The food was okay, the server had a terrible attitude tonight. He was not attentive, we had a party of 8 people and he just brought out the food and left everything on the side of the table without even trying. He would leave for long periods of times and when he'd come back it was almost like he was forced to be there. We get it, we were a big party of people, but he got a $50 tip for CRAPPY service. Not what I expected. First time to visit this place but have been in Wang Cho in Chino. The service is better at Chino. Although the lead gets our meat serve fast but the change of the grill takes a long time. You keep reminding them for a change and other things that we requests we keep reminding the servers. This was my first time coming to Wang Cho and I have to warn you, if you come here you will be HOOKED and continue to think about the wonderful quality the next day. From service, which everyone was willing to stop when you called them, to the quality of meats and veggies and sauces, everything exceeded my expectations. Service over the past few years has really gotten worse! I am rating over the few times we have been. Sometimes good and sometimes bad ( keep forgetting what we asked for). Today there was dried rice on the sauce cup i got, there was a stainless steel brush remnant on our grill!! really disappointing!! And how i hate when they are trying to reach over or above your head to clean or get dishes because as always you will get spilled on. Food would say really good korean bbq selection. Our family came here for dinner after my little sister in laws graduation. Honestly I found it to be just OKAY! I didn't like that they A) didn't have cooked appetizers and B) everyone at the table had to order the same thing. The meat was soooo blan and even with the salt they provided it couldn't make it taste better! Also they don't have fried rice like what even kind of place is this no fried rice as an option!! And the garlic butter didn't have enough garlic flavor I had to order like 50 and I swear it wasn't enough. Only reason I give 4 stars is cause the staff was friendly and the establishment was clean! Man oh man. This place is so yummy. Inside is clean and spacious. You can tell all the food is fresh and kept well maintained. We came during their lunch hour on a weekday which is 16.99. I think it's basically the smaller dinner menu, but it's all you really need. Service was great, our waiter was really helpful and attentive. Some reviews have said it but everyone there helps your table. One "bad" thing was my husband ordered a beer and the lady who took the order for it forgot. He didn't get it until our 1st round was over and we asked about it. The meats we got were all flavorful and clean. I can't remember all the names but some were fire cheese chicken (my fav), pork bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, honey BBQ pork, and fire pork belly. Every single one is a safe choice. They sat us in a big square table with three grills for 12 of us. Everyone seemed to enjoy the meats and drinks. The service was okay as we kept on the to replace orders. The place was big but floor felt a little greasy. We also ordered a ton of short ribs and rice paper but what didn't taste all the great were the galbi fingers, for some reasons they were dry even tho they had so much fat on them and they were split in half. We came here for my niece's bday on Friday evening. I like that we were able to reserve a table so that's why I gave it 2-stars. However, the service was horrible. We had two servers and neither of them seemed welcoming and barely smiled. Felt like we were a bother. The sides looked dried up and not appetizing at all. Another thing that was frustrating was the grill was being changed constantly! I mean, I'm grateful for that but he came every 20 min to change and each time we had a grill full of food. Not sure if he did that purposely but he changed it each time with a full grill about 4 times within the hour. We sat outside where the tables were not comfortable to be eating at, two of us had nowhere to place our bowels to eat. Service was actually the only good thing about this place, our server was very kind. Unfortunately the bathrooms were horrendous. The changing table for the babies was broken and the large bathrooms toilet was leaking and had a puddle of water all around it. Every stall was dirty with toilet paper or toilet seat covers were everywhere. The restroom was over all disgusting. For the price we payed I would expect this place to have nicer restrooms than Jack in the box. The food we got was overall ok and the adult beverages were fine. But I don't know if it was worth my money. This place has potential if everything was as good as the service and the food. read more

Wang Cho is located in the Riverside Plaza on the backside. They offer indoor and outdoor seating and have plenty of parking . There is a small bar located inside as well. The food was good here and they have a few different food packages to choose from. It's a little expensive but I'd say it's perfect for a date night. They also have a lunch special. I gave three stars because of the table arrangement. We were sat in the middle at a huge table. The table was very inconvenient as it was just two of us . I also don't like sitting elbow to elbow with strangers while I'm trying to enjoy my food. Service also wasn't too friendly . They were busy so maybe they were just overwhelmed . Best ayce in San Bernardino county area. I usually eat in the la area kbbq so I would know what's good. This place has great premium meats. The decor is good and I like the selection of meats. I do have issue with the slow service when it's busy and sometimes they are forgetful and the smoke can get bad too when it's busy and ventilation isn't that good. Other than that. Went with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I took a little cake and the person that checked us in kindly said they could put it in the fridge. While eating we heard waiters singing HB at different tables. When we were finishing our food, my husband told our waiter about our cake. Our waiter came with the cake, still on the box and in the bag and hand it to my husband. We had to ask for plates and napkins. When he brought the napkins and extra plates, I told him again it was her birthday and we were hoping to sing for her. He just looked at me and left. Right after that he came back with the other waiters, with a cake and a candle and sang at the table next to us. I know singing HB is additional that they don't need to do. It was unfortunate to see how obvious it was he purposely just didn't sing at our table. Food was great, as always. The place was extremely hot.
