I upgraded to European oak wood floors in the house and Joey was the one who helped me through the whole process. He really knows what he's doing. He gave honest input, helped me pick the right tone and finish, and made sure everything fit the space. The crew he brought in did a clean, professional job. There was a small delay with the material delivery but Joey kept me informed the whole time so it wasn't a big deal. The final result looks amazing. The floors completely changed the feel of the house. I'd definitely call him again if I decide to do the upstairs later. read more

Had these folks install hardwood floors I. Our home. They do not tell you all of the potential issues in their bid process. As a result we had several expensive change orders which almost doubled the price over their initial accepted bid. Of course they had already begun so what choice did we have! Had to replace damaged baseboards and hire a painter to touch up everything when they left. Project took 4 weeks versus the promised 2 weeks. Pulled guys off to support other jobs during our project. Their stair installer is a true craftsman! Can't say that about the rest of their team. They broke a window in our French doors and finally agreed to fix. They did not properly screen off the rest of the house so we had dust everywhere! They also didn't pay for the cleaners we had to hire to clean all the fine dust they left behind. They advertise "White Glove" service-far from it. Would not use them again. read more

I don't write a lot of reviews so I waited a couple months after our newly installed floor (2,300 sq ft) we purchased from WC before I wrote this review. Buying new floors during middle of COVID is not easy. However the staff helped as best as they could and greatly appreciated it. They informed us on lead times, availability and offered suggestions to alternatives that didnt meet our timeframe. After going back and forth regarding availability, we ended up with our first choice and Melissa helped us out & guided us through the whole process. We recently went through an almost full re-model including new flooring. I was struggling and overwhelmed with making a decision and a friend referred me to Melissa at WC. She was so incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process. We ordered the flooring I chose and after it had arrived, I had changed my mind as I found something else I liked better. I was concerned that this would be an issue, and she was quick to assist in getting me what I wanted - NO PROBLEM at all! Their crew came to install - the 3 guys that handled the project were Mark, Jake and Jared. AMAZING! Hard working, prompt, respectful and courteous in my home. The attention to details these guys had blew my mind .... there were things that they noticed that weren't even on my radar. We had an issue with fitting under our door jams and instead of having to replace them all, they quickly found a solution to remedy the situation and problem averted. Melissa assured me we would still be on time and no delays. SO RELIEVED! I don't review very often, but I could not get over the ease of working with this team of experts. Worth EVERY Penny. If we end up doing floors again down the road, I would definitely work with this company again hands down. This rating is based on customer service only. WC did not get so far as actually acquiring my job due to an insulting sales associate. I appreciated the owner Chris's upbeat, can-do personality but hey, if you've got people working for you that run customers out the door well, that's a problem and it isn't the customer's. Bigger problem for Chris is this particular sales person, Kylee, is his own daughter! Entitlement issues much? They all but had the job provided they gave me a quote on labor that wasn't too out of whack. I provided Kylee with the name of the flooring ( the flooring goes by several names) I had found through Sterling Carpet and Floors when she oddly shot out at me, "Well, if you're going to run all over town trying to get the lowest price I don't think we can help you." Uh yeah, I went to Sterling ( who gave me all the names the manufacturer calls the wood floor by) and am now offering to give you the job and that was ONLY because I liked Chris's positive disposition. Hope it turns around for him but I won't be back. I'll buy the flooring from Sterling and use my GC's guy on labor after all. What a dumb move/mouth. Pops should suspend her allowance and send her to the back room. LOL. read more

The wood was beautiful, very beautiful. I had confidence in them from the start. I guess you can tell a person with good taste within minutes of meeting them. Melissa was our contractor and she did a good job tolerating my perfectionist approach to everything. They gave me the floor I had only dreamed about and the price was fair. I love my walnut floor and new baseboards. The job was started quickly within 1 week of signing a contract. They came back 3 times for no extra charge at my request to add a few minor changes. Why the 4 star? One star is missing because the workmen put too many scratches and nicks into the walls. I saw them dragging in the uncut wood from the garage letting it scrape the walls many times..aarrrggg!!! They did fix it before the end of the job, it looks good now. Top class experience! We recently re-built our home and worked with Missy from the inception. The showroom is incredible and each person I had contact with in the showroom was consistently great. Missy helped us choose a french oak wood that was beautiful and within our budget. We installed the wood floors throughout the house, including the staircases with solid oak treads. The outcome exceeded our expectations and the quality of the install is impeccable. We had a very unfortunate situation with our builder that necessitated removing and replacing the stair treads days before the COO. Missy and her team were the only vendor not to point fingers and because of them we were able to get into our house before X-mas. During the final phase of the build process, our floors were scratched quite deeply and it spanned 4 planks. I contacted Missy and she came out personally to asses the damage, scheduled the work within 72 hours and the outcome is like new. I cannot say enough positive things about Missy and her team. As a company, they are a benchmark in professionalism, customer service, product variety, and quality of installation. I would never consider using anyone else to supply and install hardwood flooring and hope that we have the opportunity to work with them again! read more
