The staff is consistently friendly, the food is delicious, and there are plenty of side dishes and meat options to choose from. We usually go with the King menu, which we really enjoy. Overall, a very decent KBBQ experience. My partner and I showed up at a good time as we were seated immediately. The staff helping us were very quick, kind, and helpful. Our drinks came out very promptly and we didn't have any difficulty with asking for a grill change or requesting more sides. The options are limited for the Prince menu for the price, but the beef options were great. You can't go wrong with bulgogi or anything marinated. The fire cheese chicken was okay - the marinade overpowered the cheese dip flavor. If you want a new pork flavor, try the Wine Pork Belly. Restaurant was clean. Good for any occasion. read more

The restaurant itself is nice, clean, and has a good atmosphere, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The food was average, and the side dishes were incredibly tiny compared to any other Korean BBQ place I've been to. On top of that, we overpaid because we were charged full price for both of our kids, even though I later found out my 7-year-old should have received the half-off child pricing. Our actual server, who I believe was named Fernando, was really rude and inattentive. He completely dismissed us and didn't even bring napkins or utensils--we had to flag someone down to request them. Thankfully, the other servers who stepped in to help us were great and got us what we needed, but due to the poor initial service and ok food, I would not go back or recommend this place. read more

I typically go to another Korean barbecue place in Chino and other types of green barbecue. I don't typically enjoy getting anything else other than brisket. I really did enjoy the brisket here as there was no fat in it and I felt like I was able to eat 4 to 5 rounds of meat. The only thing I say is that this place does get really packed and the spacing between table tables is pretty close. Due to this there is also very loud music and unfortunately, the hostess or the possible manager often complicate himself and complicate deceiving. I will say this has good food, but the service is a bit iffy. read more

The service was great and so was the food. This is the only KBBQ spot I go to with my family and it's always a great time. Unfortunately I don't think anyone cleaned the booths because my white pants were brown stained with oil when I got up. Wang Cho Korean barbecue was one of the other Korean barbecue restaurants that in Riverside besides koreana and it was really close to where we were. It opens at 12 PM until 10 PM and other days it's 12 PM to 11 PM, I believe on weekends. when we got there, we had to sign in even though we were the first customers there we got seated within five minutes, and they took our drink order and they brought all of the appetizers and got our order. The price was decent. The food was OK. It wasn't that great and the customer service was OK. It could've been better. I kept having to raise my hand and having to track down our server to get us more water or more appetizers or anything like that I wish he was more proactive and asking what we needed instead of me having to raise my hand and say excuse me I need this or excuse me I need that . overall, I wouldn't really come back here again. I would probably go to another Korean place somewhere in Orange County or something. read more

My family and I used to visit this ayce Korean bbq restaurant all the time a couple years ago and yesterday we were in the area and was craving some good food. This was the first time I saw the restaurant not busy and there was no wait to be seated. There's now a limit for how many meats you can order at a time, four was the limit, and you aren't given any sides unless you order it. Our original waiter was quick to help us out but we never saw him again after the initial order. The meats came out extremely quickly after our order was placed but it was very difficult to flag down any staff if you wanted sauce or sides. I had to ask three times to get some hot sauce before finally receiving it 15 minutes before I left. Our waiter/waitress switched every order and three or four orders in, no one stopped at our table to see if we wanted to order more. The staff would purposely avoid eye contact and it felt like they were trying to rush us out, we had only been there for an hour and the time limit was two hours. The staff also never refilled our water until I asked. I was honestly disappointed by the customer service, while every table around us were attended to, we were ignored and disregarded. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like being ignored by the staff. read more

this place is good. However, it could be better. The service was okay. Our server, Robson, was very friendly and good. However, we would go long periods of time, needing a grill change and needing to order. I know it was not his fault, more of a team effort. it was very busy! we understand and appreciate how hard our server worked. We were sat by the patio and the doors were wide-open around 8 o'clock at night . It was freezing and the entire meal I was shivering. This was perfect. We selected the "king" menu for us and our kids (kids under 8 eat half-price!) - and went to town. The servers were super attentive, delivered food and drinks quickly and accurately. Our grill was changed a bunch of times (which was super helpful - never been to a KBBQ that was so on top of that!). And the food was SUPER tasty. Loved all of it. The wait was about 40m (6pm on a Sunday night) - not too bad at all, honestly. Totally recommend. read more

The family and I went on Monday an hour after opening and it was already packed; and a 15 mins wait. The server got seated 5 tables back to back couldn't keep up with drink, adult drinks, and we got sides way after the first batch of meat already done. The table in front ours complained about the service. First time we ever visit this establishment and it was not a very good impression. read more

Save your money and eat some place else, I do NOT recommend this place. 1) Went there on MLK Day for lunch but was specifically told that the lunch menu did NOT apply because it was a holiday. Why would an establishment use a Federal holiday against its customers? The hostess was rude, the waitress was rude, and the food had no flavor. We found out later from another waitstaff that they had more sauces but she didn't bring any to our table even after I specifically asked her if they were more sauces and she said no, only the chili sauce and the one for the brisket. We will not eat here again because it was not a good experience and plus you smell of smoke that you must immediately take a shower and wash your clothes afterwards. read more
