Allison is a great optician at this location. knowledgeable, kind, patient and funny. She helped us last January and today, still gave the same great service as last year. Went in for a could have our glasses we purchased at this location to be tightened. Allison acknowledges you as soon as you enter the Warby Parker door and give you a heads up on wait times. Today it was virtually no wait for what I needed although the store was busy. Thanks again Allison.

Box of low bridge frames. They don't have these out on the floor. You have to ask for them. Same price as other standard frames. $95 each.

Thank you to Rageni and all of the super friendly staff we interacted with at the Warby Parker store on Saturday for their help. I just got my second pair of Warby Parker frames in time for Christmas. I got the Hawthorne frames in Black Ink for $195. Warby Parker's metal frames are $100 more expensive than their standard frames which are only $95 each. I also got the ultra high index lenses - the thinnest lenses available for high prescription lenses (for blind people like me) - for $130 extra. So, $325 total, tax and shipping (free) included. The ultra high index lenses are new. Previously, they only offered high index, but thanks to advances in materials science and lens technology, ultra high index lenses are now available. I have a flat face so initially, I was only interested in purchasing one of Warby Parker's low bridge frames (also only $95 each). If you want to try on their low bridge frames, you'll have to ask a staff member because they don't keep them on the showroom floor, only in a special box. The low bridge frame selection is limited. The Welty and Percey low bridge frames were my finalists until my fiancee pointed out that the metal frames could fit my flat face too. I tried on the metal frames that I liked and we both agreed the Hawthorne looked best. I had my fiancee take pictures of me in the three finalist frames and posted a poll on Facebook: http://bit.ly/2PFYKmN. The winner? Hawthorne. However, Welty was a close second. During the time I was receiving answers to the poll, I tried on all three frames for Rageni and two of her coworkers to see. They and my fiancee agreed, consistently with and independently of, the results of my social media poll. Hawthorne was the winner with Welty a close second. Personally, I liked Hawthorne the best too, not only for the look, but also, when I smiled, the tops of my cheeks did not hit the bottom of the Hawthorne frames; they did hit the bottom of the Welty frames though. Also, the Hawthorne frames had a cleaner and slightly more professional look, were more lightweight, and the material was higher quality (a difference I could both see and feel). Rageni checked me out on her tablet and the checkout process was very fast and simple. I had my glasses prescription on my phone which she transferred to her tablet. The rest of my information was already in the system since I've purchased from Warby Parker before, billing and shipping addresses, and all. I've never looked for and purchased a pair of glasses so fast before. My receipt was automatically emailed to me. All Warby Parker glasses come with a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Scratched or damaged lenses can be replaced at no charge for up to one year (also no questions asked). Adjustments can be made for free, in-store, for the life of all frames. Thanks again to Rageni and the entire team at Warby Parker, a truly great company.

I love Warby! I've been getting glasses here for 4 or 5 years. Every pair had been sturdy and durable, but please don't test this out my sitting on them! Perks: Their prices are very reasonable and they replace your lenses for free within a year of purchase! Location: I prefer the Buckhead location over the Howell Mill location because they have a larger selection. Buckhead also has a photo booth, albeit last time I went it wasnt working. However, the HM staff is just as friendly and helpful so this location is still a good option. Anything you dont see in store you can check out online.

Staff was dope. Greeted me immediately as I entered the bldg. All the employees that I interacted with had an awesome personality. What I love most about the store is that you pay the price on the sticker. No additional fees included. The price includes the frames and single vision lens. Estimated shipment time 2 weeks. Can't wait for my new frame!

Always phenomenal! Walked in to get my glasses fixed and it took 5 mins to do! During the day traffic is not as bad! If you want cool glasses that stand out from other brands come visit!

I love the atmosphere. The employees are very welcoming and very informative. A staff member offered to clean my glasses for me. The Store Lead (Torana) was also helpful in making sure we had all our needs address. We're planning on using their services in the future and recommend the others.

I heard about this place from a friend that wanted to spend a little bit less for her glasses, So I check this place out. I would have to say that the customer service is really good, and their glasses are pretty cheap too. The glass is typically ran about $100 a pair. When I thought of something being cheap I was thinking $20 or $30 or so. But Depending on the insurance your insurance will reimburse you. Which can be a little tedious but in the long run very affordable. The process of me picking out glasses was quick and easy. I will definitely be gaining more glasses from this establishment. They had a very good selection of different styles within frames..

My first pair of WP glasses were from their Buckhead location and I enjoyed that shopping experience as well.

Also she helped me pick out the coolest pair of new glasses. PS- Dr Jen mentioned my prescription had hardly changed, so I wouldn't need a new pair of glasses. What?!? My recent appointment with Dr. Lindsay Eisenberg was efficient; however, during the exam, the doctor used her fingers to demonstrate slanted eyes while discussing dry eye and made a comment about Botox in relation to this. This gesture and remark were racially insensitive and have no place in patient care, as comments and gestures of this nature affect whether patients feel safe seeking care. I have decided not to return. Overall, the clinic runs smoothly, and don't forget to request your updated prescription at checkout!

However, the 7 day return policy is not flexible enough. When it comes to progressives, you need a few days to adjust to them. If there's a problem, one needs time to return to the store, find out that the prescription might be wrong, reschedule another ophthalmologist appt, and then return again with a new prescription. For people who work, it is not possible to miss so much work--or get another doctor's appointment so quickly--and return to fix the glasses. I spent a few hundred dollars for unwearable glasses because I work full-time and could not get back into the store with a new prescription within 7 days. I had to wait another year before I could address this due to insurance coverage. I recommend DHEC for standard glasses and the outstanding staff, but if you need progressives that might need some adjustments over time, you might want to consider a place with a more lenient policy.

I was told that appointments were given a 15 minute grace period. The receptionist then asked if I would be able to get there by 9:00am. I told her my GPS was showing I would but I didn't know what traffic would do. She thanked me for calling and we hung up. I wound up arriving at 9:03am due to 2 lanes being blocked because of an accident. I was told that I would have to reschedule because I was a new patient and there was paperwork I would have to fill out. I asked why the receptionist didn't tell me that I wouldn't be seen if I was past the grace period. The check-in person said that she heard the receptionist tell me that they give a 15 minute grace period. To be clear, the receptionist didn't tell me my appt would be canceled. I asked if 3 minutes really made that big of a difference and she said "yes because I was a new patient". So, after traveling 90 minutes to get to this appt based on a friend's recommendation, I left without seeing anyone. I understand that doctors have tight schedules, you as the patient have to allow for Atlanta rush hour traffic (which I did do by buffering for an extra 45 minutes) and they told me I had a 15 minute grace period. I am frustrated that I now have to turn around over 3 minutes. I guess if you have to give one patient more grace, it's too much. They have their rules and I have my disappointment. I advise anyone making a morning appointment to allow 60 minutes because 45 wasn't enough for me personally. This office rates high. I'm sure they are great if you're lucky enough to get there on time.
