Overall good enough to come back I guess. But didn't have the most amazing experience. Especially when it's 3.99 for drinks and fries to add to a 6$ burger that was flat and not super filling. Location and what they have to offer is good. Kids eat free night and good lunch specials definitely a good reason to return for those specific times. But definitely do not see it worth coming here for normal pricing times. I do Enjoy the fact you can order a healthy burger option (turkey or veggie) or go with some standard and jazzed up choices. Also some fancy looking hot dogs. Wife is totally eye balling the shakes so we will need to get that next time out. It is cool they have beers on tap although a little pricey for a strip mall burger joint 5$ for a draft. Little perturbed that the ice machine was broken. They seemed pretty nonchalant about it like its a common thing for places to have no ice available for their drinks that cost over 2$ anyways and didn't even get to enjoy it. Def annoying when trying to enjoy an ice cold soda and it's warm and flat and very unsatisfying. But I'm sure hope this is just a random occurrence. Especially since no real apology happened, just sort of an "oh yeah it doesn't really work sorry you are screwed with your warm drink". Well on this particular day they earned points for having curbside pickup. I had been cleaning all & doing laundry all day & did not feel like 'sprucing up' just because I was hungry. I felt so lazy but was so glad they had the option. When you pull up to the curbside spots, you just call the number on the sign & they bring your order out to you. I ordered a patty melt & onion rings with an Oreo Chocolate shake. Bad I know, but actually it was really good. My order was correct & that gets them 5 stars this time. I will go back again. Stopped in with my son for lunch. It was our first time after just moving into neighborhood. We were very happy with our experience! Service with a smile and even the kid who was changing the trash asked how our meal was. The burgers were great, the fries fresh and crispy, and I loved the craft sodas on offer in the fountain! I saw some reviews where people complained about the price. My son and I both had burgers, fries, and drink along with mac n cheese bites. The bill was $22. I was recommended this place from some moms who order from this place every week while their kids are in extracurricular activities not too far from this location. I must say, after hanging out and smelling the amazing aroma from their weekly ritual, I gave this place a try. I played it safe and ordered the half sized bacon cheese fries...amazing! They cooked to order, so it was hot and fresh. The flavor of the fries were seasoned nicely, just enough cheese, bacon, green onion, and ranch dressing. It wasn't soggy, nor overloaded with grease, which tends to me my loaded fries experience. I'll be back and I'll definitely try the featured burger. read more

Ouch - overpriced burger place. I hate to give a bad review but when my kids wouldn't even eat the bland French fries there's a problem. There wasn't any salt on the fries. The burger of the month, Bacon Ranch Burger on a pretzel bun, was good but for $7.29 and then another $4 for fries & a drink... It was definitely not an $11 meal. Beers are $3.99. My single burger $5.04 & onion rings $4.99 was not worth the price tag. The onion rings were bland, boring & no dipping sauce. The chocolate milk shake was good & a large portion. Thank god it was kids eat free night or it would've been a $40 night and not worth it! I appreciate a good fresh burger but these were lame. We were visiting from out of town and definitely wouldn't go back. The cashier was impatient as if we were in a huge rush yet there was no one behind me in line. We have eaten here a half dozen times each time expecting it to be a better experience. The burgers and shakes are good but It's the service that always falls short, which is a shame. Today our cashier took a phone call in the middle of taking our order making us wait for about 5 mins before another employee came to finish our order. We were the only customers in the restaurant but several tables were dirty and the floor was in desperate need of a sweep. I really wish this place would get it together. This is a new store and it still has that fresh paint look, without the smell of course. The menu board is simple and easy to read with lots to choose from including a couple of fresh salads. I usually ask for a recommendation whene trying a new place. The associate behind the counter recommended a double burger with four slices of cheese. She explained that the burgers were cooked fresh to order and were flattened on the grill while cooking. A burger chain that can take the time to cook the meat fresh to order is a rare find. Some of The best chains on the West Coast still boast that type of attention from their customers. Just wondering how long it will take to educate the local clientele. We received our order promptly at about 6 to 10 minutes and it was quite a meal. After the first bite I was reminded of that scene from Pulp Fiction where Samuel L Jackson is trying the big Kahuna burger before he offs those young entrepreneurs, Now That's A Tasty Burger. . . I walked and got a friendly welcome from the employees and then I was offered some of the latest specials. I got a simple double cheeseburger, fries, and a strawberry milkshake. The burger was cooked to perfection, the fries were flawless, and the shake was sublime. I'm not gonna lie the food did cost a little more than what you would pay at McDonald's but what you're gonna end up paying for is great food, excellent quality, great service, and the best burger for 20 miles in every direction. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and hubby had a patty melt and macaroni bites. I rather enjoyed my burger, although I don't eat the bun, I would get it again. I ordered mine with extra bacon and cheddar cheese so, maybe that made it taste a bit better. My husband said his patty melt was just a patty melt, on par with any drive thru burger place.
