We had our radiant heating installed during our whole house remodel in 2014. Overall this is a great system and Warm Floors provides a thorough design and documentation for future troubleshooting if needed. Since we had the luxury of designing from scratch we installed ten zones that are controlled through Nest thermostats. I would use Warm Floors if I ever did another project in the future. We have had several issues over the years and Warm Floors was quick to resolve, most recently a circuit board on our HTP water heater failed. Jay is a master technician and spent a few hours diagnosing and replacing the circuit board. Shout out to Eric and Kimberly in the office for expediting my service request. read more

Warm Floors installed my radiant floor heating ten years ago. We have had some problems with the various components and they have been good about honoring warranties and getting technicians out to fix things, sometimes at their own expense. Recently, we had a major problem with our boiler. They got a technician out to work on it over the weekend and we had hot water next day. It failed because of a manufacturing defect. After getting us up and running, they also worked through the warranty on the old boiler (which was close to the cut off). I was pleased to find out that two months later they were able to process the warranty and I'm getting a four figure refund back. Very pleased with them. read more

For the past two years since their initial installation by Warm Floors, we have enjoyed the subtle comfort of our radiant, hydronic heating system. This past winter, some air was introduced into one of the zones which resulted in some gurgling noises in the walls. In addition, another subcontractor accidentally de-pressurized the system when making an unrelated plumbing repair. I called Warm Floors to address both issues and, within days, a knowledgeable, friendly Warm Floors technician was out to address both issues quickly and cleanly. When there was another, subsequent pump failure a day later, they were right back out, no questions asked to address it as part of the original scope. We still live in the same home and with little to no maintenance it has functioned flawlessly ever since, for 23 years to be exact. The company also designed and installed a radiant heat system in my parents home, built in 1984. Warm Floors has always stood behind their work, even as technology evolved and updated. Unlike Microsoft or other tech companies they don't stop supporting their older versions. Their commitment to service is unquestioned. Radiant heat is the best, hands down. No blowing air, no dust. Just silent heat. However it's true that this route is more costly than your typical HVAC. But you only get to live once, and I can verify, my heating bills are less than my neighbors. read more

Warm Floors installed my system 22 years ago. I asked for a new NEST thermostat. The technician came out and couldn't hook one up for various reasons. He spent a lot of time at $140 per hour "fiddling" with the wiring and still no results. One expects that they're experts and should have told me at the onset that NEST won't work on old system unless lots of time is spent to make it compatible. Irregardless they ran up the bill and the thermostat wasn't installed. I had a NEST installed for an air conditioning system in less than an hour by another contractor. I believe this firm pads hours although the technician was a nice guy. Don't use WARM FLOORS. read more

PART 1: I, 2010 I purchased a house that had a system designed by Warm Floor (as indicated by a sticker); however, WF claims that they did not install the system. Recently, I have had some issue with leaks caused by another contractor and bad zone actuator valves, and Sergio and Kristine from Warm Floors were great at working with me to affect the necessary repairs. Thank you to you both. Your get five-stars. PART 2: The original system was either not designed properly or not installed correctly, as there is an entire portion of the house that is always cold. I surmise the heat is either in the ceiling or in the walls, but definitely not under the floor, where it belongs. When consulted, I was told by the previous owner that it is 'Radiant' heat. Well, I am not sure where he got his degree, but unless the heat has the strength of the sun, it is not going to radiate down to the floor from the ceiling. I was advised "Put insulation in the floor" and "Turn up the temp". That accomplished nothing. So, during the afore mentioned repairs I asked Warm Floors for a quote to disconnect/abandon the ceiling pipes and replace them with pipes under the floors. I was advised that I would have to remove the insulation, to which I said fine. I received a two-line proposal for almost $13,000. When I asked for more detail, I received an email from Micheal Luttrell (President) advising (direct quote): "For all of our work, for installations running several hundred thousands of dollars to the simplest of service calls, we never break down the work. Per State Contracting and Taxation rules, we work as a lump-sum contractor. Break downs turn into arguments about costs, and we don't have the time or stomach for such. If you want to know more about us and our work, check out our reviews on Google or Yelp. Our reputation precedes us. Shortly before Matisse died in 1954, he was sitting in an early auction of his work and a fairly simple looking painting on the block went to several million dollars. A reporter next to him snottily asked "humph, how long did it take you to paint that". Without even taking a breath, Henri Matisse replied "34 years". Well Mr. Luttrell your competition was more than happy to provide additional detail (e.g., type of pipe, system flushing, system test, etc.) and if I am willing to remove the insulation, which your proposal mandated, their proposal is 69% cheaper than yours. If I wish them to remove and replace the insulation, their proposal is still 49% cheaper than Warm Floors quote. Morale of the Story: Just because it took Matisse 34 years to learn how to paint, it does not make the price for one of his paintings correct. read more

We bought a house that Warm Floors had installed radiant heat in when it was built in 2000. Since then we have gone to them for any maintenance issues, mainly about water heater and the pumps. They have always been prompt in responding and have fixed any problems we were having. Last time, our heater was making weird even disturbing sounds, and Jay stayed all day working on it, making sure it was working properly. He tested everything before he left, even coming back once he had left because he remembered something else to check! They definitely take good care of their customers. read more

Warm Floors folks designed and installed our system in 1991. Every once in a while, not often, I have a problem, and the people there have always been great helping trouble-shoot over the phone and giving me ways I can fix it myself or sending me parts to replace failed ones. What I enjoy is speaking with the engineers who take a real interest and pride in the systems they have designed.
