I've recently just completed my Invisalign with them and couldn't be more satisfied. Service is fast, efficient, and the doctor takes the time to address all of my concerns. It's difficult enough keeping track of my family's appointments however, the staff helps so much through early scheduling, reminder text and phone calls, and accommodations whenever. Definitely recommend.

The facility is very clean, modern, and brand new, with updated equipment and chairs. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Nathan Nittayo is great--he keeps it real, explains everything clearly, and is transparent about what's necessary without trying to upsell like many other offices. He takes time to educate you on your condition in a way that's easy to understand. He even comes out to greet patients personally when entering and actually remembered me when I came back for follow-up work a month later. Appointments are punctual, and even during a cleaning scheduled with the hygenist, Dr. Nittayo checked in to answer questions when passing by. The hygienist I had was excellent too, and it was probably the most painless, comfortable deep cleaning I've ever had, done thoroughly in about an hour with explanations along the way. This office is a great addition to the area; it's a small but growing privately owned business that I hope will continue to grow. Also a bonus that they're open on Sundays, which is rare and really convenient. Highly recommend.

My husband questioned why he should be charged when the crown had already failed twice within a very short period. It seemed reasonable to expect the office to stand behind their work. Instead, Angie stated that the crown came off because he had not been consistent with his dental checkups. I found that comment both unprofessional and inappropriate. As mentioned, we only sought treatment at this office because it was an emergency and our regular dentist was unavailable after hours. My husband routinely receives his cleanings and dental checkups throughout the year. As a Director in the customer service industry, I would never speak to a client in that manner or make assumptions about their personal habits without knowing the facts. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. The lack of accountability and the way we were treated left a very negative impression.
