This place is awesome I've been going here almost 7 years this guy really cares other people like the one in Anaheim are all about the money! Robb and his son I really good people and they're passionate about anything jet, Sea-Doo Yamaha... Seriously, from a person that's gone here a lot it seems to me that the bad reviews are from people who probably wanted something for free or something unethical because them writing a bad review is just wrong,! I just can't believe those bad reviews! Maybe those people that wrote the bad reviews had somebody pee in their Cheerios or something! Because Rob said he would rebuild 2 motors complete from the Bottom up, He never Split the case, he never installed new Bearing or seals on Crank! He only replace the Rings on the pistons on 2 of my Seado motors and then he said break them in before I start opening them up and they didn't last more than 5 minutes after the break in period, one spun the Brass Gear and Crank Seals and the 2nd Seado motor it blew up also because he didn't replace the Crank Bearings or seals and When I called Rob about the problem, Rob said you must of done something to them, I said yes let you rebuild the motors, I know he is going to say I am Lying about him Ruining these motors, but I'm sure some of you have experience this type of work or Behavior from Rob at one time or another! You can take my post about this shop and owner as a learning experience or you can have Rob do your repair and take the chance and maybe Rob will do a good job for you, but I seriously doubt it, I do have to say Rob is good! After five weeks When I asked about status and timeframe of ski to be finished. He then quoted me and gave me a date of completion. The work was done on time and I have since had it out 3 times and all ran great. The work they performed was exactly as promised. Bought a truck from these guys, they were super helpful nice and thorough when I came to look at the truck. I ended up buying the truck when driving it home it had some unforeseen issues. Rob was super responsive and drove down to where I was at like 12am to help me tow the truck home. Rob paid for it to be towed back to my place and gave me $1000 bucks back because of the mishap. After taking my watercraft to another place and not gotten the right service I was frustrated, So I decided to take my business somewhere else. I took my craft to watercraft plus and was promised the world after having a bad experience at their other shop. My appointment was in June and it is now august without a call from the Rob. When we went to go pick it up, my water craft was still sitting in the same spot where they had left it. We waited and were lied to, just to find out we could have gone some where else. For those who go to this shop please ask for time frame and be on top of the schedule cuz these guys take your craft and just have it sitting there, and there only reason is because they are backed up, too backed up to inform there customer's about what's going on! read more

I completely agree with you Bond Girl!! They really don't to good work and if you question them they get upset!! At one point I was told it'll be fixed at a certain date then I called back to check on it they hadn't even looked at it and they won't be able to look at it for another week but they didn't happen to call and tell me that's what was going on. Then I went to go get it fixed again recently and Rob was so rude and found out who I really was as I called and said I was on my way he declined doing service. We used Rob previously for a diagnostic. Didn't fix jet skis at the time and finally got around to some tune ups and repairs. Rob was super knowledgeable and thorough, pricing was fair, repairs were quick, and he guarantees his work. He won't cut corners and wants the boats to be safe and relible. Rob and his techs have been working on my jet skis for over 8 years now. You will be hard pressed to find anyone in the industry with more depth and breadth of knowledge about watercraft than Rob Aldana. He can recite technical specs and how a particular part functions and it's purpose as easily as if he was reciting the alphabet. Over the years , he has made repairs , performance modifications on my skis , as well as trailer modifications and repairs on my trailers. He is exceptionally adept and skilled in metal fabrication and welding. But above all of this, he really comes off as a nice guy that truly cares about his quality of work and the reputation of his shop. In fact, one of my first experiences with his repairs was that one of my skis had a leaking intermediate seal on a 650sx. He changed it out, tested it in front of me to ensure it didn't leak before I left. I took the ski out to the river and rode for a few hours and it started to leak. Called up Rob, and he was more than happy to have me bring it back in and take care of it. It ended up being an additional part but he replaced and repaired it WITHOUT any additional charge as he said he should have replaced the second part when he did the intermediate seal. I knew then that I had found someone I could trust for all my repairs going forward. Over the years, I can tell that Rob is more interested in charging you fairly and keeping you as a happy, long term customer than one-off gouging you as the dealership or other places might. I really am grateful for Rob, not just as someone who repairs my skis, but as a genuine person. I am fortunate to have come across him and his shop. Watercraft plus is the best spot to take your personal watercraft too hands down. Their work is very efficient and I am always pleased with the finished result. There customer service is fantastic, they always keep me updated when fixing my jet ski. When I get my ski back it is always so clean which is a bonus and shows that they really take the time to make there customers happy and content. I went to watercraft atv plus a couple of weeks ago. The owner Robb was super friendly and did a great job on my quad he made it run great the turn around was good. He didn't try to sell me any extra services or extra parts I didn't need. He just wanted to get the quad running right. Which he did. He did such a good job I brought my other quad to him. He is so helpful and doesn't try to sell you anything extra. I love the way he shows you the problem and explains how he fixed it. I have a Seadoo that doesn't have new parts so fixing is important. I bought the owner robs personal race boat which he claimed had a new engine & I paid top dollar for & it blew up on me the first time I took out at lake havasu within 20 minutes,I had to get towed in(several hours) & it ruined my trip.then he had the nerve to tell me it would cost money to fix the boat that was ready to blow up when I bought it?needless to say I wasn't dumb enough to give him any more $ I've benn riding modified skis for over 10 years & I'm not a kook,I use synthetic oil,warm up my skis & generally treat them right as I like having nice toys that are dependable.on top of it all he bragged to me that he got in a road rage incident & was arrested for brandishing a gun,of course that was after I paid him for the boat when I was picking it up.bottom line I would tell anybody that needs professional service at a fair price to go to jet works in Costa Mesa, as far as I'm concerned the rob is fraud with a lot of personal problems,I took the time o write this so other riders wont have to go through the same aggravation I did.peopleneither have integrity or they don't! read more
