Update- don't buy a gift certificate from these folks. I have called twice now about not being able to use gift certificates when booking online and been told someone would call me back and no one does. I was told there's exclusion for the certificate but the certificate literally says there's no exclusions so now I'm out money I already spent that they already have but won't let me use. I'm over it.

    Oxygen Facial Description
    Morriah M.

I was so looking forward to a relaxing visit for a facial. My original booking time was tomorrow but they called and asked if I could come a day early, which was fine. I received a text saying they are in a temporary spot across the street from their former location. It was also a house with easy parking. I arrived 10 minutes early and upon entering I was greeted and asked to fill out a questionnaire. I finished and was told my aesthetician would be right down. I waited, and it was then 7 minutes past my appointment time so I asked if she was with another client and she said no and then took me upstairs to the treatment room. The aesthetician was friendly, once the treatment started, I asked if she had a headband to keep my hair back, a normal thing that you would get. She said she didn't know where they were and took about 5 min to find one. Come to find out, their location across the street had a fire so they were shut down for two weeks then moved to this temporary location and most of her things were still in storage bins. The treatment continues with a face wash and then she immediately applies the oxygen treatment, which was odd to me but whatever, I got steamed, then a mask and sunscreen and it was done about 35 minutes after starting but I had paid for an hour for $135. I felt cheated that I didn't get the time and attention I was hoping AND paying for. I feel like if they weren't prepared to take clients yet, then they shouldn't have asked to move my appointment to a day earlier. The aesthetician was very friendly though so I feel bad for writing this but, it wasn't worth what I paid and I left feeling disappointed.

    Foot detox chart

The treatment here is five star quality, start to finish. I used a website special that combined the foot Detox treatment with the body wrap. The foot treatment starts off in a living room area. The ladies provide you with magazines, cold water, and a big screen tv. I chose to sit in silence for the foot detox. There is a chart that is provided which explains why the water turns specific colors. My second treatment was the body wrap. The wraps are soaked in a gentle liquid that does not require rinsing. I was on a bit of a time constraint so I skipped the measurements portion, be sure to give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the treatment. I sat up and leaned back slightly in he infrared sauna. Unlike a traditional sauna you won't feel and intense heat to make you sweat initially. I was so comfortable that I simply fell asleep and woke up completely sweated out. When the wrap was removed I was completely relaxed and I could feel a tightness in my skin. Hours later I could feel the tightness still. This was a great way to celebrate my birthday, it was very relaxing and the ladies truly cater to your needs. The space is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Stop by and try an infrared sauna if you never have!

This was my first time going here, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. This is perfect for a person who likes a small place home like spa that offers more of a holistic type service and likes more of the sports therapy type massages which is not when I wanted, I was looking for more of the pampering type spa. I wanted to relax and destress. The foot detox was cool and gross at the same time lol

Enter either the men's section or the women's. Find the locker number attached with your electronic key and take your shoes off. 4. Enter the main changing area and change into your clothes. 5. The mixed sex area has different kinds of saunas. I'm not sure if the type of sauna has any impact, however, there is a difference in temperature. The salt sauna seemed to be the hottest. Grab a cushion and go and lie inside one of the chosen saunas. There is even an ice room. 6. For the pools, go to the men's or women's section. This is where it gets a little uncomfortable. No clothes permitted. So it's complete nudity. There is a cold pool, a warm pool and a hot pool. You must shower before you enter to the pools. There is also a sauna and a steam room. Now for the services. There are multiple different kinds of services. I went for the foot massage, which was amazing. A shout out to Zaluda. This cost $70 for one hour. She was excellent. I also opted for a body scrub, which I've never had before. Boy was it beyond what I was expecting. There are two elderly ladies that have all the energy in the world that do this. You have to be completely nude and you lie down on a plastic covered table. It started off felt like someone rubbing my body with sandpaper. Ouch. I thought I would have to stop after a few moments. However, it got better and boy did dead skin get sloughed off. I was spun around, put in all sorts of awkward positions with one leg up in the air, my legs wide apart, my arms above my head, both front back and sides. As awkward as it was, I felt thoroughly clean at the end. She intermittently through water over me with a bucket. Things that concerned me: - you need to have your ID with you, which they keep at the front desk. They do return it once you have paid for all of your services. - nudity. I was not expecting this. My fault for not reading the reviews before. One gets used to it after a while, but it took me a moment. Overall, this is a great place to relax and rejuvenate. It is clean and the people working here were very nice. A great spa day.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍

We enjoyed this smaller one a tad bit more for several factors. This jimjilbang is less crowded and not over stimulating. They don't have a specific time when you can get mats out, the bathhouse is smaller but offers a steam room, dry sauna and, cold and hot bath for soaking. They offer 4 levels of body scrub, my husband and I got the basic scrub which was equivalent to a scrub you get in Korea and very much worth it. They start at $60 and go up to $190, the higher ones included facials and other stuff (I was told). This is not a place to go if you need a new, glamorous look. It is older looking but nonetheless still serves its purpose. The areas were very clean and kept organized. The staff were phenomenal, no discrimination took place from start to finish. We received a warm reception in all areas, and they were very accommodating. We will be back!!

As Black customers, the experience felt targeted and biased. I recommend that Google review the business for inappropriate and discriminatory behavior toward guests.

I am a former I-ACT certified colon hydrotherapist. I worked in the industry for almost 10 years…read more I have owned spas and flipped them. I too offered both the open and closed system at my last spa business. I am also a dedicated client of the colonic industry. I attribute this therapy as a tremendous part of my healing / detoxing regiment when I was working to naturally reverse a diagnosis of advanced cervical cancer with a prognosis of 6 months - this was in 2002. I share this to offer an understanding of my perspective about Koyfman Colonic & Whole Body Cleansing (KC) I had my first colonic at KC early morning Xmas Eve. The front desk presentation is so warm and welcoming. The staff is in uniform and clearly everyone is living a lifestyle of health and wellness: clear skin / bright eyes / warm smiles / physically well balanced. The therapy rooms are EXCEPTIONALLY clean and comfortable. Light spa jazz music is played in the background. Dr. Igor Koyfman, who is the son of the original founder, Dr. Yakov Koyfman, has such a very calm and patient presence about him. He thoroughly explained the procedure to me. KC has both the open AND closed system therapies. I chose the open thinking it would be like any other typical Angel of Water or Libby. The basic set-up is the same, However ... the re-engineered gravity flow, designed by Dr. Koyfman, is something I had never experienced. I felt the water traversing in the deepest / furthest regions of my colon - no pressure At All. This was the DEEPEST cleanse I have ever experienced in my 30 years of being a client of a colonic spa. Even as a therapist myself, and I really enjoyed my work, I now know my clients did not get this deep of a cleanse, although their sessions were amazing - according to their reviews. I have made a commitment to cleanse / detox ONLY at KC every 2-3 months when I return to the states. In the metropolitan of Atlanta, there are a few colonic centers and I have been to Most of them, seeking this kind of overall experience. Heavenly Thank You Dr. Yakov Koyfman for heeding to your calling. Thank you for pouring into your son, Dr. Igor Koyfman. He is doing The Work and showing others the way as well. What a Blessing.

I waited until my trial was over before judging and writing this review. I bought a 4 weeks trial…read morefrom Groupon. However, if you go to their website, you get a 2 weeks free trial. I wish I would've investigated first and saved me some $$. What I find misleading about the whole Groupon deal is that it's 24/7 and staff at certain times. I'm fine with that but when I went to redeem my Groupon. I first went to the Sandy Springs location cause heck, it's Sandy Springs but it's in an abandoned shopping center with hardly any activity and would look scary to go for a 24/7 workout. I am already have gym memberships elsewhere, why the Groupon deal? Busy season at work, I put a freeze on my account so I would go back and needed the 4 weeks to do some kind of workout, anytime I wanted. After going to the Sandy Springs location and it was unsuccessful, I went to Lilburn. It's not fair from my house. It's not as shady as Sandy Springs and definitely had excellent customer service. The facility is a lot nicer and cleaner. I was told that I could only use the facility during "staff hours" cause of my Groupon. I did not like that. The whole purpose is for me to use the facility 24/7, whenever I wanted. So the manager said, he'll do that for me but I was only able to use it for 3 weeks. Alright cool, whatever. I took a class right away. I was right in time for kickboxing. I already take kickboxing classes at a martial arts gym, Team Octopus, so I wasn't going to compare the two. I was going to compare it to taking kickboxing at LA Fitness. Honestly, I was very disappointed in the kickboxing class at Just Fitness 4 U. I felt that it was just moves and you do it 16 times, consecutive on each side of your body. It was just boring to me. I kept looking at the time so the class could hurry up. After class, I went on the treadmill and ran. I went to the women's locker room to use the bathroom. I saw the sauna at the end. Then I heard that we need to hurry up cause the locker rooms will be locked. So apparently, the locker rooms are locked after staff hours. We had to use the two unisex bathrooms during non staff hours. I was disappointed cause I thought I would have full access after staff hours. The next day, I came back for the treadmill and weight machines after staff hours. I came for around two weeks and got bored. The concept of the gym is not bad but it's not for me. After going, I know that a traditional gym isn't for me. If it is, I have to have good classes and access to all facilities 24/7 if the gym is supposed to be 24/7. I think for those who are new to working out and gyms, Just Fitness 4 U is perfect but for me, I will stick to Team Octopus and OrangeTheory.

Since September, we have been charged multiple times and the owner never seems to want to make contact with either of us. On the single occasion that my wife was able to lock the owner down, he lied directly to her face and informed her that he had cancelled the membership. I called back a few days later to make sure our memberships were removed and of course was told that they were still active. We tried to handle this the civil way but the owner of the gym has refused to acquiesce with our simple request and has practically stolen money from us. Additionally, the gym is always in a state of repugnant disarray with garbage and discarded clothing strewn about the area. The restrooms always have hair or toilet paper everywhere. The majority of the staff is unprofessional and constantly seem as if they are preoccupied with something more important when discussing matters concerning anything that does not directly benefit them or the gym. On a positive note, the mature female attendant that works in the reception area during the day seems to be cognizant of her duties and is pleasant enough to speak to.

(Video attached) To be entering into a "digital age" where I can't receive a physical crunch card & have to use the app. The need for a physical ID (especially from a minor) was contradicting. I love this gym & some of the staff have become pretty cool to interact with. Paying the highest membership I should be able to bring young guests that doesn't have physical ID's in a digital age. Unfortunately the men's bathroom is also extremely damaged & at times disgusting. Broken soap dispenser, overflowing trash cans/dirty floors, & workers who demand instead of ask during closing. I'd love to continue to be a crunch member, but LA & OneLife are feasible options for 2026. I understand protocol & respect authority, but running a business (well) requires humility & understanding.

That being said, there's some equipment I've seen at smaller locations that's missing here -- but they also offer extra amenities you won't find everywhere, like the cryobed and massage chairs. Every location can't be perfect, right? I'll set aside my opinions on the trainers here. At Hiram, I had a trainer and befriended a few others, so I know they have quotas, requirements, and jobs to focus on. I don't fault them for being less social -- they're doing what they're paid to do. My only real negative is something I've noticed at many Crunch locations: cleanliness. Trainers are also staff members, and when there are five employees up front talking, checking people in (which really only needs one person), or setting amenity timers (again, a one-person job), I don't understand why trash cans are often overflowing -- and I mean literally spilling onto the floor. One day it bothered me so much that I pushed the trash down in front of a trainer just to make a point. This location does a good job keeping things stocked -- wipes, toilet paper, etc. -- but the overflowing trash bins cause another issue. I've seen people look at the trash, decide not to bother, and drop their wipes on the floor instead. And this isn't just at night or on weekends; I've gone in the morning and seen the same thing. Sometimes trainers walk right past wipes on the floor without picking them up. Overall, this is a great gym with plenty of space, good equipment variety, and nice extras. I just wish the staff made a little more effort to keep it trash-free -- because cleanliness and presentation matter in a gym.
