This place definitely beat my expectations! From drinks and appetizers to meals and service, I everything was amazing. We got the steak skewers, and baked French onion soup, both were some of the best I've had. My husband and I got a pitcher of the citrus rum sangria and wow, delicious! For our meals we got a full slab of ribs with a loaded baked potato and the beer can chicken! The ribs fell of the bone and the chicken had so much flavor and juice. So good! We got takeout here yesterday and it was SO delicious that we had to come back here second time on our last night in Chicago. The to go order was packed with so much care, with all the extra sauces, xtra wrapping on boxes so it doesn't spill, and allll the wet naps we need. The ribs here are to die for, I ordered a ribeye steak and it was cooked to PERFECTION, as well as my boyfriends ribs were legit fall off the bone. I never heard of this restaurant before and was surprised when we where in Lombard and stumbled upon on it...well you can't miss the big red grill outside. We went at the perfect time because it was before the dinner crowd so it was not busy and we were able to be seated immediately. They are practicing social distance, all staff had on masks and they not seating at every table. They are using a limited menu though so you might want to check their website before going. My husband had the beer chicken with baked beans and I had the ribs with baked beans and fries and we shared a crab cake appetizers. Our food was really good and came out in a nice amount of time. Seated right in time for our 6:30 reservation yesterday. Prompt service by waiter. Ordered drinks and appetizer, which came quickly. Then things went down hill. Ordered second round of drinks before our main course came. We didn't get them until AFTER we had finished our meals. Actually got them as we were given the bill. This is after asking the them twice as our waiter went by. "The bar is busy" was the excuse. We had ordered a bottle of beer and a glass of wine, not a difficult order. $19 glass of wine and we didn't get it until after we were completely through with dinner. Food was meh. Cold asparagus with steak medallions. Cold sautéed spinach as well. Had to ask two times for our sautéed mushrooms as well. The restaurant was not extremely busy. Came here for a late Sunday lunch, closer to really early dinner. I've never heard of a Weber restaurant before and had no preconceived expectations. Kind of like something out of the Landry's group of restaurants. Kind of chain like, but the food is pretty consistently good. Walked in on a post COVID Tuesday without reservations. Was able to get seated immediately and chose a stool at the bar. I asked the friendly bartender for some menu advice and went with the beer can chicken per his advice. 10 minutes or less or later I was eating. We have attended Weber grill in Chicago so it was nice to compare and come to this one. We had reservations for 7pm and when we arrived we were seated right away. The decor on the table was cute because we went on Friday 2/11/22 to celebrate Valentine's day. First we order drinks, I had the flirtini which was good, my fiance had cranberry and vodka. Bread and butter is only served per request which we found out when we saw other tables getting some and had to ask. Which was nice and warm when it came to the table. We had garlic shrimp scampi which was good. For dinner I had 10oz filet mignon cooked a perfect medium and he had the beer can roasted chicken. We both had the garlic mash potatoes which had too much garlic in it for our liking. Which is the reason I gave the restaurant 4 stars. My dad loves Webber Grill. He loves cooking on the Webber Grill at home and the restaurant as well. We decided to come here for lunch when we were in the area. The service was good and we were greeted promptly and seated. It wasn't very busy though. I ordered the burger. It was juicy and flavorful. My dad got a steak. It was decent. Each bite you were able to taste so many juicy flavors which was accompanied by hickory. My spinach was steamed perfectly with a buttery flavor. The birthday lady, ordered the grilled meatloaf. Weber Grill has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and a very friendly vibe. Our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful. They bring warm pretzel rolls to the table to start. Which are very tasty and a nice change up from the regular bread you get at most places. They have a large drink menu which is full of standards as well as house specialty's. I went with the Pomegranate Moscow Mule. It had a really nice flavor which made it dangerously drinkable and was refreshing. Their food menu is equally large and has something for all tastes. For an appetizer I went with the crab cake served with house slaw and mustard sauce. The crab cake was perfectly cooked. Soft inside, slightly crisp outside, nice and warm with a mild flavor. The mustard sauce was creamy and added a slight spice that was enjoyable. The slaw was cool and crunchy. A wonderful array of textures, flavors, and temperatures to start off the meal. For my dinner I had the Carolina smoked pork chops, served with a mustard glaze, mashed potatoes, and spinach. The pork chops were juicy and full of flavor and the spinach was warm with just a hint of crispness left. Both were very tasty. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth. They were a tad on the bland side but once I mixed in the mustard glaze they were good. For dessert we went with the banana pudding. It was creamy, sweet, and very enjoyable. It was an OK experience it wasn't horrible but it wasn't as great as I thought it would have been. The server was not attentive of our table the food was OK but I had to ask to have the meatloaf reheated because it felt too cold almost like if it was sitting out for too long before they came and brought it to the table. So that was something that I didn't care for I also did not like that they didn't check your temperature when you went in nobody was wearing masks it was as if COVID-19 was not existent and there is no social distancing when you said you sit at a table and there will be people bye-bye you so don't think you're going to be having any kind of social distancing because you're not they literally have every table full. The best thing about the restaurant was definitely the nachos it was nice and crunchy but the meatloaf really disappointed in the sense of you need somebody had left it back there because it was so cold and the fact that I had to ask for it to be reheated was not pleasant at all. Just next time please be mindful that while yes the restaurant can get busy you do have families waiting on the food I food took about 45 minutes to come out so not the greatest service but there's definitely room for improvement. read more

I am sooo happy that we came to Weber Grill for a pre Valentine's Day meal. We got the salmon, ribs, and pulled pork sandwich. Everything was delicious, the ribs just came off the bone, the salmon was not dry, and the green beans with mash potatoes were seasoned to perfection. I'm not a big corn break fan, but the cornbread they served was very good. Our server was very nice, kept checking up on us, the place was cleaned and enforced COVID regulations (masks, hand sanitizer, etc). We stayed at a hotel nearby and, exhausted, settled on Weber's for dinner. The meal was pretty hit or miss. We ordered onion curls to start, and I did the Ribeye with potatoes and asparagus. I've never had any cooked like this. Undercooked maybe? But without the snap of uncooked asparagus. It was tough and woody. - The beer menu looked great but every beer my husband asked for was out. It did not seem to be that busy for a Saturday night, but there are a lot of restaurants in this area.
