I am editing my review for the following reason after I posted the review the owner of the company called me personally and offered me an apology and made everything right. He was very sincere and in this day and age it was nice to see someone admit that they dropped the ball instead of making excuses. I was very impressed and although it didn't work for me, just because of the way the owner stepped up and took the time to contact me and explained to me what happened and didn't make excuses I am changing my review to 4 stars. I like to support small local bushiness and I am very glad that he took the time to call me and I would feel comfortable recommending them in the future. I am a very satisfied customer. They have horrible customer service, I was very happy with my previous company (llyods) but the sales person lied to me about the service and I specifically asked if there was a fee if I terminated my contact with Home Guard if they didn't do as well as Lloyd s did. Well after a few months I wasn't happy and I canceled my service and they charged me a fee. I talked to them about what the sales person promised they promised to refund my money and they never did. So I will never ever recommend them and the very POOR customer service they have. I am very happy to be back with Lloyd s and even though they cost me more, they at least do what they say they will do and they have the proper customer service..... Very disappointing because I wanted to support a local family business. read more

Due to a less than favorable landlord, we have been fighting pests for over a year now. We decided to finally just bite the bullet and pay for service ourselves with WeDoCreepy. They were able to schedule me the next day. However, we needed weekend availability and they were able to accommodate. We were assigned Richard Lamb, and he was great! He was quick and courteous and extremely informative. I have severe social anxiety, and I felt quite embarrassed to HAVE to call out a pest control. Richard quickly alleviated that, answered all my questions and gave suggestions without making me feel judged, or uncomfortable. I definitely feel confident in my decision to use WeDoCreepy, and have requested Richard as our designated tech. We've been fighting this issue for over a year, Richard came in in one day, and we are seeing a significant difference, as they are nearly gone. Also, with previous companies, we were never told to clean out all cabinets, including the restrooms. Richard gave us an opportunity to knock all of that out before we left. I've been a customer of their service for a while now. However, my recent experience left me quite disappointed. Upon returning from a short trip last night, I was greeted with a distressing sight - my house had become infested with thousands of ants, despite the fact that their pest control service had been conducted just a few weeks ago. In my concern, I promptly reached out to their customer service the following day. Regrettably, their response was less than satisfactory. I was informed that the earliest available appointment for assistance would be two days later. Their explanation was that they only have one technician available, and he is fully booked for both today and tomorrow. This level of customer service is far from acceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected a more prompt and efficient response, especially when dealing with an urgent situation like a sudden infestation. The delay in addressing the issue has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I hope that they will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to their scheduling and customer service procedures to better meet the needs of their clients in the future. read more

My last review was for the gophers, which have not come back! My next-door neighbor used Richard L. too, and because of that, we haven't seen any since the service. This review is for the bugs. I haven't seen many around my house lately, but when I do, they're dead, so I know whatever Richard L. is doing is working. Definitely keeping the service. One less thing to worry about. Update (6/29/26): I had Richard come back out because I noticed some new holes in my yard and thought the gophers had returned. After taking a look, he explained that it was actually ground squirrels this time and showed me how he could tell the difference. I never would have known. Unfortunately, his company doesn't treat ground squirrels, so there wasn't anything he could do, but I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything instead of just brushing me off. He answered all my questions, gave me some good information, and was honest about what they could and couldn't help with. That's exactly why I keep using Richard--he's knowledgeable, straightforward, and always takes the time to help. read more

Brian White is the absolute best. When he comes to do our quarterly sprays, it's like a friend is stopping by. He's so nice and sweet and an all around great guy. He's very knowledgeable of his job and always makes sure our questions are answered. We have had a lot of other pest control companies knock on our door and try to get us to switch and I tell them "absolutely not! As long as Brian is with WeDoCreepy, they have my business." I also love that they don't charge us monthly, but quarterly when the actual service is completed. They also have us set up on a nice schedule where I don't even have to worry about it. And they ARE the cheapest! I've looked before when the other salesmen come to the door and you get the best bang for your buck with these guys. ALSO if between services you see any bugs in your house, just call them up and they will send someone out almost immediately. I didn't think pest control would be the one recommendation I had for people who own their homes but it really is. We are SO happy with them. read more

We recently had our home tented and treated for termites by Homeguard (We Do Creepy) and we were very satisfied. Joevany managed the project and came over to explain exactly what would be happening and everything we needed to do on our end. He provided special bags for items that could not be exposed. He gave explicit instructions for our plants, etc. On the morning of the tenting, he was here to take a look around to ensure everything was ready. He even helped my husband move a large plant away from the house to prevent it from damage. After 2 days, we were back home. A couple days later his construction crew came to replace damaged facia board around most of the house. They worked very diligently and the house looks great! The cost for all this was very reasonable. We have used Homeguard for our regular extermination service for over 10 years. Always reliable with outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. We highly recommend this company! read more

This is called a WOLF SPIDER. He was visiting my garage & I texted this picture to my service tech. XENG happened to be next-door servicing my neighbor, and I waved him over to take a look at this furry guy. He was kind to come investigate and educate me about this wolf spider who apparently loves mulch, which I have a ton of in the front of my house garden. XENG, even though I wasn't on his SERVICE that day removed the spider. I have no problem contacting the office and scheduling days that are convenient to me. Xeng is an excellent service tech & glad he is our regular tech. He knows my property & knows the pest that are known in my area. He is polite & considerate of the times he comes to service my home. I have no problem whatsoever with communication regarding the products this company uses with Xeng being upfront & clear. We have been customers for 7 years, and always appreciate their responsiveness on the phone. They always work with us if we have an urgent need, or simply need to reschedule our regular appointments. They are very accommodating and friendly. They have helped us too by factoring in my many health issues and concerns. Our regular technician, Michelle, is out today so Roberto was sent our way. He was phenomenal! He was very patient and thorough, and really helped us talk through our concerns. It was apparent he really cares about his job and his customers. We have always been pleased with Michelle and also Brian and Joevany. The whole company is amazing. We asked if they might have a sign we could post so that all the OTHER pest control companies who knock on our door know not to bother us;) Roberto followed up at the end of the service today and told us he would speak to his manager about a sign. I had an excellent experience with Josh Glodich. He truly went above and beyond during our service. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, but he also showed genuine care in making sure our issue was handled properly. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond his normal responsibilities. When we mentioned the little critters we were dealing with, Josh offered to come back the very next day and take care of them himself--even though it wasn't technically part of his job. He also immediately scheduled an appointment for me to make sure everything would be properly taken care of. That level of dedication and customer care is rare and very much appreciated.
