At 1:30 they called to move the appt to 3-6pm. At 4:45p they called to reschedule to MONDAY! I had already missed a day of work and couldn't miss another, plus the loss of salary. After some back and forth they scheduled for Sunday 11-2. I rearranged my schedule. At noon on Sunday they called to reschedule to WEDNESDAY! Clearly they over-schedule and seem to not have enough techs to cover the work, nor do they prioritize people who they inconvenience. Do not waste your time.
