been going to watermark grille since i came to naples last year....always a wonderful find until now....ordered the escargot special got a SALT BOMB....sent it back....ordered the chicken parma entree and the 8 oz lobster tail....PLEASE REMOVE THE SALT FROM YOUR CHEF HE IS OUT OF CONTROL!!!!!...chicken parm burnt to a crisp...sent it back lobster tail BURNT and like a rubber salt bomb!!!!!...did you get a new chef?....very disappointed in one of my favorite Naples gems! read more

Had dinner here last night. Mom had the Baked Seafood Platter which she has every time we go. She was not disappointed. As other reviews have said, so many of their menu items are served dredge in lobster sauce as is this, but we now ask for it on the side, and you can better taste how fresh the seafood is. Scallops were perfectly cooked. One of us had the Special, Red Snapper, and said he would order it again. I had the Grouper in a garlic tomato sauce which I was unsure of but was great. Now my favorite there. I do have to say though, my sister ordered the Chicken Penne Pasta, but instead received Chicken Parmesan. They did offer to fix it, but she wanted to eat with the rest of us, so she just had that instead. Other than that, service was very good. It was very busy, so very noisy at times. read more

Go to a diner in NY and you nailed this place on the head as a diner with 1970"s ambiance of scar face a place you would feel good having a apple pie dessert in a cup. Totally gave an extra star because it took our waitress an hour to serve two apps a bottle of wine and dessert. But no that's not true extra star was because we got out before dinner!!! read more

We had a party of 11 and everything was fresh and delicious from steak to fish. Everyone was happy, calamari was delicious. Staff was friendly and fast. The only negative was it was a little noisy to talk and the seating where we were was tight. The servers were walking sideways between our seats and the table behind us. For starters we had the stuffed mushrooms and calamari which were both fantastic. Everyone at my table but me ordered the lobster specials and they were all satisfied. I had the seafood pasta which consisted of angel hair pasta, scallops, shrimp, lobster, crab, a tomato cream sauce and I can't wait to go back for it. Made reservations for my family based on a recommendation from a fisherman I met on the beach. He noticed I was with my 3 yr old grand children and thought they would enjoy the magician. We enjoyed our dinner and the magic show. Keith was a hit and involved each grand child in a magic trick, they loved it! Kelly was our server and was more than accommodating, they were out of the Prime rib that I ordered and to compensate the owner came to our table and offered dessert for the entire table(5) on the house. I've been on yelp for a few years now and have never written a review.... Until now. I'm sitting at the Watermark Grill with my fiancé and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Our server is awesome, he has a great voice, listening to him recite the special was a pleasure. We ordered two glasses of wine, he brought them out at lightning speed. We ordered some of the best crab cakes we've ever had as an appetizer. The lobster sauce was delicious, tasted like lobster bisque.... We asked the server what his favorite seafood entrees were and he suggested the roughy and the grouper. We're pretty easy to convince so we ordered the grouper and the roughy. Excellent choice, the fish was great, even the vegetables were good! (Green beans and carrots were the vegetable of the day). The food came out so ridiculously fast, I had barely sipped my wine! We also asked the server about his favorite dessert. He named the carrot cake, which came fluffy and drizzled with caramel. Overall it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They are very well staffed so the service was fast and the food was great. read more

Enjoyed dinner here last night. I don't believe they take reservations but we timed it just right and were seated immediately upon arrival. Service was outstanding and they have an amazing menu. Came here for dinner with 4 friends on Friday night. Upon arrival, the parking lot was packed but we were seated within 5 minutes. Drink service was quick, appetizers (calamari & saganaki ) were incredible. Our waiter was super personable which was nice since we were from out of town. He suggested a few good bars & other tourist type things for us to do. Food was amazing, big portions. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was my lemon drop martini, it tasted very chemically. Husband and I went here last night for the first time. Had a great meal for a great price! The atmosphere was nice and clean and neat,servers were attentive and the drinks were good sized. This place used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Went about a month ago for their prime rib and they ran out. Management was pleasant and made things right and said next time make reservations and reserve a prime rib if you know you want it. So that's what we did the hostess was rude and obnoxious about it and said basically we would have to hope for the best. Guess what happens no prime rib take it off the menu if you can't make enough of it. Won't see me back at the watermark anymore. read more

This is a very good place. Anything remotely upscale in this part of FL. can be expensive but this certainly was not a case of sticker shock. Nice mix of seniors as well as young families. The food was quite good - had the Orange Chicken which had a nice bite to it. Service was terrific and not much waiting even at the height of Mother's Day dinner time. Generally great food. In season I was told they could not make the pasta al dente, lol. I stayed away for a while after that remark but have been back recently and everything ordered has been great. Ahi tuna plate is plentiful and delish!! If you order the seafood pasta just ask them to make sure the pasta isn't mushy. Got to have the saganaki! read more

The Lobster Sauce is unbelievable. Even the sides, bread, coffee and Salted Caramel Cheesecake were great. The ambiance is old school tropical class and the service attentive and efficient. I wanted to like this restaurant, but I could not. We had a short wait before being seated and headed for the bar. The bartender was slow, rude, and unaccommodating. Upon seating, the waitress arrived promptly and was the opposite of the bar staff. Things were looking up again till the food arrived. I ordered the Ham steak and it was the butt end of the ham. Other plates had delicious pieces of ham on them, but not mine. Mine was full of gristle and fat. $27.00 for a small tough piece of ham and a baked potato. I am not sure if the quality of my food was related to my experience in the bar (diet coke), but it was completely unacceptable. I did not complain to the waitress, but I was very obvious looking at my plate it should not have been acceptable to anyone. read more

The 3 star rating was for the food but the service was non existent. Started out OK but once we got our food we never saw our server again. We finished our meals (which were delicious)and after a period of time we waited for our server to return. No refills on anything, drinks or bread. Finally, we were asked if we wanted dessert. Was suppose to return with a tray of desserts for us to choose from. Again, we waited. Couldn't locate a dessert tray so we were told what they had to offer. I would not recommend anyone go to this restaurant if you want to have a calm and relaxing dinner. They pack people in to the point there is literally no room for you to eat or people and wait staff to move in the aisles. We took 13 people there and they put us at a table for 8-10 people. The wait staff then spilled wine on four of our guests because they could not move between the tables, and the manager then wanted to argue over how to best compensate us. The food was okay but nothing special. The overall experience was horrible due to the overcrowding. I would never go there again. read more

A friend and I went to this resteraunt last night looking forward to ordering a full lobster dinner we have ofter had in the past and was advertised on three web sites as being available through July (this is July 10th). We were told by our waiter that this offer had been suspended without being deleted from these sites. He left to discuss with the manager and returning to report the manager had said to place an order for another dish. We then requested that we have lobster tail dimmer in place of the full lobster. He returned to report that the manager had refused to approve this compensation. We feel the manager should have approached us to explain this as the person in charge of this establishment. This being the case, we then ordered two dishes which arrived at our table luck warm, at best. It was returned arriving back at our table within a few minutes time. Obviously our food had been placed in a microwave oven and therefore very much overcooked and very mediocre. We were visiting my aunt and uncle May 11, 2015 and they took us to Watermark for e dinner. What a pleasant evening it was! My aunt has a great sense of humor and the hostess, Ginger, and our waiter, Wayne, went right along with her. We were all laughing the whole meal. Speaking of the meal, my uncle and I had the scallops---they were excellent. My husband had the filet mignon and said it was one of the best he has had, even better than Wolfgang Puck. We each asked for different vegetables (broccoli, green beans and asparagus) and all were delicious. My baked sweet potato was one of the best I have ever had. read more

This place is fantastic, family of 4 came for dinner. Had the surf and turf, best meal I had in Florida for the week I was down there. My sister found Saran Wrap in her Chicken Alfredo but the manager was quick to make it right. Such a bummer that that happened to her because the meal and service this place provides is top notch.
