Let me tell y'all... I was so skeptical and afraid to use this service because of peoples reviews.. But I needed cleaning so incredibly badly. My job keeps me away from being able to do the simplest things like clean inside my stove or thoroughly scrub my shower. My house was a little dirtier than usual because I wasnt able to upkeep as well as I try to. Carla came and spent 4 hours deep cleaning everything and walked me through how to get tough soap scum off of my shower door to ways to scrub my pots without scratching them. My experience with this company was more that excellent!! Juana arrived on time, her job was amazing! .she organized the house and she whit-end my sink that was stained and now it looks brand new! besides that, her attitude was always kind and helpful. I ordered an extra service and she did a tremendous job cleaning my fridge. On the other hand, The booking process was very easy and simple. This company was a rip-off. Their housekeeper spent only two hours doing what they called a "deep-cleaning" charging me $140 for a poor cleaning job with a Swiffer. This was a move-out assignment and the homeowner was so unhappy with all the things that were missed she charged me $200 to have a two person crew come and clean for 3 hours to fix what Wave Housekeeping missed. Also, their housekeeper showed up way too early for the appointment window, left to get her eyebrows done, and then didn't come back until AFTER the appointment arrival window had closed. She also had an attitude like it was my fault she was not on time. I informed Wave Housekeeping of the issues, pictures, video and even copies of call records and emails from the homeowner. After weeks of this I was given only a %35 refund despite their %100 gaurantee. UPDATE: A day after I posted this review they gave me a FULL refund and the matter has been resolved satisfactorily. I hope that other people who use their service have a better experience than I did. read more

Our last cleaning left us pretty disappointed, however after leaving our last review the company promptly reached out to us to address our concerns and offered to have cleaners come back out for a re-clean. We scheduled our appointment and they showed up on time, were very professional/courteous and did an amazing job! Our house was left spotless and all problem areas from the last visit were addressed. We hired Wave House Cleaning to do a deep clean on our new house before we moved in. I had researched a ton of different cleaners prior to choosing Wave House Cleaning and I definitely made the right choice! Now I'm a super picky, neat freak, germaphobe sort of person and was very particular in how I wanted the house to be cleaned. What I really liked about Wave was, they listened, gave me an opportunity to list all my expectations via their special requests form, and totally delivered. I used the service over multiple weeks and almost every time was dissatisfied because instructions that I left were not followed. I finally ended up firing them because the person who came to clean my house used several sticks of my incense (without asking) and left them burning unattended. I happened to just come home a little early, and thank goodness I did, because the incense stick had been placed in a plant and it burned down and caught the leaves on fire. The plant was burning when I walked in the door. If I hadn't come home my apartment would have burned down and my cats would have been killed. read more

My review is based on my experience trying to book this company to clean two homes. I sent a request for a quote through yelp and was referred to their website. It's a nice site actually and I submitted two requests for estimates and booking. I received an email confirmation that my first request was booked and that I would receive an email requesting credit card information for the booking. For the second home, I received an email letting me know that the booking was not final and that I would receive an email "soon" letting me know if the booking was confirmed. I followed y; with an email after not getting anything else on it but didn't receive a response. After not receiving any further communication for 3 days after my online requests, and after reviewing the reviews here, I cancelled both bookings/attempts to book. Their lack of follow up and lack of response to my email leaves me with the impression that gaining me as a client isn't important to them and that I would not be valued as a client. Aside from that, both homes are empty and require deep cleaning which it appears they aren't very good at. read more

They were really nice from the office to cleaning. Samantha went trough all the surfaces, clean all the hair that i left behind and did a pretty good job on the kitchen. Here's my updated review after the last negative experience: Wavehouse manager was kind enough to offer a complimentary cleaning to make up for it and I gladly accepted. Same team. Same service. Good company that works with its clients to make sure everybody is satisfied. I've been a consistent client and have also consistently used the same 2person cleaning crew. I had a booking today confirmed for 11:30am with the SAME requested crew, but suddenly a different person showed up 30min late, which threw off my July 4th weekend plans and caused a lot of inconvenience on my end. I called Wavehouse and left a voice message but they didn't bother to call back and I have yet to receive an email response too. This is UNACCEPTABLE for ANY loyal, repeat, long term client who relies on "consistency" to keep things running in our busy daily lives. Wavehouse did NOT bother to inform or communicate these changes they went ahead and made even though everything was already confirmed via email verification. Each time a new cleaner comes (especially one that doesn't speak English), there is a whole walk-through period to introduce the cleaner to what needs to be covered throughout the house. Plus she showed up late and couldn't find my house so I had to go outside and stand in my driveway for 15min trying to instruct an non-English speaker over the phone under the scorching sun. I am updating this review after being pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service this company has. It's not something I usually come across in a bigger city. They addressed my concerns and added a note in my file about the areas that I was unhappy with. The company offered to send someone back out but I had already cleaned the areas that I was unhappy with. They did not charge me full price, however, and offered me a discount for a future cleaning. Since they seem to be the type of company that tries to build a loyalty with their customers and they seem to really care about improving their service, I will likely give them another go. read more

I stay for 2 week in Glendale and I used them to clean the airbnb they were really profesional during the cleaning and the comunication with the office was exelent. Cheap, easy to book and easy to cancel. The "deep clean" is not that deep but your modest home can get adequately cleaned by these folks.

We've had several different companies come out and clean our house, but Wave House Cleaning has done the best deep cleaning job of all time. Jonnathan and Daniela showed up, very professional and courteous. They took their time to clean in great detail from appliances to the floor to all the nook and cranny around the base boards and kitchen cabinets. They used green products per our request- always better to specify such details at the time you're setting up your appointment so they will have all the necessary products when they arrive at your house. I'll start by saying I've never used a cleaning service before. I wasn't sure how to prepare my home for my appointment and I didn't see any information on the site either. I was told by one of the cleaning crew that you're supposed to have nothing on furniture so they can clean because it absorbs time and they don't want to be liable for breaking anything as a result of moving it. He cleaned the top of my refrigerator anyway after his explanation, but it would've been helpful to know ahead of time, since several items were missed as a result. I should have removed lightbulbs from the dining room lamp and restroom lamp so they could clean it. I guess I had a different idea of what deep cleaning means. read more
