsuit. Meanwhile my driver is asked to leave because he's calling bullshit; so they call PD. Mind you, the officer states "he can't get involved in civil matters"; however, we are absolutely correct. Services were not rendered. They are holding property hostage for payment for services and repairs not completed. I am now hours into this, have been up since 3am to get the rig and back to home at a decent hour. Kids are melting down with my wife extremely upset. Under duress I have to pay them for more than is even should be right, so they will let me take the Fifth wheel at all. So we finally "settle" (not); and Herman then won't release the fifth wheel unless I sign a "release of liability" releasing them of all Claims. Like what?? Lol. Chuck. Good ol' chuck. Chimes in its "an automotive law". that states if there are disputes you release liability. What. So i call a dealership and they've never heard of that "law". I ask chuck if he can look up the law and he just shakes his head. *NO! Lol. Ok chuck. So, in order to get the fifth wheel I have to pay you for repairs you didn't do (thousands and thousands and thousands ), and sign this liability waiver under duress or you threaten to lien my RV and sell it ... Forgot to mention the "repairs" (tires and suspension and a terrible caulk job) are warrantied for ... THIRTY DAYS!! Hopefully a wheel doesn't fall off after 30, but if not we can just hike on back 8 hours round trip and hope they will honor the repair ... Not.

FANTASTIC RV SHOP! Bought a newer 2017 RV that had some serious sun damage on paint and strips…read more I was quoting other companies and the Facebook marketing algorithums put Overland RV in front of me on my feed. Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

DONT TRUST OVERLAND! Was quoted $370 to "Re-Sew" awning and…read moreInstead they duct tapped the seam and tried to send me on my way. This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

Once we arrived to our campsite, the toilet valve quickly followed suit and was leaking a steady puddle of water inside... forcing us to shut the main water valve off. So there we were with no AC or water on vacation in summer heat. Found RV Mobile Specialists who had excellent reviews, so I contacted them Sunday morning & by Sunday afternoon they responded stating they would be able to come look at it. Monday morning Gerard arrived to our campsite and, looked everything over. They gave us options for repairs, but we ultimately decided to replace the unit with a new one. Gerard and Jonathan were professional, prompt and very friendly and had obtained all the parts and completed the work in a timely manner. Within 4 hours we had a working toilet and a new AC unit installed....blowing cold air, saving us from a potentially miserable vacation. Their pricing was fair, competitive and honest. We would highly recommend to anyone needing RV repairs and would use them again if we end up back this way on vacation someday. We were shown the Big Red RV remodeling which was nearing completion, interior was beautiful workmanship, which was our understanding of the quality of work done here. First our rear bumper needed to be prefabricated due to a tow bar breakage which rear ended our rig and broke our bumper. The fabrication went excellent and the process was smooth as insurance was involved. We then decided to have our passenger wheel wear looked into as well as our air conditioner in dash. A tie rode was needed as the one in ours was stress fractured, air-conditioning was a bad compressor, which was repaired. Now each of these processes required my calling onto OCRV repeatedly placed on hold,transfered to A.J or Egor whom made verbal promises to get parts information together and return my call in a next day report , None of which Ever occurred. I'd call back a week later requesting information and was told a "sorry" I got busy,or I didnt get parts yet. Now when one calls OCRV a recording states "exceptional services, return calls up to date service" none of which has been shown to us. 4 months now we are on time for our appointment at 11am showed up at 1036a.m. After 1/2 hour wait we are told by our rep hes not able to meet us for a personal illness issue currently, 11:30 a.m. another person is suppose to assist us. 12:00 and still no help with our rig appointment. Now we demand our rig to be done and we will pick it up next week.
