I have walked past Watershed a few times and I finally stopped by to grab some oysters. They have indoor and rooftop seating available. I enjoyed my meal at the rooftop bar. The food was delicious. I ordered the Tuscan kale salad, the steam mussels, oysters and the crème brûlée. The salad was amazing, I loved the candied ginger and truffle cheese. The mussels were fantastic, I loved the old bay wine sauce. The staff are friendly, I will definitely be coming back.

It was a beautiful spring day so happy hour on the rooftop deck sounded like a great idea. There was adequate seating at the bar and plenty of tables set up all over the deck. Music and noise level was moderate and everything appeared clean. My friend and I opted to sit at the bar. The bartender asked for my card to start a tab and took our order. I ordered a sidecar (made with Remy), steamed shrimp, honey old bay wings, cheese fries and a burger slider. Everything came out in a reasonable time and was hot and fresh. The ranch had a weird after taste to it so I didn't use much of it for my wings. I also didn't like the cheese sauce on the fries. Other than that everything else was copacetic and I would return.

Wasn't expecting a rooftop bar at the marketplace in bmore but with upstairs and downstairs seating indoor and outdoor i was very impressed. And during the summer months everyone wants to be outside. Thermodynamics looks amazing and the staff was super nice . I saw so many dishes I wanted to try

This was my first time at Watershed. It was a lovely day, and we chose to eat outside on the rooftop. We were seated quickly, and our waiter came right over. He was very pleasant and checked on us throughout our meal. The food was great. I ordered the fried shrimp platter, and it was delicious, seasoned just right. I didn't even need any cocktail sauce. The party seated near us ordered wings, and they looked good, too. I will definitely be back and will try the wings the next time.

This place was ammaaazing. From our service (zay) I may b miss pronouncing his name. Surprisingly came on during happy hour and they had $1 oysters. And can I say they were sooo fresh. We also ordered the crispy fried blue crab wontons; along with a crab cake platter and crab cake sandwich.

Friday evening hang on the rooftop. The service was great, they were very attentive. We had just missed HH(ends at 6p), but enjoyed some orange crushes which had a favored amount of alcohol. The shrimp po boy was a good pick from the sandwiches, and the crab soup is always a fave. The crab egg rolls were a first time try but were a but underwhelming and salty.

We came here for a work-related event and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and we were seated on the covered rooftop, which had a really open and relaxed atmosphere. The food was fantastic, I especially enjoyed the fish tacos and the appetizers, including the honey old bay wings and crab egg rolls. My coworkers also loved their catfish sandwiches. Overall, it was a great spot for a group gathering.

Rooftop Seating is a little different. Meaning if you don't have enough to fill the whole table, another party can be sat next you. Customer service was very good. Rooftop is very nice with a huge bar. Mami and I slid over to catch the happy hour and were very pleased. We ordered the following: Pineapple crushes: 4/10 pass for us. Just aren't fans of any crushes really Drunk sailor noodles: 10/10 must try. How the egg was made surprised me. Very good Oysters x 12: 8/10 very fresh Watershed wings: 8/10 regular wings but good Fried chicken sliders: 6/10 plain and a little dry Mussels curry: 100/10 no typo. Truly the star of the meal. The sauce is incredible! Peeled shrimp: 6/10 good but not worth $10 Everything cost $75. Strongly recommend coming here for happy hour.

Came here for happy hour and the vibes were good! Was on the rooftop and it was really nice up there on a late summer day. Bar was full but there were plenty of tables to be sat at. We ordered oysters ($1 each), chicken sliders, loaded fries, and drunken noodles. I didn't eat the oysters but my parents said they were decent. They did say it was on the smaller side, but for the price it was worth it. I will say all the other food was very bland. The drunken noodles just tasted like chicken broth. The sliders were a decent size and had sauce on them but also bland. Fries were pretty good! The cheese had some spice in it but fries themselves needed salt. I ended up adding salt to all my food. Would come back for oysters and happy hour drinks but not for food.

Solid Happy hour for sure..I love their mussels and wings. The crab dip gets an honorable mention for its consistency.

2nd stop on Thursday night. We walked upstairs and found bar seating. Got some drinks. Music was good. Area was a rooftop that overlooked the intersection. This was a vibe There was also a large downstairs for indoor seating.

Came for brunch with a friend on the rooftop. We had to wait a bit to get our food but it was still delicious. I'd come back for the vibe; the music and rooftop add a nice ambiance.

Fried oysters were perfectly cooked. Crispy, crunchy, fresh and flavorful. Ordered the app with a side of fries. Great draft selection as well.

Service was perfection. The interior has a great dark wood/chandelier, old-school bar vibe and comfortable seating without it being too noisy when packed. But boy howdy, the cheese dip was enormous, which complemented the salty, buttery pretzels perfectly. The stuffed lamb was pretty reasonably priced and came with spinach and potatoes. Both that and the strip steak were a bit heavy on the sauce though, but otherwise, great dishes. Don't forget to swing by the bathroom. I just really like the posters in the hallway. The bathrooms were nice though. Overall, this is a reasonably-priced, inviting atmosphere, and tasty good. Great spot for the area.

We stopped by around 5 PM on a Saturday before an Orioles game, so as expected, the place was extremely busy and had a lively pregame atmosphere. The beers were good, but unfortunately, the food is what brought my rating down to three stars. The fries tasted a little stale, and I ordered the smash burger (forgot to grab a picture), which was pretty average. I've definitely had much better smash burgers elsewhere. We also tried the chicken fingers, which were very basic and reminded me of typical ballpark food, not bad, but nothing memorable or something I'd crave again. Overall, Pratt Street Ale House is a solid spot for drinks and the pregame atmosphere, especially if you're heading to an Orioles game. However, based on the food we tried, I probably wouldn't come back specifically to eat. I'd recommend it more as a pregame drinks spot than a dining destination.

She left us with no attempt at an apology and promptly put reserved signs on all the open tables. When we left an hour later, one booth and 4 two-tops had never been used. Much to our dismay, we saw people seated outside even though we had received a text before arriving saying the patio was closed for the evening. To add insult to injury, even half empty, the noise level was so uncomfortable since everything was tile, marble, or wood that the alarm sensor on my smart watch sounded because of the decibel level.
