Two weekends ago I was taking a shower when my water turned freezing cold! It was a Sunday morning and I had a feeling I wasn't going to be able to get hot water back on until at least Monday night. I decided to try my luck with Water Heater Doctor and to my surprise when I called them they actually had one technician that was working that Sunday that came over to my house! I was super lucky because my water heater was still relatively new and I just had to get a new part to get it to work again. The plumber that did the repair was really nice and knowledgeable. So I have to give a big shout out to Jerry who works here. He helped me out so much just over the phone. He didn't even have to come to my house to solve the issue with my water heater. I just called in and explained my issue to him. It just felt like I could never get my water hot enough. Jerry essentially walked me step by step in turning on my water heater back up with the temperature gauge. I have extremely hot water now and I couldn't be more stoked! It didn't even cost me a dime! My hot water heater started leaking near the bottom, and I was worried I'd have to replace the whole tank. I called Water Heater Doctor late at night and left a message; they called me back first thing in the morning. VERY great service!! I was so happy that I found such an honest water heater company. Their plumbers were really sweet and showed up right on time too! Since I needed a new water hater I thought it was going to be kind of like an all day project and have to be stuck in my house waiting around. The owner here is great! He was helpful and had me send off photos of my water heater so he could give me a quote. He gave me a really great price to install a tankless water heater. I have run out of hot water many times with a tank heater and the money was well worth it to me to upgrade to a tankless. He sent out one of his best plumbers, Pat, and he did a great job. Being a new home owner it feels like it is always something. My husband and I discovered a leaking hot water heater around 8 AM on a Friday as he was trying to get ready for work so we called right away. They mentioned they were in a staff meeting but since we needed hot water urgently they would send someone out. Within an hour they were at our house with a brand new tank ready to replace it. These guys are great! I called them last week to come to the house and inspect our water heater because I could not get it to turn back on. I tried reviewing videos on YouTube and fixing it myself, but I just couldn't get anything to work. Jerry was our technician and he figured out our problem immediately and fixed it. I was really happy with how every single staff member was so friendly. Since I had to call back a few times I spoke to the receptionist, the manager and even the owner. The only thing I can say is that I don't have one bad thing to say about them. They were all so friendly and personable. Very happy with them. They don't try to overcharge you or sugar coat anything when it comes to the price or the work that needs to be done. I knew that I was going to need a new water hater since mine was so old but I wanted a break down of what everything was going to cost and what they charged and why. Their guy Keith was very honest with me. At the end of the day were they the least expensive? No. But at the end of the day they were the most honest and forward plumbers I talked to. Most of the other ones were giving me the run around or saying that the price could change or go up once they get my place.
