I usually only give 1 or 5 star reviews. However in this case I will give two stars. I purchased the very last Colt 45 Gov model to be imported into California. Mike delivered on his promise to get the gun from his distributor to his shop by the 12/31/15 dead line. That being said, the gun arrived beat up. The are scratches and stains on the slide, the grips are marred and the box has a big dent in it from where the rear sights made contact. This is a problem with packaging and shipping since the gun appears to not have been packaged properly. The 2 star review reflects both the guns condition and the attitude that I received from Mike. Mike told me to "contact Colt". I mentioned the damage in the store, prior to leaving. I also gave him a second chance to make it right prior to posting this with a phone call. I received the same response of "contact Colt". I paid high retail for this gun and drove 120 mile round trip twice. I expected it to be in perfect condition when I picked it up. This piece of junk is more beat up then the 50 year old Colt that my father carried in Nam. I will not do business with Warrior 1 in the future. This is the second bad experience with a SoCal gun shop in the past month, What ever happened to customer service and why is everything that I purchase today a piece of crap. read more

Att: new gun owners 1st and foremost I want to say that I am a new gun owner and don't have a lot of knowledge on ar 15s or what is what when it comes to other guns. I wanted to support a local gun shop and chose this place to buy my first ar. What Warrior one did with my Springfield saint(ar 15) was illegal after doing some research and talking with another local dealer. They imported an "assault" rifle (btw manufacturers can and must send a calif compliant rifle to calif as of jan 2018. they also are the same price as a non compliant one but Warrior one never told me this and ordered a non compliant version on purpose imo) to make it calif compliant in their shop so that can make more money off of me by buying the necessary items to make it calif legal before i take it out of their shop. They will also try the bait and switch sales tatic and take advantage of new gun owners by suggesting a higher-priced gun and charging you retail on top of it. I hope they get caught with what they did with my rifle and probably others who are unaware how things work and whats illegal or legal. 2nd they stole upgraded hardware from my rifle while making the rifle calif compliant and replaced with standard hardware as I'm sure they knew I had no clue what was what in the rifle. Sure it's my word against theirs in the end but this is what happened. Not only should you do as much research as you can with state laws but look around and compare prices and products before making a decision. I know you will find a better and more honest gun shop as well as better prices then this shop. I would never recommend them and I will not ask for any of their services( even though their guns come with life warranties according to them) or make any gun purchases from them again. read more

I'd like to spend my money here more but the manager/owner? (Failed to catch his name but likely the same guy every other reviewer has had an issue with) just makes it so much easier to go elsewhere. They didn't have the gun I was looking for in stock but say they can order & have in 7-10 days..I ask if they're willing to match a competitors price if I pay in full. He gives me his "best" price which is nearly $40 more than where I can get the same gun at another place..and oh yeah they have in stock. His reasoning for the extra cost is their lifetime warranty they offer with any gun they sell..so why the 2 stars you ask? Well now after basically conveying that I'm not prepared to pay more for something I can get cheaper from somebody else, he just bluntly asks if I want to get it ordered. Uh no obviously not dude. So after I say no thanks I'd rather do a bit more searching he says "well I mean, it's only $40 difference"..wtf! Exactly!! It's only $40 so why not lower your effing price and make yourself a sale? The guys lack of sales tact & customer service skills are second to none, you won't be disappointed. So to that I say Thank You Warrior One!! You were instrumental in me heading on over to Ammo Bros. and finding the gun I wanted at a price I was happy to pay. Came in to shop for our first handgun. No greeting. Handful of people in the shop with 2 people behind the counter, so it didn't seem too busy. Looked around and they seemed to have average to slim selection with average prices. But after waiting around for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, walked out. Came here after emailing and calling mike about selling my Sig sauer p229 in looking to get another glock19, brought it in and he referenced a book for retail. I bought it for $900 and he said they would sale it for $450 and I would only get back $200 for it. He honestly suggested I sale it privately... Greatly appreicated the honesty and was pretty helpful with my friends question about the aimpoint m4 optic. The place it self was motto, for civilians and LEO/military people would appricate it. Not only for the coolness but becuaae they are a blue label dealer for glock. Saves you about $100 compared to other gun stores that would charge you $600 before taxes, and I was quoted $480 after taxes. Gonna say that's a better deal. My only gripe is that at time there were some shady looking characters that came in, good think they carry and got loaded guns hidden in plain sight to the untrained eye... read more

Went in to get a Glock, they didn't have the model I wanted and I asked if they would order it, they wouldn't I guess they were to busy even thou the shop was empty. After looking at thier prices I found out why the shop was deserted on a Saturday afternoon. Every gun was way over priced and every piece of gear was too. I am all for supporting the small shops and a little higher prices but when they won't even put in a little effort to try to get you what you want and mark up thier products,I can find other shops that will earn my money. read more

Warrior One is exceptional and without a doubt one of the better stores out there. In my opinion thee best. This is where you should go in the inland empire. I would even venture to say SoCal. At the very least go and visit one time, give it chance and you will see for yourself. First, Presentation. Medium sized brick and mortar store front but this adds to the experience. In most cases customers end up talking to each other and sharing their experience and stories. The store is very organized, clean, all products are displayed openly and not on a traditional gun rack muzzle up. All inventory is priced clearly, no making it up as you go like some others. There is definitely a sense of pride. Second, Customer Service. This is one of my pet peeves and usually determines if I will be a long term customer. Your greeted when you walk in and you don't have to wait for a number to be called. Both Norris and Mike are respectful, cordial and dedicate their attention to you as the customer. There is absolutely no sense of superiority over customers for lack of knowledge like most stores of this nature do. Ive witnessed this myself watching them interact with customers when I'm there. In rare cases floating may occur but this is acceptable, you are not forgotten about nor do you feel you have been. Business hours are good and they are always there. Favorite place for local law enforcement as well. About another reviewer (SIDNEY R.), I have always gotten a receipt. In fact I have many, probably too many! If someone didn't get one, there must of have been a mistake or "someone" neglected to pick it up. Its good to see Warrior One has rebutted, now we know the whole story. (see google reviews) Third, Knowledge. Norris and Mike are both very knowledgable in there field. Ive learned over time that there knowledge is based on experience. Furthermore they have a thorough understanding of the product they carry. One thing I think that shows character is the fact that Norris or Mike will not BS you. There up front and honest, they are not afraid to say "I don't know" which is generally followed by "but I will find out for you, give me one second". To date I have not found myself questioning their credibility or integrity. Both have a good sense of humor, especially Norris. Fourth, Product. Lets face the facts, this is not a chain store. This is a specialty store that caters to all customers in this market. Whether your new to the industry or an avid enthusiast they have something for you. From an individual just looking for advice, optics, tactical gear, survival gear, safes, ammo or a large caliber rifle, its there. I found it amusing that a reviewer mentioned "another" store had AR's cheaper but didn't mention anything about what they were comparing. You could compare a Ruger AR to an LWRC or Noveske but one should ask themselves is this really apples to apples. Bottom line, Warrior One has a great selection starting in the beginner arena, to one who is an enthusiast or collector of necessities. Good selection of higher end rifles including there own Warrior One branded uppers and lowers. Picked up my LWRC REPR from Warrior 1 which is no joke, fun to shoot and is a nice rifle. So is my LWRC M6A2-S. Oh, and if they don't have it they will get it. Final comments. Customer since July 2012 and to date I personally have purchased 8 firearms from Warrior One and numerous other items such as gear, ammo, triggers, accessories, etc. I have never had a problem besides the damn 10day waiting period. This is a great store. Not only do they have a good selection of guns, but clothes and tactical gear. The employees are very knowledgable, helpful, and treat you with respect. Not like other stores where you are made to feel stupid when you have a question. I bought a Sig P229 and it was a great experience. I also bought a gun safe; after their recommendation, I got a safe than was less than what I originally wanted to buy. Although there was a slight problem with the product, they exchanged it with no questions. It has worked fine since and keeps my guns safe from my little ones. Since the last review I have purchased 3 more guns from Warrior One not to mention optics, magazines, etc. Still some of the most knowledgable staff out there. The reason I am updating my review is I had a mishap with a rifle I purchased from them. A gas piston plug split in two, manufacturer defect. If I would have purchased that rifle anywhere else, I would have had to deal with the manufacturer, send my whole rifle in, and maybe see it again in a few months. Instead, Norris looked at my rifle, took the receiver and the broken part, and made a call right in front of me to the manufacturer directly. 20 min later they are shipping him the replacement parts and sending it over to the shops gun smith to get the rest of the trapped piston plug out. Instead of a few months, I had my rifle back in less than a week working like it was brand new fresh out of the store. Are they the cheapest store out there? No, but with them backing the gun for life even past the manufacturers warranty, I'll pay a little more any day of the week, especially if you are looking for something more than the base model of any gun. If it's rare, they either have it in the case, or Mike and Norris can have it in for you in a few days. I really don't understand the negative reviews. I'm now a regular customer and sometimes I have to wait a few minutes if they are busy, or running the paperwork for another customer. They only have two guys behind the counter at a time usually. I just went here for the first time the other day with my girlfriend. Was kind of nervous about the kind of crowd that would be hanging out in there, as we have been frequenting Turners lately and the people i see in there make me nervous as F to say the least. Some real irresponsible, stupid, straight up "i gotta bad feeling about this guy" characters have been in there lately. Luckily when we went, it was basically empty. I just dont like being around other strangers. Especially in gun shops. They put me on edge. I liked the fact that this shop was smaller and felt A LOT more like a professional gun shop. Also the fact that the dudes working there were carrying glocks on their hip (keeps the riff raff out). Came in initially asking about a 12 gauge we had just got at Turners last week. Ended up leaving with 300 bucks down on a Spring XD 9mm and a new rifle case LOL. We spoke with Chris and Mike. Really really cool dudes. Treated us with the utmost respect and answered a lot of our questions. And i thought i was a proclaimed firearms expert...Mike blew me away with all his knowledge. He even gave me and my lady a few lessons in pistol control, technique and shooting. Also showed us quite a few guns from their selection. They must've spent over a half hour alone with us, which i really liked. Also showed my girlfriend the utmost respect, never once caught em staring at her goodies or saying anything that wouldve came across as out of line lol. Will definitely not be going back to Turners. Yea, like some other people said, some of the guns are pretty expensive. But guess what, those expensive guns are cool as s***. And news flash, if you're looking for a hobby that isnt gonna cost money like collecting and shooting guns, why dont you pansies try birdwatching or iceskating instead. And to the people saying that these guys have horrible customer service and dont seem to care about attending to your needs, well, youre probably just a blatant douche and they dont like douches coming into their shop. I took four of my guns over there to get a good deep cleaning. The prices weren't bad but wondered about their quality of work and assembly with one of my 1911's. Called before i drove out there was helping my 66 year old vet. dad find an amt .380 back up to add to his mouse gun collection. well i spoke to Norris first and he said Mike his buss.partner had one hed be willing to sell this was great no more looking around, Spoke with Mike he described the gun in good condition we drove down that morning, when we got there the gun was great condition, Dad didnt hesitate to purchase. Mike was very very helpfull with my Dad explaining the handgun safety test and all the paperwork needed these days to buy a handgun. Also noticed there nice selection of modern pistols and so called (BLACK GUNS). They had a springfield socom 2 .308 that i would love to own!
