My rating just got increased from a 3 to a 4 based upon being advised that this hamburger was hand made and formed in an in-house mold, correcting my assumption that it was prepackaged due to the uniformed look of the burger. Had been craving a fresh hand made burger for months and just knew a Weber restaurant would deliver the goods. I explicitly said NO MAYO OR AOLI and you bet they had mayo. for this reason they cannot receive 5 stars but I will return simply because of this response!!!! Nice place. Friendly people. read more

Once my party of six were seated by the manager, he came back after we had ordered drinks and asked us to move to a different table because he had made a mistake. The reservation was made a week in advance! Disrespectful since we had a person on a cane and was very comfortable seated! read more

This place has great options at happy hour. The prices are really low for what you pay at happy hour. Their service is always great and very welcoming. The ambience is perfect for a sports bar and a family restaurant. Another good thing about this place is it's not crowded even on Friday evenings. That helps us to go without reservations. read more

We came here on Thanksgiving twice--2023 and 2025, and both times were pleasant and the same experience. The servers are attentive, the restaurant and bar are spacious and clubby, and the food's been good. My friend had the Thanksgiving meal, and I had fajitas with chicken. I had high hopes since I knew the chicken would be grilled right, and it was. Plenty of side items--beans, white and red rice, cheese, onions, sour cream, fajita veggies, a lot of chicken, and four tortillas. It was my first time coming today and OMG everything was delicious!!! The beer chicken was so flavorful and juicy. Mashed potatoes and green beans were so flavorful. Everything had flavor!!! Place is absolutely brutal. Did the cooking class and every group cooked a better steak than any given steak which came from the kitchen -- multiple tasted like lighter fluid. This was honestly disappointing. I ordered a steak and a burger.... two things this place should absolutely nail and both came out dry. For a restaurant built around grilling, that's a tough miss. The ambience is nice, and I can see it being a decent spot to watch a game or grab a beer, but the food didn't justify coming back. There are far too many better options in the city doing the same thing and doing it much better. Something changed !!!! This location has bad service , the manager was giving us attitude when we asked to be seated before all our party arrived. And food!! especially steak is no longer the quality it used to be. I had the Delmonico ribeye and it was horrible. The color was off and the taste was average at best. My hubby has wanted to check out a Weber Grill for quite a while, so when we were staying in the area, we had to check it out. We were able to get a table without a reservation. They sat us at a window booth in the back. First thing we noticed was the table was scratched up with lots of water stains. That part of the dining room is definitely in need of a good cleaning and refresh because it was a bit dirty and outdated. I guess the reason I'm talking about this so much is that at this price point, I was expecting it to be nicer. The dining room had a bunch of vintage Weber kettles on display, which was neat. The service was okay. We could tell he was a new hire because he was a bit awkward, and stumbled over our questions about the menu. We ordered the egg rolls (with smoked brisket) as a starter, my hubby ordered a burger and fries, and I ordered a Delmonico steak with a loaded baked potato. The egg rolls were good, but salty. My steak was okay, it was cooked correctly, but part of the steak had such a strong charcoal flavor I couldn't eat it. It tasted like a mouthful of char. The loaded potato was really weak with the toppings and it was dry like it was under a heat lamp for hours. My hubby's burger and fries were okay. Overall we weren't impressed with the food. The beginning started off just great with the gentleman pronouncing my last name correctly. Then we met our server Vicki F. She was attentive, informative, and pleasant. Was able to dim the lights a little. She checked on a menu item for us with the kitchen. Then brought our fabulous dinners. I had the Carolina Pork Chops and my wife had the filet mignon. What a fantastic food experience. I don't remember the last time I had pork chops that delicious. Definitely one of the most consistent steak houses over the last 25 years. We enjoyed our meals, drinks, and service on 1/24/2026. Our waitress, Alexandra, made the evening exceptional as she looked after us all evening. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu as it had some really good choices. I had the Carolina pork chop with mashed potatoes & spinach. It was tasty and the honey mustard sauce on the side made it even better. My partner had meatloaf (2 slices) with two sides and he was happy. The pretzel rolls were a nice touch as well. Our service here was really good. The server Maritza was very attentive and a joy to be around. She gave us good recommendations for our sides and laughed with our stupid jokes. To start my review I will talk about the food. We had the Big Gs burger and a couple of steaks, the meat was full of flavor and you can taste the smokiness of the grill. We enjoyed our appetizers especially the ribs those are a must have and I recommend. To drink we had the mango lemonade and it was perfect not too sweet and sour. Service was great our waiter was very polite and the manager was very inviting. Ambiance of the restaurant is clean and warm. Overall I recommend this restaurant and a must have is the BBQ. We went for Thanksgiving & it was perfect! I had the Delmonico and it was cooked perfect, best steak I have ever had. The mashed potatoes are out of this world. Everyone liked their food the meatloaf is really good my husband got it I had to taste- Get the corn bread! It was very busy but everything came out perfectly- love the grills all around the restaurant very cute. I just wish when there is a large crowd they could do at least 2 separate checks, I was told I could but when we got there server said no. We will be back! read more

I had the filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and it was delicious, my son had the Delmonico Ribeye with fries and asparagus, he loved the steak and fries, but found the asparagus lacking in seasoning. We had a 7pm reservation and were seated at about ten after. This is just fine, but the restaurant was only about half full. Once we were seated it took about 15 minutes for the waiter to greet us. We got our drinks and promptly ordered after locating the kids menu on our phones. Poor service continued. We asked waiter for an update after 40 minutes of waiting for our meal. We just left when another 10 minutes went by and we didn't have our meal. The manager was apologetic- he genuinely seemed to care. Oh well... read more

We went here as they were less crowded on a Friday night for dinner. This was the first in many years I've been to a Weber Grill. I had the Big G's BBQ Chicken entrée & fire roasted corn and spinach queso. The portions are big here, so there was lunch the next day. The pretzel rolls were delicious! It's unique and cool to see right when you walk in the host station across the exposed kitchen. The food was good not great. They have plenty of parking and you can't miss the big ole Weber Grill outside. read more
