What more could you want in a server? Nothing as far as I'm concerned. The food: my prime was delicious. Cooked perfectly medium, green beans slightly al dente(just the way I like them) and a yummy baked potato. I don't usually eat dessert but the Reese's PB pie...OMGosh, so good. Hubby also enjoyed everything about his Rib eye meal and declared the Key Lime Pie to be one of the better ones he's had in the area(his praise). Overall I would give it a 5 - the atmosphere was great and perfect for a nice date night. Waitress was very knowledgeable, quick, and didn't bug us too much! The drinks come in nice little pitcher glasses so you can refill your own drinks (it was very nice). The food was excellent, we got a cheese appetizer (I forget the name) that was basically just cooked cheese. We had such a great dining experience at Watermark Grille. First time visitors, we were looking for a nice steakhouse in the area, and Yelp led me to this place. Awwmazingly delicious menu, so many great dishes to choose from. We actually could not believe how great this place was. The restaurant is beautiful, so make sure you dress up to match their drapes. :) Tall ceiling, gorgeous decor, very curvy and perfectly appointed areas. Eating here is actually enjoyable. We ordered crab cakes with creamy risotto, and a seafood platter. Yum! Outstanding. Tiramisu and key lime pie here are handsomely delicious. They bake fresh pastry abs cakes every day here! The prices are reasonable. We arrived at 5 pm on Saturday so it was crowd free. By 6:30 pm this place was at 100% capacity. Out water was very quick, kind and helpful. We had a reservation for 2 at 7:30pm on the 23rd. We showed up 10 minutes early and they sat us immediately. Our server Beth was the best. She was very attentive and was super sweet. Our food came really fast we were shocked. My pasta didn't have a lot of sauce on it, It appeared like it did until I mixed it, Beth noticed before I said anything and offered to corrected it even though she was busy. How can you miss the elaborate architecture design and cool lighting when driving by the Watermark?! You can't! Four of us arrived without a reservation about 9pm on a Saturday evening, we were coming from an event and starving. The place was emptying out, and we were seated immediately next to a pretty rock waterfall in the dining room. We had a superstar server, Aliea,that kindly noted the kitchen would be closing soon and we jumped in to order a variety of seafood and fish entrees. My baked seafood platter was truly satiating, and the feedback on the crabcakes was A+++ We complimented Aliea to the manager on duty that eve, she was very gracious as we were the last table to leave. They did not rush us. Overall, the parking lot is huge and so is the establishment, they can accommodate large crowds or intimate dates. The wait time was so long it was unbelievable, and it's not even like it was busy. When I got to my seat I had heard a man discuss very crude things regarding the race of another employee. We've been coming to Watermark for years, but honestly it seems like it's gone downhill. It used to have big meals for decent prices with a great ambiance and as a result, they always had a long wait. Tonight, on a Saturday night, there was no wait for a table of 5 which was concerning. First thing I noticed is that their house wine for $10 a glass of cab is cupcake cab. Seriously? That's a $7 bottle of wine at the grocery store. What a joke. In addition, our waiter was super nice, but he made a few mistakes. Mushrooms on a meal when we asked to have none, the wrong drink order. As for food, we got the calamari, two London broils, the salmon, the corvina, and the scallops. First off, I will say that all of the steak items including the London broil and the peppered steak, are made with filet, which is a gold star for them. However, one of the London Broils was literally cold by the time it got to the table. So we're a couple of the baked potatoes. Everything else with the exception of the corvina was just super average. Nothing special. The salmon was well cooked, but had no special flavor or sauce. The scallops were just fine. For a place that charges $2.99 just to switch from green beans to broccoli, I expected a lot more. No wonder there was no wait and a ton of open tables. read more

In town for work and came to Yelp to see what the locals had to say. The ratings, reviews and menu were all very enticing for my colleague and I to stop by for a quick bite to eat. Nightly dinner specials, table side flammable cheese a.k.a Saganaki & awesome customer service is well deserving of me coming back again. We ordered the Buffalo Twist, Filet with mashed potatoes and green beans and the nightly dinner special - Surf & Turf. Everything was amazing and I surely loved the buffalo twist. I'm a sucker for buffalo sauce and the heat was spot on. They were mini egg rolls that was great with every bite. I paired my surf & turf with a loaded baked potato, green beans & a Moscow Mule. My only complaint is that the green beans were cold and too al dente for my liking. Otherwise our server Matt was super cool with his monotone voice, cute smile and awesome food suggestions. Watermark Grille reminded me of a mini Cheesecake Factory with its style, food options and dessert menu (if you know what I mean). The service was spot on and everyone was friendly. I ordered the chicken marsala and Mrs. K. ordered the shish kabob. The marsala sauce was so on point it was I dare say perfect? The chicken part of the dish was very well cooked. I was able to get some of the marsala sauce on the pasta and it really elevated the pasta. I had a taste of the shish kabob and they are using a very good choice of meat. We recently visited the Watermark Grille in Naples, while visiting from the Sarasota area. The food was delicious! To start, the waiter brought out a basket of warm bread and butter that was to die for! I'm embarrassed to say that my mother and I inhaled the whole basket!! I ordered the baked stuffed shrimp ( stuffed with crab) and broiled to perfection. My mom ordered the seared sea scallops, and they were also delicious. We both had baked potatoes (perfectly cooked) and the vegetable was green beans ( also perfectly cooked). Our waiter was engaging, attentive, and offered wonderful suggestions when asked. I'm sorry we don't remember his name ( but he and his wife had recently traveled to Japan) I hope he gets a shout out for this review. We had the chocolate cake for dessert, and it was a chocolate lovers dream....too large for one person ( I recommend sharing). We had about a twenty-minute wait while we fiddled with our phones and did a little stealthy people watching before we were seated by the windows. The special didn't appeal to me as I had my heart set on Lobster with French onion soup to start. My son ordered the steak kebab. My soup was perfect: caramelized onions in a rich, beefy broth topped with a hearty crouton and draped in bubbly melted cheese. Mmmmmm. My mouth is watering writing about it. I had just about scraped my bowl of the last bits of crusty cheese when my beautiful lobster tail arrived. Accompanied by a mound of scrumptious scalloped potatoes that had a nice, bacony flavor, my lobster tail was beautifully cooked and presented. We were seated promptly at 5 pm, window seating, in this circular restaurant We ordered drinks off the drink menu. Well-made Lemon Drop Martinis and Mojitos. Disappointed, though, special drink menu is missing traditional gin martinis. Are gin martinis verboten in South Florida? Joking, of course, but puzzled who thinks a martini menu should be missing traditional martinis? Just say'n. Six beers on draught, too, including the fine Goose Island IPA. We enjoyed appetizer of Sautéed Chicken Livers, Small Caesar Side Salads, Sea Food Platter, and entrée special of Beef Ribs in Jack Daniels sauce. All very tasty and well presented. Portions are medium-size, and about right. Seared Sea Scallops were best items on the sea food platter, and so next time would order the seared scallops entrée. Kudos: When dinner entrée specials were described by our server, prices were also volunteered without asking. More restaurants should do that. So we order some dinner specials. A manager stopped by our table to welcome us. Pricing is reasonable: appetizer, entrée with side salad, and 1 drink/person was $50 with tax and tip. Little more if you order wine. I ordered the chicken marsala and husband, the crispy Atlantic salmon. My meal consisted of a large amount of angel hair pasta and 2 dried chicken breasts covered with, what looked like, brown gravy - and tasted as such. Husband, who is a lover of salmon, said his meal was soft and soggy as though the salmon had been cooked several hours before and just warmed up. The waiter offered to replace both meals but we declined, having decided that the rate that food was being brought to adjoining tables proved our point of being re-heated and not freshly cooked.
