They have been unable to diagnose the problem, going so far as to say that the factory is more interested in manufacturing new units than resolving performance problems. It has been over a year and I don't have my board back or a replacement. After reading the other reviews, their customer service has apparently gone to hell in the last couple of years. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Florida.

Took about a week to get my order, which is pretty good considering they're only a small business. They are not scammers or a fraud, they are a legitimate business that tries their best to ship out orders as quickly as possible.
