My LiftMaster garage door was giving me a message error of forced opening. It would open about 8 inches and stop. Lights were blinking and an error code would be displayed on the panel, it would do this occasionally and sporadically. Aaron, owner of A.S.A.P Garage Door Repair saw my post and called me. Aaron stated "it was the weather stripping that was causing the problem" (I had pictures in my post). Aaron said he could fix it for me with new weather stripping.
