This place flat out lied to me for 2 weeks, and still has not shipped me 3 weeks later. They post ads...Order by 2pm, ships same day or Ships in 24 to 48 hours from our Warehouse in Miami. I ordered online on Wed March 18. I was looking at a Padel Racket in the 2026 Nox Line and I reside in Miami, so I thought I could have this item in hand in just a few days. On Sat March 21st, I send in a note asking why my order has not shipped. The response: "According to our shipping policy, delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination. Your order is currently within the normal processing and delivery timeframe, so there is no cause for concern at this stage." After two weeks of insisting everything was fine; On the evening of April 1st, they finally come clean and say it's due to a fraud risk alert generated by shopify. They ask for additional personal information to verify my billing address and that I am the credit card holder. I comply with the requested information that night. Then, more nothingness. They took that data from me and as of posting on April 7th, I have still not been shipped. I would have had more respect for them if they just cancelled my order outright from the start. Is the whole thing just a scam??? I'd give my business elsewhere.
