Staff very rude. A bunch of circus monkeys could do a better job than these clowns. Warby Parker isn't that great of a brand any longer, and this location's staff is the worst ever--making the whole customer experience horrible. In January 2025 I placed an order for some glasses and received them. When I received them, the lining around the lens was misaligned. I didn't really understand that my glasses were misaligned until sometime said something to me about them. I was able to temporarily pop them back into frame but they kept popping back out so I had to take them to get readjusted here at this location twice. Fast forward to eight months later, I go to the amazing people at Stanton Optical to get an eye exam. The technician checking my WP lenses informed me that there wasn't even a prescription in the right lens! I was totally shocked. The technician there actually recommended I contact a lawyer because being sold a faulty medical device puts you at risk for injury. It's just not right. Warby Parker totally messed up my glasses and I had been walking around with non functioning glasses for eight months. Initially I figured it was no big deal I could take them to WP to be repaired and/or replaced right away no charge. Boy was I wrong. To my absolute surprise, WP said they were not going to replace my glasses for free even though they had hugely messed them up. They asked me to pay $65 to replace them. Since it had been over 30 days, they would not replace them for free. I just didn't think that was fair at all! Point blank period. Not at all! And I was not happy! I was speaking to Allison about this matter. I want to note that the manager, Rachel, was refusing to intervene, just standing there passively listening to me rant without once trying to mitigate the situation or offer a solution. That really kind of pissed me off because WHAT ARE YOU DOING. I know I'm not crazy because at STANTON OPTICAL I actually broke a pair of glasses and they replaced them for the cost of 20% of the frames so I know that people are in fact, willing to be more than fair to you in this industry, even when it's your fault. Warby Parker made a huge mistake on my glasses and simply refused to remedy the situation for me in a way that was fair and right. It was totally their fault. I was very disappointed and let down by the policy! Thankfully there are plenty of other places to shop for glasses, because I won't be ordering from there again. And thank God I got glasses at STANTON OPTICAL, because if I had relied on Warby Parker I would have been screwed out of $65! read more

I went to the other location near me at PCM, and wow, what a difference! There I was treated with the respect and patience all customers deserve. After dropping some items off at my new condo in Midtown, I took the less than 10 minute drive to this location of Warby's. I admit, I do not take the best care of my frames. I probably purchased these glasses (don't remember the name, but they are clear rounded rectangular) 2 years ago now. I tend to take them off in bed and not place them on my nightstand which leads to them getting crooked. I came here on Saturday afternoon and was quickly seen by one of the staff located at the back reference desk. I was shocked, because the store was definitely busy! This is probably a kudos to the store manager, who had enough staff present to take care of everyone without a wait. He told me my prescription was expired, which was helpful. He also answered my question about getting sunglasses with my prescription, hence the previous tidbit. The man who helped me did my FREE adjustment quickly (this is probably the service that has made me a loyal Warby's customer). I also mentioned my frames got dirty, and he offered to also clean them by removing the lenses first. When he finished, my glasses looked just like new! I will always recommend Warby Parker's. Thank you to Rageni and all of the super friendly staff we interacted with at the Warby Parker store on Saturday for their help. I just got my second pair of Warby Parker frames in time for Christmas. I got the Hawthorne frames in Black Ink for $195. Warby Parker's metal frames are $100 more expensive than their standard frames which are only $95 each. I also got the ultra high index lenses - the thinnest lenses available for high prescription lenses (for blind people like me) - for $130 extra. So, $325 total, tax and shipping (free) included. The ultra high index lenses are new. Previously, they only offered high index, but thanks to advances in materials science and lens technology, ultra high index lenses are now available. I have a flat face so initially, I was only interested in purchasing one of Warby Parker's low bridge frames (also only $95 each). If you want to try on their low bridge frames, you'll have to ask a staff member because they don't keep them on the showroom floor, only in a special box. The low bridge frame selection is limited. The Welty and Percey low bridge frames were my finalists until my fiancee pointed out that the metal frames could fit my flat face too. I tried on the metal frames that I liked and we both agreed the Hawthorne looked best. I had my fiancee take pictures of me in the three finalist frames and posted a poll on Facebook: http://bit.ly/2PFYKmN. The winner? Hawthorne. However, Welty was a close second. During the time I was receiving answers to the poll, I tried on all three frames for Rageni and two of her coworkers to see. They and my fiancee agreed, consistently with and independently of, the results of my social media poll. Hawthorne was the winner with Welty a close second. Personally, I liked Hawthorne the best too, not only for the look, but also, when I smiled, the tops of my cheeks did not hit the bottom of the Hawthorne frames; they did hit the bottom of the Welty frames though. Also, the Hawthorne frames had a cleaner and slightly more professional look, were more lightweight, and the material was higher quality (a difference I could both see and feel). Rageni checked me out on her tablet and the checkout process was very fast and simple. I had my glasses prescription on my phone which she transferred to her tablet. The rest of my information was already in the system since I've purchased from Warby Parker before, billing and shipping addresses, and all. I've never looked for and purchased a pair of glasses so fast before. My receipt was automatically emailed to me. All Warby Parker glasses come with a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Scratched or damaged lenses can be replaced at no charge for up to one year (also no questions asked). Adjustments can be made for free, in-store, for the life of all frames. Location: I prefer the Buckhead location over the Howell Mill location because they have a larger selection. Buckhead also has a photo booth, albeit last time I went it wasnt working. I purchased my last pairs of eyewear almost two years ago, so the time had come to replace them. My experience had been so poor at some of the more traditional competitors that my vision insurance "forced" me to use that I chose to cancel my insurance and go the Warby Parker route. The overall costs (looking at monthly premiums and out of pocket combined) was less money to go with Warby than it was to stick with the traditional vision insurance route. My last experience buying eyewear involved a long process of trying on numerous, poorly laid out frames plus an hour long check out process during which I had to explain and re-explain my vision benefits and insurance to the associate. I even realized weeks later that I hadn't gotten the anti-glare coating that I had wanted. Shopping at Warby Parker today could not have been any more different. What a delightful experience! 1. The Warby Parker app is awesome, and I had enjoyed trying on a number of frames virtually before stepping foot into the store. 2. The store was very COVID conscious with required/suggested hand sanitizer at entry. All tried-on frames are dropped in a bin and sanitized (usually within a minute or two!) by an associate. This was particularly important as the process was so quick and efficient that frames weren't taken out of circulation for long. 3. The sales associate that I interacted with was very knowledgeable and efficient, able to answer all of my questions about additional sizes and colors available to try-on. 4. The labels on each frame are so extremely helpful. I knew from previous experience that I needed a wide frame so I was able to immediately eliminate the other sizes (narrow, medium, extra wide, and low bridge). I love the clearly marked options so I didn't waste my time trying frames that clearly wouldn't work. 5. The frame options are so much more unique here than at other eyewear stores. I needed multiple frames today (regular, computer, and sun) and walked away with three very distinct items. 6. The checkout process is a dream. Minimal information is required including just a picture of my prescriptions. A quick and easy app to measure pupil distance was used. Even the basic $95 frames come with anti-reflective coating. I spent $400 on three pairs of glasses - a standard pair, a computer pair with blue light filtering, and sunglasses. Considering one pair at my optometrist's office would have cost that much, I consider this a DEAL! Plus, the associate mentioned that replacement lenses cost only $50. Since I've been quoted $200+ in the past, I consider that another amazing deal. 7. The final product is shipped to you. As I live about 35-40 minutes away from this store, this is a huge perk. No mandatory returning to the store and waiting around to be handed a product that you could have received at home. If I need any adjustments, I can either make them myself at home or then make the drive to the store. But I absolutely love that this trip is optional, not required. I walked away from the store feeling on top of the world. My husband agreed that the process was impressively easy, akin to what you experience at an Apple Store. Because their "procedures" did not allow them to replace incorrect lenses in my defective glasses. I was amazed that the manager dug in her heels, insisting that "their" procedures prevented her from accommodating my request. Never mind the fact that I have previously purchased glasses several times and recommended them to friends and family. Keeping previous clients satisfied is not a priority for them...I will encourage people to check out their competitors from now on. read more

Brought my WP glasses here for an adjustment after a year of having them and the staff made eye contact with me as soon as I walked in. They were quick to help me with my adjustment -- I didn't even have to wait even though the store was pretty packed when I walked in. I waited less than 10 minutes for my adjustment and with the ample free parking in the area, it made the experience a breeze! I also purchased my glasses at this location; they are my second pair of WP glasses and I loved the entire experience. I'm a proud four-eyed nerd and I need new glasses. I'd gone to Warby Parker a couple of weeks ago to try on glasses but wasn't sold. After ordering glasses online and wailing in distress after seeing how ugly they were offline, I went back to Warby and got myself a new pair of frames. What makes this Warby Parker store stand out is the service. I encountered at least 4 people on my visits (3 ladies and one gentleman) and everyone was fabulous. They were all helpful without being pushy and very knowledgeable about their eyewear options. (The frames I ended up purchasing were actually suggested by the man on my initial visit, and I always kept them in mind.) I have to give a special shout out to Tiffany who completely supported me in my eyewear decision, even though it wasn't the most bold. I'd also like to give a special shout out to the young lady who cleaned my lenses because they are friggin' sparking at the moment but I didn't catch her name (Yelp fail.) Regarding my lenses in particular, I'd asked about a blue coating that helps to reduce the harm staring at a computer all day does to my eyes and they gave me some tips to use on my computer to help with that. I just love how young people keep us old folks up to date on the technology at our disposal! And the best part is that even after trying on several pairs of frames, standing still for measurements and providing the information to get me set up in their system, I was in and out of Warby in less than half an hour. I'm very serious about how I spend my time and I appreciated how they allowed me to select my frames and discuss my lens requirements quickly and easily. I heard about this place from a friend that wanted to spend a little bit less for her glasses, So I check this place out. I would have to say that the customer service is really good, and their glasses are pretty cheap too. The glass is typically ran about $100 a pair. When I thought of something being cheap I was thinking $20 or $30 or so. But Depending on the insurance your insurance will reimburse you. Which can be a little tedious but in the long run very affordable. The process of me picking out glasses was quick and easy. I will definitely be gaining more glasses from this establishment. This is a review for the Howell Mill store. I ordered transitional lenses, at the suggestion of the woman who waited on me. She said they were just as good as sunglasses. Received them yesterday and they are not as good as sunglasses so I initiated a return. After being cut off several times (you aren't actually calling the store, but you think you are) and being on hold multiple times, I was told I would receive my mailing label within 2 hours. I never received it and so I called again today. After being put on hold twice, I was told I would receive the label today. We shall see. I think I'd rather paid more money, and get it right. I have ordered WP glasses for years. This is the first problem. read more

Throw in a wide selection of eyeglasses, even low nose bridge frames, at an affordable price, sunnies, and a buy-one-give-one ethos, and you can't really go wrong. I've been to this location three times now. Once to try on and buy a frame, and twice for adjustments. Each time, no matter how busy it is and how many people are in the queue behind you, the sales reps or the opticians are patient and spend as much time with you as you need. WB clearly isn't a one-stop shop where you can get your eyes checked and see your glasses being made in an hour, but for what WB does do, it does well. read more

I used the try on frames through the mail using Warby Parker and found a great frame. I ordered online by submitting all the required documents and the glasses were delayed by several weeks. Every time that I would call for an update I would get several excuses and the wait time was extremely long as well as the customer service is terrible. Service is impeccable here. I wandered the store by myself for a bit, but I already had my prescription, so I was just waiting on a service rep. They check you in like at Apple, and someone will eventually call upon you to help. COLIN LOW BRIDGE FIT I didn't find the pair that struck me when I was wandering, but once the service rep came up to me, he knew exactly what I needed. I said nothing fit right and he knew I needed a set that was made for low bridge noses. He went to the back and brought back a box of 9 pairs of glasses made for people like me. The first pair he gave me, was a hit. I tried on other pairs in the special collection but the first one was the winner. I paid $95 and I got my glasses within the week. FITTING I came back to pick up my glasses and also have them fitted to my face. They helped me adjust to the new lens but still needed some tinkering. I went home very happy and have been using my glasses for a month now. I will return for a better adjustment and fitting again soon since my glasses still slip on my face, but that's something that can be remedied and was expected. Only bad thing is the 7pm close time. Trying to make it after work was hard so i wish they stayed open later. ADJUSTMENT I came back a month after the fitting since my glasses were starting to slip. They directed me to an optician who was able to help me adjust my glasses right then and there. The whole process took about 10 minutes and I left very happy! My glasses don't slip anymore and they sit better on my face now that they've bent the glasses to fit my weird shaped head. read more

I stopped in to get my pupillary distance measured for the glasses I ordered. I wish I remembered the name of the person who helped me, but she was very helpful! I got my measurement (which was off by 2mm and that can make a difference in people with bad vision like me), and after looking at my prescription she said took another measurement to add to my order that I would benefit from. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful! I already love Warby glasses but I'd recommend this brick and mortar location to anyone who has more specific questions or needs! I'm glad they're trying to be sanitary during COVID but was surprised (though I shouldn't be) that they didn't have any information about their waiting list online so that I could call ahead and make an appointment for my incredibly simple glasses adjustment. Instead, I was added to a waiting list despite the fact that there were 3 people just standing around. Don't get me wrong - I'm so, so glad they have hand sanitizer and are (kinda) enforcing masks. Warby Parker is without a doubt the best place to get quality glasses at an affordable price. I prefer this location over the Buckhead location because the parking is free. This location has a great selection of glasses and the employees are very friendly. They were able to re order my old glasses through their system even though they were not available in the store or online. I also learned that they will replace just the lenses for $50 if your prescription changes and your frames are in good shape. Lastly shipping is quite fast. I ordered on December 30th and they were at my apartment in a week. I'm truly amazed at the quality of my glasses for such a great price. At the eye doctor with my insurance I would have easily spent double the price on a worse quality pair. Warby Parker can not be beat and the service at this store is top-notch. read more

I guess everyone that works here either lives within walking distance or is not from Atlanta and has never experienced Atlanta traffic. I got prescribed glasses for the first time so I was dreading having to go through the process of picking out my first pair. But Warby Parker made it a great experience. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful in offering advice and recommendations based off of my preferences and facial structure. The store has a cool atmosphere unlike the depressing optical stores in the ends of failing department stores in abandoned malls. It was well lit and colorful and had neat books on the shelves to test the glasses I guess. Plenty of racks of glasses and mirrors to quickly try things on one after the other. The selection is very nice. All sorts of styles and everything felt really high quality without the huge markups at the usual glasses stores. After help from multiple employees, I made my choice and one girl rang me up on her iPad. All in all, it was am enjoyable experience and I can't really see why anyone would go anywhere else. I came with my boyfriend to look for a pair of glasses for him; and he found a pair literally in 15 minutes! I ordered mine awhile ago from a shop back home in Chicago, and I absolutely love the Warburg Parker process. It is so easy to do and the best part is....IT'S AFFORDABLE!! If they don't partner with your specific eye insurance, they will ice you a receipt that you can send into your insurance to get reimbursed. I ended up paying around $20 for my frames AND lenses. Without insurance the most I was going to pay was around $145, which is nothing compared to designer brand frames that on average cost $300+. I will always buy my frames from Warburg Parker from here on out, and I highly recommend for anyone to do so! They have a great variety of styles for both men and women! read more
