I contacted Wave Connects to help me re-connect my TV, receiver, and speakers after moving. Paul replied to my inquiry right away, and scheduled a time that was very convenient for my packed scheduled. Robin was the tech who came to do the install. He called on his way, as promised. Everything went great...Robin was very knowledgeable and not only did the setup, but showed me options for changing things around, and some bells and whistles on my new U-Verse remote that I didn't know about. I mentioned that I was considering getting a video game console, and he helped me write down instructions for integrating that into the system in the future. This review is overdue, but well deserved. I reached out on their internet form late one evening in late February and heard back from Paul that same evening to schedule a free consultation the next day. We've lived in our Carmel valley home 12 years and had issues with its large footprint and coverage of internet; have had many techs out in an effort to fix the problem. We wish we'd have called wave connects sooner. Scott & Ben completed the install of a multi access point internet router/hub system that seamlessly works with our entire home. They were polite, knowledgeable, detail oriented and timely. Cost was on par with what we'd expect and service exceeded expectations. We always love when we find a local small business that is a 5 star provider. These guys are it. Have already recommended them to neighbors on next door/etc. We have been in shelter in place for the last two months And have had no issues with multiple users on zoom calls, internet video gaming etc all at once. I highly recommend Wave Connects. We hired them for AV work as part of a whole house remodel: $10k plus of equipment and installation for TVs, sound systems and ring cameras in multiple areas of the house. They are a dream to work with - knowledgeable, professional and great customer service. They came out for the estimate, then again to answer our questions and changes to the scope. Before the installation, they came yet again to walk the areas to ensure the electrical and other wiring was ready for installation. When we had to delay installation a couple of times (that's how remodeling goes!), they rescheduled without complaints. Installation was also smooth and they were eager to please. When the wireless Joey for the Dish Network fell off the back of one TV, they happily fixed it with other punch list items from installation. I found this company on Yelp, after trying for months to contact American Home Entertainment with messages, numerous phone calls to no avail I contacted Paul from Wave Connects. They have come out to my house twice, the first time to help me with an universal remote and the second time to install a new 5cd player (which nobody uses anymore) Mike came out 2 times to get the cd player to work with my existing stereo and it wasn't easy but he got them working together. When I first had my system installed, like many of the other reviewers, I would have raved and given them 5 stars. Wave Connects has really nice guys but ultimately the security system has inconsistently worked and their work has lacked meeting the test of time. Even while paying them monthly fees, a significant amount money to install and purchase equipment (some of which I could have purchased for quite a bit less at Costco like Ring), they required PAYING another charge to get them to debug the system they installed or fix problems whether it be a failed component at a window or failed monitor or consistently being unable to see my security cameras when travelling. It has never fully worked. While they are lovely to talk to, the costs and lack of a consistently working system translates to solutions elsewhere. So initially they may seem terrific, time has shown them to be inconsistent and unreliable even when paying more to fix problems. I do NOT recommend them. read more

So, I called Wave Connects at about 7:10pm if I'm correct. I called him in a time of need lol. If you've been moving all day and think you have the tools to mount it yourself but then you end up with about 8 holes in the wall and the TV still isn't up.. WELL.. CALL THIS GUY!! It was 7:10pm and he got to my house by 8:40, had my tv up and was gone no later than 10:20. I had to pay extra for such short notice and getting him dressed again, but hey he came through for me!! I had a Redbox movie that I really wanted to watch and had for at least 4 days and it was past time to be viewed and he said he wasn't gonna have that!! Lol. Super courteous, respectful guy. 10/10. We've had our tv's mounted by 3 different guys before from moving around so much, we will never go to anyone else ever again. He is the best of the best. I recently moved and didn't want to hassle with setting up A/V at the new house. I purchased a couple new smart tv's and also had the goal of consolidating into universal remotes. One of my receivers and blue ray players were out dated and had to replace as well.
