Hate to do this, however I hope it does at least one person some good. I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years. Cleanings have been fine, staff has been fine, Dr. S. always pleasant and friendly. Heck I did a gum graft that I needed and that has been swell (oh and redoing a root canal). I have taken no issue with the quality of the work that has been performed. That said, I do caution (potential) patients of upsell and/or unnecessary procedures. I felt like there was advice to do work that was not yet necessary or more elaborate then a less expensive alternative, especially early-on as a patient. A few weeks ago one of my bridges came out. I called in the evening, the doctor called me back that night which is great, and they fit me in the next day to temporarily cement it back in. The dentist looked at my teeth and said I need an implant a sinus lift and of course crowns for the adjacent teeth. He sent me to the front to get the quote and schedule the appointment. The quote was $26,095.00. Yes, $26,095.00. I asked if this included any insurance and I got a simple "your insurance won't cover this." (And it cost $450 to temporarily recement it.) Did I mention that I have four of these bridges that are all the same age? That's $104,380.00 if I play this scenario out. One hundred thousand dollars...100 large... one year at Harvard (w/o financial aid)... 1.4x average annual US salary... ~3 years of child care...a lifetime supply of Chicken Nuggets (that one's a guess). For a handful of teeth. So I presented the issue to two other dentists - one I had seen previously and one I had not. After looking at x-rays and the bridge, both agreed that simply recementing the existing bridge was plenty reasonable. The bridge is in excellent condition and the teeth underneath were as well. I could redo the bridge for maybe $2-4k to eliminate a little gap between the bridge and the gum - but neither of them thought it was critical. Today I had the new dentist recement it back in. They polished off the old cement and put it back in. $419 if my insurance doesn't cover any of it. The option I was presented with was 62x more expensive then a perfectly reasonable and practical alternative. Again, I have not had an issue with the quality of work provided here. However, if you get an expensive treatment plan from them, then it might simply be the best treatment that is available today. Does that mean it's the only treatment option? No. read more

Dr. Warshauer is the best dentist that I've ever had. He is now retired. I have sent checks 2x to cover payments (one for an unexpected bill, due to an incorrect assessment of what would be covered by insurance) which they claimed to not have received. The billing person needs to be replaced. I then had to cancel an appointment as a result of having Covid. For which I received a 'missed appointment' bill. I'll gladly pay the bill which will serve as a reminder of how the mighty have fallen. This used to be the #1 practice in Boston. I have an appointment with my new dentist on Tuesday. read more

We recenlty received a bill for $401.00 from Dr. Santamaria's office from a cleaning my elderly mother had back in July of 2021. It was a surprise as back in July 2021 Dr. Sanatamaria's receptionist confirmed in advance to her that her isurance was accepted and called her insurance company while she was there to ensure this cleaning was covered. She said it was all set, and my mother left feeling satisfied it was covered. Today we called her insurance company to ask why she was getting this bill all these months later. As we thought it was covered per Dr. Santamaria's office back in July of 2021. After all, her insurance informed Dr. Santamaria's office is not in network. Dr. Santamaria's office also gave her an estimate for crowns totaling over $5,000.00 saying that usually insurance only covers 50%. She went to another dentist for a second opionion, and his office accepts her insurance (in network) and any crowns are covered 100% by her insurance through his office. Due to the miscommunication and misinformation via the administrative team of Dr. Sanatamaria's office, confirming back in July of 2021 that she was "all set" it was stressful to spend almost 2 hours today trying to clear up this matter, their office should dismiss this charge for the misleading information they informed in July. We are disappointed in how they communicated and hope this doesn't happen to others. read more

Dr, Dehni and the A Team at Warshauer and Santamaria did an incredible job with extractions and implants for me. These colleagues are master artisans. When Dr. Dehni removed my crooked, discolored and infected incisor tooth, **I didn't realize it was out until he told me**, that's how much they know what they're doing. Getting a front tooth removed, pretty terrifying, right? Why go to anyone but the best for something like that? By the time the process was complete, my visits to Warshauer and Santamaria truly felt like visits. Back Bay Boston Dentist (Warshauer and Santamaria) have been my dentist for more than 20 years and they are simply fantastic. Here's 10 reasons why you should use them: Reason 1 - They are extremely friendly, approachable and collaborative on treatments and services. Reason 2 - They explain everything they are going to do and why, and always answers all my questions so I understand exactly what's happening. Reason 3 - Over the 20 years, I've needed cleanings, crowns, a couple of implants and an extraction...they do all this in house with expert knowledge and techniques. Reason 4 - They have a beautiful office right in the heart of Boston..so easy to get to and nice to experience. Reason 5 - Everyone on the staff including Kathleen, Kathy, Irays, Milena, Michelle, Donna, Cherilyn and all the rest are great at their jobs and fantastic to interact with. Reason 6 - They work hard with my insurance to make sure I'm taking full advantage of all my benefits including suggesting things I can wait on in the future when insurance would pay better for it. **UPDATE**: The receptionist called me to say that she was able to get in touch with my insurance company and re-submit my claim and that she would let me know as soon as it came in. However, while I was waiting, the owner, Dr. Santamaria called me to discuss my claim. She apologized for any frustrations I experienced with them and was very nice. She also offered to clear my account to zero and we parted ways amicably. **UPDATE** Original Review: - They found a tooth that was unhealthy, proceeded to tell me how I needed to take care of it right away, paraded in person after person that told me how I needed to take immediate action. - They brought in a statement with charges on there that they said would "most likely" based on their experience be taken care of through insurance. Receptionist originally billed it to a completely wrong insurance carrier and demanded payment. I pointed it out and she re-billed it to the "correct" insurance carrier which she typed in all lower caps and researched on the internet for five minutes and still couldn't find a proper billing address and still came back me to saying that it wasn't paid. - They NEVER called me back for a follow up appointment, despite acting SO concerned because my current invoice is being researched by my insurance agent, since the receptionist does not care to help you and only asked me point blank on the phone to charge $1000 on my credit card. -They will harrass with you phone calls and invoices and still have done nothing to further my care. My teeth are JUST like that. But in reverse as they look pearly but are actually rotting away from my skull. So trust me when I say I am a TOUGH customer when it comes to Dentist's I can stand behind. And I can really get behind these guys. Sure, I still have millions of problems but instead of the quick fix they give me all my options, including the pricey ones, and then let me make a KNOWLEDGEABLE call. I never feel like I'm being taken for a ride. My most recent excursion there cost a pretty penny but they worked with me and my insurance coverage to make sure my personal wallet expenditure was at a minimum and that's some good stuff. Not pushy. Organized. So, SO friendly. They remember me every time I show up. Best of all, they don't do the dreaded move that has put every dentist in my past in my personal burn book: accuse me of not flossing. Because I am serial flosser and that ish is WRONG. I was so excited to have dental insurance again when I began my full-time job (how many months had it been since I last had my teeth cleaned???), but this dental office makes me wish I were still doing my own home dentistry. I get a bad vibe...from the hygienist, the receptionist, and the doctor, all of whom seem more interested in selling me on various services than they are in whether I actually need the work done. Last time I went in for a cleaning, the hygienist's bedside manner was awful...first she asked me what kind of ultra dark roast coffee I drink that stains my teeth so badly (for the record, I drink one cup of regular coffee per day), then she told me they had lost my forms (the info sheets i filled out on my first visit), then she proceeded to spray me in the face repeatedly with water while cleaning my teeth, and didn't ask me if i wanted to spit, rinse out my mouth, or even swallow the whole time she was poking around in there. It was very unpleasant. They gave me such a hard sell and were so pushy about scheduling my next appointment before I left that I decided I have to find a new dentist. Everyone at Warshauer-Santamaria is especially nice and kind. I've always received excellent care for all aspects of my dental work, including full explanations, realistic expectations and plain old niceness. For 26 years! I highly recommend this practice. P.S. A good friend remains unhappy with the results of her front tooth crown replaced by her dentist who permanently cemented the crown without letting her see the match in a mirror for approval or even showing her the tooth at all. I started going to Warshauer and Santamaria in 2019. My first appointment I had a good experience with the hygienist who seemed attentive and personable. I had one cracked tooth repaired by a dentist there who seemed competent. I had no complaints with this office. However, I had a drastically different experience in July 2020. I went in for a cleaning, which I typically get every 6 months, but had gotten delayed due to the COVID pandemic. I ended up seeing a 3rd dentist there - I have yet to see the same dentist more than once. Initially my hygienist seemed caring and attentive. Then twice within my cleaning she asked if I wanted to get teeth whitening done. She mentioned that there was enough time to get this done. The cost was somewhere around $100. I explained that while I appreciated the information it was not something I was interested in. For unclear reasons, she offered teeth whitening for a second time during the cleaning. It made me feel uncomfortable, as she seemed to have an agenda and really pushing teeth whitening, which is a cosmetic procedure. I was having some sensitivity in one of my molars. The dentist (who I had never met before) came in and right away seemed brash. He grilled me on whether I was grinding my teeth and told me I could feel with my own fingers that my teeth were more worn down than they should be for my age. I explained that I actually had gotten a Night Guard made by their office the year before. He told me I needed a crown and possibly a root canal. He also told me that I needed two older fillings replaced, which were in teeth that were not bothering me. I explained that neither of his 2 colleagues had bothered to mention any need to replace old fillings within the past year, yet he was telling me these was overdue to be replaced by years. When I tried to ask more of why suddenly I needed such extensive dental work despite seeing his colleagues over the past 1 year who never mentioned significant problems, both the dentist and the hygienist could not give me a clear reason. However, the hygienist seemed out of her realm of practice by recommending dental procedures which are not cleaning procedures. I felt like the two of them were ganging up on me and pressuring me into expensive and possibly unnecessary procedures. I nearly left in tears, because I have never been treated this way at a dentist or doctor's office in the past. I am a physician. I believe it is my responsibility to warn you to avoid this dental office. I do not believe the dentists and hygienists at this office have your best interests at heart. I understand that dental offices had to be closed for an extended period during the COVID pandemic and everyone has bills to pay, but this should absolutely not affect healthcare decisions (including dental health). This office is employing unethical decision-making in order to make profits. I urge you to please avoid Warshauer & Santamaria and if you've already been, please seek a second opinion, even if it costs you out of pocket, because it may save you much more money and potential harm. As healthcare providers, it is our duty to do no harm and I can tell you that these dentists have lost sight of their duty and are putting profits ahead of your dental health. If you have an uneasy feeling about an office, listen to your intuition and get a second opinion. I was sent an estimate for over $4000 worth of dental work to be done. This is a significant amount of money. I called Warshauer & Santamaria to see if I could have my x-rays sent to me and I mentioned I was looking to transfer my care. The receptionist seemed nice. She offered me a second opinion with a different dentist in their office for free. I politely declined, as I no longer trusted the dentists there. She mentioned that I had a bill to pay and when I asked what it was, she said it was for a full set of dental x-rays that were not covered by my insurance. It was denied because this dentist repeated a full set of dental x-rays and these are only covered every 5 years. He failed to actually review my chart and see these had just been done at another office in 2019 and I had the images sent to Warshauer & Santamaria. I was certain these had been received, because at a prior appointment, I was actually present when the images were received. The receptionist I spoke to actually found these in my records. She told me that she would bring this up with the owner Dr. Santamaria and see if I need to actually pay for these since they were repeated without clear reason, besides the dentist didn't bother to review my chart. She said she'd call me back, but over 1 month later, she never called and charged me $168 for the x-rays. I got a second opinion at another Boston dental office by an experienced dentist. He did not recommend any replacing of fillings (could be fine for years) and no crown or root canal. I am grateful for honesty from my new dentist. read more

As I opted not to have dental insurance when I switched jobs, I had more of an opportunity to choose a dentist of my liking. I went through Zocdoc to schedule an appointment for a cleaning and found this place, which was close to work, had great reviews, and had a time that was convenient for me. After reading the rave reviews, I booked a cleaning. If you're a commuter, the location was very convenient, three minute walk from Hynes Convention Center. As everyone mentioned, the office is very beautiful. I came in earlier and they were able to take me in! My hygenist was very nice, detailing me the cost of everything since I was paying out of pocket. I chose this time not to get any x-rays, but went ahead with everything else. She was very thorough, took her time to explain things and overall had a nice experience. Since this was the first time I was paying out of pocket, I can't say whether this was expensive. Its certainly cheaper than me paying for a years worth of dental insurance though! Overall, I had a good experience, I'm probably not going to come back only because though I had a great experience, my previous dentist goes a bit more above and beyond and for me it's all about the small details. With that said, I would recommend this place and think it's a great place to get cleanings! read more

I moved to Boston in 2011 and wanted to find a dentist near where I live. I received a nice welcome letter from Warshauer and Santamaria with a coupon worth $25 for the first visit. I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, just to see if I liked their work. When I arrived, I found the staff to be very cheerful and pleasant. They offered me a cup of tea while I sat in the comfortable waiting room. I thought I was off to a good start. The technician called me in and, after I was seated, asked me if I wanted a rinse to determine if I had oral cancer. My old dentist used to do that by visual examination, so I declined. Then she told me I needed to have new x-rays. I was surprised by this, because they could have asked my old dentist for my recent x-rays, but I went along. The technician cleaned my teeth quickly and expertly, and then began measuring the gap between my gums and my teeth. After she finished that, she told me I had to have my teeth deep-cleaned, as the gums were in bad shape. This procedure requires four visits at $450 a visit. I don't have dental insurance, and said, "That's $2,000!" She said, "Less." Then I went to see Dr. Santamaria, who is very pleasant and gracious. She told me there were things that needed to be done, including bone reconstruction where there had been an extraction, and an implant. I had asked my former dentist about that and he told me to wasn't worth the expense. The total expense of what she told me I needed came to nearly $10,000. I decided to get a second opinion from the dentist a friend of mine goes to. That dentist told me I needed an old filling replaced, and an old bonding replaced, total cost $700. She performed the same gum to tooth measurements, and told me my gums were in perfect shape. I went with the new dentist. I can't complain about the actual treatment I received, and I can't complain about the way I was treated by the doctor and staff. But I'm glad I went somewhere else for the second opinion. It's too bad I don't trust them, because they're right around the corner from where I live, and it would have been more convenient for me, but I'll never go back. read more

She remembers little nuances about her patients and does not scold, but rather educates about flossing. This places looks elegant and lovely, but they're scoundrels. The name of their game is up-selling you on quite expensive, unnecessary procedures. In my case, they recommended a root canal, two cores, and two crowns -- at around $5000 total. Having never had such intense dental issues before, I contacted a friend who teaches in the dentistry department at Tufts and sought out a second opinion. He took new X-rays, brought in a few colleagues, and told me that what I really needed was a filling. Plain and simple. And, coming in at only $100 or whatever, $4900 cheaper. I was outraged. From what I'm told, it's very common for dentists in private practice to up-sell patients. Especially those in expensive neighborhoods like this one. They even sold me on a procedure called 'scaling' which, in contacting this professor friend, I discovered most dentists do for free in a single, more intense regular cleaning. But I had to come back twice (in addition to my cleaning!), be administered anesthesia -- for what is really a deep cleaning! These people will suck you dry. Stay far, far away from this practice. They cannot be trusted to recommend care in the best interest of their patients. read more

I would not recommend going to Warshauer and Santamaria - I used to be a patient, however, I switched because I had such a negative experience. 1. They gave me tons of anxiety by telling me certain procedures such as their separate scaling treatment were absolutely necessary. I was also told I needed several crowns, all of which were going to cost me upwards of $10k (I'm only 25 years old and don't have that kind of disposable income). I actually cried after the appointment. I asked several times how much of this was absolutely necessary, if I could delay some of it for 6 months-a year for financial reasons/as a compromise because I do value the role of dental health as part of one's overall health. However, they pushed me to get to scheduling further appointments. Just a few weeks ago I went to a new dentist for a second opinion- he examined my X-rays and told me I didn't need ANY crowns, just approx. fillings. And no "scaling" treatment. 2. The hygienist was rude and made extremely unprofessional comments about my teeth, saying how my teeth were in such a bad state for someone as young as myself, went ON AND ON about how much work I need to have done, and kept expressing how intense this is for someone this young. 3. I asked them to email me my X-rays, which they never did until I called for the third or fourth time. I had to cancel an appointment with a new dentist to evaluate my X-rays because the office didn't send them over in time. I finally received copies just a few weeks ago after about 6 months. I have had work done on my teeth from crowns to a dental implant and have never had an issue with any of the work. Sheer perfection. Rarely do I feel compelled to write a review about a dentist, but this office is horrible. The receptionist, Kitty is quite possibly the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. She acts as if she is doing you a favor by deigning to acknowledge your presence and seems annoyed that she has to do things like verify your insurance. Her demeanor on the phone is not much better. They try to sell every possible dental service imaginable to you. During my last visit, no fewer than 3 people spoke to me about Invisalign (sp?) braces for the reasonable cost of $6000. They also called me twice after the visit to see if I wanted to set up the $300 intake. I passed. By the way - I have already had braces. This office is super-convenient for me (I work just across the Mass Ave bridge), but I am on the hunt for a new dentist. I am not a fan of the dentist, just as most people are not fans of the dentist either. I have been coming here for 15 years. I have always been very pleased with the service, professionalism and demeanor of all the staff. Most importantly I have been pleased with the results and do not feel as if I have ever "been taken for a ride." I did not have dental insurance and paid cash for all services for quite awhile and always felt that everything that was recommended was reasonable and indicated. Staff always took the time to explain to me why they felt I should have work done. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I first began going to Warshauer & Santamaria because of their amazing reviews. My first and second appointments with them were phenomenal and, like others have endorsed, I too had a great experience with attentive staff. Unfortunately since then, I have received only terrible customer service. Upon arrival to a consultation in March of 2018, the team wanted to do a few x-rays which they warned would not be covered by insurance. Because I trusted them based on my previous interactions, I consented although I felt pressured in the situation. After reviewing my options with the doctor, I said that I would like to wait to make a decision and would call back the next day. One of the dentists in the room encouraged me to still make a teeth mold in the office at that moment because if I did decide to move forward, they could send it in and if not, there was no charge and they would not send it in. Seeing no problem with this, I agreed to make the mold. I confirmed with that dentist who was present for the entire appointment that I wanted to wait to make a decision and I confirmed this with the front desk before leaving. Within 48 hours, I called the office to confirm that I did not want to move forward. A month or two later, I believe in May 2018, I received a bill in the mail for more than $2,600. $495 of this total was for the x-ray that I consented to and $150 was for the consultation. I accept this willingly. I was also charged, with no explanation or prior warning, $895, I think for the mold of my teeth, listed as "temporary prefabricated abutment" and $1,100 for "surgical treatment planning," something I never agreed to and actively told them that I did not want to pursue. I was there for a consultation, which is what my appointment was called by staff and I was aware I was present for. This appointment was less than an hour. If this sounds sketchy, it's because it is. I have called the office every month since June of 2018 (it is now January 2019) and have been told that they need to "do some research," and are "still looking into it." When I have respectfully asked when they think they will get back to me, I have been told "as soon as I can" (August, September, October, and December 2018) and "by next week" (in September 2018). I have never received communication initiated from the office. I've never gotten close to a straight answer from them, calls have never lasted more than a few minutes, and an obvious shift in demeanor happens on the part of the office staff when I explain that I am following up on my last call. We're coming up on a year from the original appointment. I've never had this shocking of a shift in service at any professional establishment in my life. It's amazing to me that the office seems so responsive online, as I have called them every once a month every month since June 2018 and have only received dismissive communication from the office and absolutely no follow-up when it was promised. This seems to be the case for a few other negative reviewers as well. I was very conscious of my manner when calling the office, never raising my voice and intentionally being respectful. I genuinely understanding that sometimes things just take time. I have not received that same treatment. Based on the multiple interactions, it's hard for me to believe that this wasn't intentional. It seems like they are typically very conscious of their reputation and normally offer great service; however, it also seems that when they may have been caught in a mistake, unless this was an intentional effort to try to take advantage of a patient, patients lose their value and are no longer treated with any courtesy, integrity, or respect. I don't know what to do at this point. Based on my experience, my suggestion to others looking for a dentist is to look further and be wary of Warshauer & Sanatarmaria's untrustworthy and potentially exploitative treatment of patients. The risk of being charged thousands of dollars for services never consented to and never carried out, in combination with their lack accountability, is too high. I would appreciate and be receptive if the office of Warshauer & Santamaria was to reach out to me. My attempts have been unsuccessful. read more

Dr. Santamaria is great. I have been dealing with my teeth for 10+ years and trying to find a solution for a missing tooth. She is very personable and extremely good at what she does. She made a bridge for me that I am very happy with. The color matches perfectly and you really cannot tell which teeth are fake and which aren't. Her entire staff is very pleasant and intelligent. The office is also beautiful. I will be returning for any dental work I need in the future. read more

I scheduled an emergency appointment for cosmetic work as one tooth was chipped and bothering me. Dr. Santamaria used the whole appointment to try to sale me on every possible procedure I could use. She would not stop talking about all the possibilities of what my teeth "could" look like, not to mention thousands of dollars later. Then proceeded to tell me I had to come back to get a cleaning before I could get the work done that I needed, which I have never experienced before. After many years of not having dental insurance I set up an appointment with this office as soon as I received my current coverage. I had one of the most thorough cleaning and examinations that I've ever had and then went over all the dental issues which arose from not having proper care for several years. A tooth resurfacing and periodontal graft later, my teeth are back in great shape and feeling better than ever. The staff is nice and thorough. I've always been taken on time and appointment hours are convenient . This quality of care comes at a cost, which has always been quoted up front, and mostly covered, if not entirely covered, by insurance. Nice to confidently =) again! read more

Awesome experience. Haven't seems a dentist in 10 years so I was a little nervous. The office staff was welcoming, and the Hygienist Milena was super friendly and efficient. I had a root canal performed here many years ago. Both Dr. Santamaria and Dr. Warshauer participated in the procedure. It wasn't done very expeditiously, but I assumed the dentists had done an acceptable job. However, the crown never felt right. I have no other crowns, so I just assumed it was supposed to feel odd. Bits of food constantly got impacted there, and it was very uncomfortable. Several years later, a good dentist pointed out that the crown was extremely ill-fitting. There was, in dental jargon, a very obvious short distal margin, and the gingival tissue in the area was very inflamed. I called Dr. Warshauer & Santamaria's office to see what could be done (by then, I had moved to a different state), and the receptionist was exceptionally rude. She took a very accusatory tone and suggested that I was lying or attempting to somehow exploit my complaint. I was so upset by the encounter that I never called back. I ended up having the root canal redone by a skilled endodontist, and he discovered that on top of the ill-fitting crown, Dr. Santamaria and Dr. Warshauer had completely missed an entire canal. My general dentist fitted me with a new crown, and it feels drastically better than the old one. Long story short: Don't go here. And never get a root canal done by a general dentist. Always go to an endodontist, a specialist in root canals. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I was taken advantage of and lied to more than once regarding my insurance. The lady at the front desk AND the nurse checked for me TWICE to ensure they used my insurance and they told me TWICE that they did. Next thing I know I have a bill of over $400. Two years later, they threaten to take my bill to a collections agency. The next phone call later, they tell me they never send anything to a collections agency. That marked the THIRD time I was lied to just to get me to pay a bill that resulted from their own lies. I was a young college student in pain and they took advantage of that. On top of everything, the lady at the front desk has a disgusting attitude. I noticed this not only when I was dealing with this issue, but also when I first walked through the door. She looked at me like I didn't belong in that office. Honey, no one belongs there because your services are terrible. I'm begging anyone and everyone not to go here. My dentist retired and sold her patient list to these guys, so that's how I ended up there. Not all, but most of their front desk people are rude and pushy. I just had a cleaning there yesterday with a new hygienist, and it hurt so bad I still have a headache 24 hours later. She poked and burned and splashed me, and seemed unaware that her work was out of the ordinary - I can't believe she is legal. I am on Yelp looking for a new dentist. In their defense, I got a couple of nice crowns there and got referred to good specialists for this and that. But the basic everyday stuff is hygiene and administration, and that they do miserably. read more

I just had an appointment here today for a second opinion. Dr. Santamaria was very gentle and kind, explaining everything to me. While a dentist at Gentle Dental told me I had a huge number of cavities that needed to be filled immediately, she seemed to take a more conservative approach (which I appreciate!) to drilling into teeth. The staff were all very nice and the office is lovely. As someone who really hates going to the dentist, I would definitely recommend them. read more

I've moved many times, so I have experienced many dentist offices all over the country. Warshauer & Santamaria is by far, the most welcoming, most elegant, and most beautiful office I have ever seen. I get very nervous when I need to see a dentist, but from the moment I entered their office, I felt relaxed because they create almost a spa atmosphere. The receptionists are friendly and they even researched my insurance for me so that I knew what coverage I could expect. My experience became even better after having my teeth cleaned by Melina- an expert hygienist. I'm incredibly sensitive and have often cried when having my teeth cleaned in the past. Melina went to great lengths to make sure that she did not cause me any pain, while not compromising the incredible cleaning she gave me! She did such an amazing job, I now go to the dentist every couple of months just so Melina can clean my teeth! It's like having a spa treatment because my teeth have never looked so beautiful! Dr. Santamaria then explained my gum problems and took the time to suggest some plans to help me with my dental health in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
