Great service and easy to work with. On Sunday I texted them that I had a leaking water heater. On Monday they came out to inspect my leaking water heater and advised me on getting it replaced under manufacturer warranty. I called the manufacturer, and when they were told that Water Heaters West inspected the water heater and it was not repairable, they immediately authorized a replacement. Rick is the real deal. My Rheem water heater had a bad valve. He came out next day and fixed it, charging just labor. Another company told me I needed to spend $1500 for a whole new water heater. My water heater was leaking and still under limited warranty so I called around to get quotes for removing my old water heater and installing a new one. I found Water Heaters West on the manufacturers website - they were listed as an Authorized Service Provider. I received the best quote from them and I am extremely happy with the service provided. I'm sure I will use them again (water heaters don't last long in Arizona sadly!). Note that the warranty is through the water heater manufacturer (Rheem for me) and you can select any plumber to service/ install it. This company removed my old water heater and installed a new one in my condo on the second floor. While the water heater was still under warranty it started leaking. I called Richard and he told me it was indeed still under warranty and made an appointment to come out between 8 am and 10 am two days later. No one showed up by 11 am so I called the number and whoever answer ask if I was in Scottsdale. I said no and told him my address. When he arrived he told me that he didn't have a water heater with him and his back hurt so he couldn't do the job. I would have to find someone else. This company will not warranty there work.
