I had a reservation with this rental company, but on the day of my rental, the weather turned bad, making it unsafe to be on the water. I called in advance and politely asked if my morning reservation could be moved to the late afternoon. The manager told me they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate the change. While on the phone, I checked their website and saw that all time slots were available. When I pointed this out, she still refused to help and insisted that I either use the jet ski or lose my money, regardless of the weather conditions. Since they couldn't assist me, I decided to go to the location to avoid losing my money. I completed all necessary safety paperwork, but my credit card was declined multiple times for the $2500 damage deposit. The manager said she couldn't rent the jet ski without this deposit and offered me a gift card for a future rental or the option to cancel without a refund. I eventually managed to get my card to work and paid the security deposit, which took about 30 minutes. By the time I went to see my jet ski, the weather had worsened with rain, wind, and distant lightning. I decided it was unsafe to go on the water and returned to the manager to request the gift card she had offered earlier. She then claimed she couldn't issue it due to their 7-day cancellation policy, despite having offered it just 10 minutes earlier when my card wasn't working for the deposit. She reiterated that they had no weather exceptions and that I had to use the jet ski or lose my money. I expressed my safety concerns and refused to go on the water. I noticed that all the jet skis were still available at that time. The staff, especially the managers, were very rude. Ultimately, I didn't use the rental, and my money was wasted due to their poor management and customer service.

Stopped by Woodmark Waterfront Adventures in Kirkland on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised. Even though I didn't rent anything, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They answered every question I had without any pushy sales tactics. It's clear they take pride in their gear; I watched them meticulously clean and inspect paddles, boards, and life vests as I walked in. Definitely made me feel confident that anything I did rent would be well-maintained and safe. They took the time to explain local waterfront conditions and gave some solid tips for a smooth outing on Lake Washington. For being just a curious passerby, I felt respected and appreciated. I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to book with good vibes all around.

A friend invited us to go with them on the 7~9 passenger boat. Ended up being around $500 total incl tax and fuel for two hours on the weekend. Checkin was a bit slow since they only had a window open, and you have to fill out forms for each person in your party. The staff were polite and helpful and walked the drivers through how to navigate, which was pretty simple. We were able to park in the P-2000 garage, close to the doors that lead straight out to their booth. It was free passage? Not sure if that's normal, from the website it seemed like it shouldn't be free on weekends, but I'm not complaining. Otherwise, retail will give you 2 hr validation. The boat itself seemed well kept and clean. Great view on the water and even though it's September, the water wasn't too cold since there was still a little bit of sun. Great experience, will probably do this more often in the future. Much easier than owning your own boat :)

I went with a group of 10 people. We rented double kayaks and single kayaks in 2 different timeslots Around $20-25/person Some highlights: - beautiful view! - you can book ahead online, although it was difficult to get everyone at the same timeslot if you're going with a big group - there's a locker to store your item, but there was no lock - ultra kind employees - be sure to be there 15 mins early to fill out the waiver forms - what was helpful to bring yourself is a Ziplock to put your phone in - 1 hour time limit - it was a little wavy that day because of the wind.. can get difficult if you are kayaking alone - be careful of other big boats.. there were times when we almost crash into a boat Parking -- You can park at the garage and get 2 hour validation from them

We arrived 5 minutes before our Scheduled time and they wouldn't let us go out for part of the hour or give us a refund. Wanted us to be there 15 minutes early. Ruined our day Younger blond hair kid must've been manager told my gf she should 'effing' be on time if she wants to ride jet skis next time

Great experience renting out 7-9 passenger boat at their location Carilion Point. Griff explained all the intricacies to us first time boaters and did a wonderful job...thanks! Amazing views of Lake Washington with Kirkland/ Bellevue waterfront. Luckily it was a clear morning so Mt Rainier was majestic as usual. Bit expensive but with a full boat the cost can be shared so it's an outing not to miss!

Are kids allowed on the boat ? Either ways, pls share age restrictions if any?

Of course! Children 12 and younger need to have a life vest on at all times. We provide them with your rental. Visit https://www.waterfrontadventures.com/requirements and https://www.waterfrontadventures.com/faq as well to see what other common…

In which equipment are dogs allowed on?

Hi Jon...great question! You can have your dog on the 7-9 and 10-12 passenger boats (not the wake boat). The dog's nails need to be clipped short/groomed well and you would be responsible for any seat punctures should they occur. The seats are…

I am planning to get a boat which would take 9-10? Can I ride it myself or do the captain has to sail it? I do not have a boater license but would like to ride on my own fulfilling the paperwork. Would I be able to do it?

Hi Dawa... We’d love to have you out! There is a 2-hour minimum on boats so please note that when…

Great company for paddleboarding! I have been coming to Northwest Paddle Surfers every summer for…read morethe past 4 years or so and they never disappoint! Super easy to book a reservation with them online, and they send you an online waiver to fill out prior to your boarding time, which is nice so you don't have to worry about filling out forms once you're at the park. They did a wonderful job enforcing that masks be worn at the check in/check out, and they took the time to make sure each paddle, life jacket, board was sanitized before the next person used it! They also always do a great job letting you know how the wind is blowing at the time, and which direction you should head towards so that the winds don't push you too far away before you have to paddle all the way back to the marina. Lastly, they always have groupon deals during the summer, making them a VERY affordable company to paddle board with!

Great place to go paddleboarding! I've only ever come in the Seattle summers (you know how it can…read morebe during all those other seasons in Seattle!) Their staff are friendly and generally really young. If it's your first time, they are very helpful in giving you the rundown of paddleboard basics. I suggest going online to Groupon to find deals for paddle board rentals. Once you buy the Groupon, you can go online to their website to reserve the time you wanna go paddleboarding. You can also sign your waiver online or if you forget, you can sign it when you get there. They do a variety of rentals I believe (kayaks as well?) but they do single person paddle boards as well as a big giant one that can fit like a whole family on them!
