Old school Florida but don't let that fool you. I wish I had taken a few more pics because although the dishes were traditional they were very well done. Prices are very fair and portions are generous. Our server was great and very attentive and helpful with menu selection. Well done.

Watermark is a family favorite when we are in Naples. Fresh seafood and lots on non seafood options that are also great. The ambience is very relaxing and a great place to take friends.

Decided on a fancy dinner tonight and Naples again didn't disappoint! We were seated immediately and as we looked over the menus our waitress got our drinks...Perfect Makers Manhattan, Prosecco, and a Chardonnay for Wifey. I couldn't pass up the Special - short ribs with mashed and asparagus, Wifey had the Seafood pasta, my son had Ribeye with a baked potato, and my daughter had Stuffed shrimp with baked potato. The food came fairly quickly after we ordered, but we never felt like we were being rushed. Really loved the feel of this place...not too casual, not too fancy. Great service, delicious food, and an all around great meal!

So this place def looks dated and like the Naples of the late 80s early 90s but we had a great meal. Most of us opted for the sizzle menu of either kind and also for some ribs. We all got to try a lot of different things between the special dining menu. We had the Buffalo twists, the saganaki, the French onion soup all good a flavorful the warm bread and better was tasty too. I never thought I'd say this but the soup may have had too much cheese. Like I couldn't get thru it all but it was yummy. For entrees we had the short rib, the ribs, and the pepper steak. All good and they allowed us to make substitutions for the sides which was great. Service was good too so all in all I'd go back for sure

Wanted to try a new place Ambiance was great Felt comfortable going in and relaxing not rushed to order We ordered drinks and they were fine My compliments to the kitchen for the food No need to go further on the food However we ordered two appetizers and they never came out our meals came out only Our server did not pay attention to table, excuse was all servers help each other( wrong thing to say) To make it worse waiter said as if this happens often ( I'll take appetizers off and can offer a crème brûlée) We did accept the dessert however to make matters worse they had "Happy anniversary " on it We never mentioned or had a anniversary at this time no apologies were given and just asked to enjoy it At the hostess station I asked for manager The manager came over and I first mentioned the food was great no complaints I told the manager our appetizers did not come out and waiter offered the dessert as a gesture. Manager asked if the appetizers were taken off the bill. To make matters more irritable I mention the insult of bringing a dessert with happy anniversary on it and mentioned we never mentioned a anniversary Manager said nothing just shrugged shoulders.

This is not a first time visit to Watermark Grille. Every visit has always been perfect. The food and service are wonderful. The server was attentive and spoke easily about the specials. The filet was cooked perfectly! The sauce beneath the filet was a little salty in my opinion. But it didn't distract from the meal it self. The cheesecake was decadent and smooth. The touch of strawberries was perfect. The restaurant is nice and quiet so you can hold a conversation at the table. I would definitely recommend the Watermark Grille to anyone in the Naples area.

It had ceiling fans and a nice view of Naples Players Theater Plaza. Service was prompt & attentive, but never rushed. Marija offered great recommendations that worked well together. For apps we had the Hamachi Crudo with pickled mango and seaweed salad, as well as the Spicy Tuna Roll, which had just enough kick. Both were as authentic as anything we've had in Japan. For main course my wife enjoyed the halibut special. One thing I liked is that Marija quoted us the price wihout asking: right in in line with the other entrees and no worrying about 'sticker shock' check surprises at end of the meal. I had the pork chop, where getting it tender challenges many chefs. This one delivered: Perfectly done and seasoned just right. It doesn't come with vegetables so Marija suggested a half side of miso-chili broccoli, which was a great pairing. As we came in I noticed a lot of diners leaving with leftovers: portions were generous and we did same. For dessert, diners at next table raved about their giant 10 layer carrot cake. Marija offered me an off-the-menu 5-layer option that hit the spot. My wife had the flourless dark chocolate torte and ended up taking half home with us- it was very generous and really delicious. Bill was accurate and you pay at table on handheld terminals- no handing over your card and waiting. One of the more expensive restaurants we've eaten at here, but worth every dollar. It was a wonderful experience and we'll be back.

The cook of the steak was in fact medium rare as ordered, however, when we cut our steaks, immediately you could tell how tough the meat was. I'm not sure if these steaks are frozen or simply a poor quality of cut, but it shouldn't take more than 3 business days to chew a steak. The winner of our meal was in fact the sonoma ravioli. It was very rich and decadent. I also suggest the gouda tater tots and truffle mac & cheese. I'd skip the creamed spinach as it lacked flavor and was a bit runny. The ambiance was high energy, great for big parties and dates as well. Perhaps the seafood entrees may be better as I did notice other parties ordering those items. But to compare to other steakhouses, I don't think I can give it a positive review.

Everything about it from entering the grounds of The Ritz, walking through the hotel lobby, to being greeted at the host/hostess station elevated an experience that by the end of the meal can be summed up in the word Magnifique! Upon reaching the host/hostess station, we were efficiently greeted and brought to our table walking through a beautiful dining room with a piano player to boot reminiscent of the great restaurants of the '70's and '80's. Whisked to our table to a romantic table for two with a full view of the dining room a la Forge Miami Beach 1980. We were told that The Grill has been operational for 40 years and is the best performing restaurant within Marriott's portfolio and the only remaining Grill. Our server who was outstanding had been here for 29 years. He explained to a T the specials and was both professional and friendly what you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. We started by selecting our bottle of wine a reasonably priced Pride Cab that was not heavily marked up. The wine list was extensive with a wide range of wines priced many priced reasonably and providing good value all the way up to top end Screaming Eagle. We elected to start with a great Caesar salad and followed up with two bone-in steaks, one being the 22 oz. bone-in ribeye for $98 and a 22 oz. bone in filet mignon special at $142 that our server described as being 14 oz. of meat and boy was it huge! The bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly and delicious and the filet was soft as butter and very very good. We had fantastic Cajun spiced steak fries and great broccolini. For dessert we finished up with two souffles that are personal sized, one being a chocolate souffle with chocolate sauce and in asking for sabayon - they advised that while they could not they would bring out creme anglaise. The cookies n cream souffle was even better and delectable! Service was off the chart polished, unrushed and absolutely great. All in all the experience was beyond 5 stars. A truly unique restaurant standing the test of time and without a doubt the best steakhouse and best restaurant that we have eaten at in the State of Florida. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. We got a coconut shrimp appetizer which was delicious and my blackened grouper Caesar salad was beyond divine. I'm so glad I went with that fish option over the mahi. The grouper was extremely fresh, and the portion size was huge! My husband ordered the mahi-mahi Neuben (I.e. Ruben) which he said was surprisingly good! Our experience at lunch was so great that we raved about it to our family. Which resulted in us coming back the very next day, but for dinner. We had 24 people in our party! Our server for the 24 person dinner with Sam and she was also beyond wonderful! She was our only server and somehow managed to wrangle a table full of chatty adults and six children! Kudos to her! Everything we ordered came out amazing! I absolutely loved the Maine Lobster Salad! Came with a huge portion of lobster, which, for the price was really great! The restaurant has an absolutely wonderful ambience and we were so impressed with the experience, the staff and the food considering this was our first time visiting.
