I live down the street from Weber Grill and drove past hundreds of times but never stopped in. I decided to stop in for a take out order and sit at the bar. The environment was very nice and the food was served in a reasonable period of time. Stacey was my bartender and she was very pleasant and prompt. I felt like she enjoyed her job and was pleasant to deal with. The food turned out to be good also. I will update when I come in for a dinner. read more

We made a 6:15 PM reservation on a Friday night. Their menu has gluten-free items marked, and our server mentioned most other things could be modified to be GF. To start, they brought out gluten-free bread for me with different spreads, which was a nice touch. I ordered a glass of Moscato, the French onion soup (no croutons), and the Impossible Burger on a GF bun. The server assured me they had a dedicated gluten-free fryer, so I chose fries as my side. When the food arrived, the manager brought it out and informed me that the fries actually had cross-contamination, asking if I was okay with it. I said no and explained what the server had told us. This could have been really bad for me if it hadn't been caught. The manager immediately offered to remake my entire entree safely. They also comped my husband's appetizer for the mishap, and the server was very apologetic. The food itself was pretty good, and while the communication mix-up was stressful, I am incredibly grateful the manager caught it before I ate. read more

This was our first time dining here. We were seated immediately with our reservation. Our server, Brian L, greeted us quickly. He was friendly and attentive to our table's needs. We did not have to ask refills for our water and coffee. The noise level was moderately high and it was somewhat difficult to hold a conversation without speaking a little loudly. I do prefer sweetened cocktails. The Flirtini drink was good, but a little too sweet for my taste. The complimentary pretzels roll with cheese and butter spreads were delicious and a nice touch. The food was prepared well and had great flavor. Our table ordered the Delmonico ribeye with mashed potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts of the appetizer menu to be served with dinner and smoked pork chops with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. The steak was flavorful and prepared as ordered. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. I enjoyed the pork chops, but I think my personal preference is a bone-in pork chop. We shared the grilled pineapple sundae, which was good, but the pineapple did not seem to have a grilled flavor as we expected. Consistent quality! I have dined here for my dad's birthday the last two years. Both times he has ordered the Delmonico Ribeye, but opted for the seasonal special version of it. The meat is always made perfectly as ordered. The pretzel buns and variety of butter that comes out free to the table is always a favorite among my family as well. Service can sometimes be a bit slow despite coming at off times, but nothing drastic. Both times that we have come for a birthday, my dad was given a small birthday brownie a la mode with a candle which is always an appreciated touch. This last time we dined, there was a grilling class outside which blocked off a lot of the parking lot, and produced some student foot traffic through the restaurant but was not disruptive. If you can sit with a few of the kitchen it's cool to see the grills. Drinks are also very tasty- I recommend the red sangria pitcher! Wow I was pretty much impressed with the quality of food this time around. Let me start with the atmosphere. This location is big. Has a nice bar area, and then you have your dining area which is kind of out of view of the bar area. The dining area is big. They have your standard tables, and booths. Looks warm and cozy. They have now a special menu, which has a nicely fixed priced, less than $30.00. It's called the Just Right Menu," a special 3-course meal (appetizer, entrée, dessert). You get a choice of either a soup, mixed greens, or caeser salad. Entree has a nice selection to pick from, ex..grilled chicken, grilled pork chops, beef medallions., and more. Desert is ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. So I ordered the caeser salad. It was nice portion with a nice amount of cheese and croutons. Perfect amount of dressing. It was really good. For my entree I ordered the medallions which was Two 3oz. Each medallions, garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus. I was impressed. The beef medallions were outstanding. They were perfectly cooked (medium) tender, juicy, and had a great flavor. The garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and had the right amount of garlic flavor. It was great. Loved it. The desert was a nice portioned size scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream, peanuts, and chocolate syrup. It was a great simple desert. The portion sizes from the special menu were perfect for me. However, I'm not sure if it would be enough for others with bigger appetites. The food overall was delicious. Location was quite an up to date venue. Appetizers were quite delicious, Nachos were great with the guacamole dip, the cubed steaks cubes weee perfectly seasoned a good cut of meat. An excrete menu had their Cabernet Savinaign From Napa ... my new favorite. Tough call between the ribs versus Their Ribeye had it prepared medium but more on the rare side.... Sangria- waiter mentioned that the fruit is soaked in for a long time to add flavor to the drink. Kids menu- 1 kid ordered ribs and finished it all. The other ate the hot dog and for a picky eater...he finished it too! Wife ordered ribs and she loved it. I tried a few pieces and definitely loved the charcoal taste. I originally ordered a ribeye but early in the morning it wasn't available yet due to some type of preparation time. However ordering the prime rib as a back up was a blessing in disguise. Visited for a team builder in their patio with grilling challenge. That was definitely the high point! The grill master that was with us was engaging, informative and nice enough to put up with our shenanigans. We started with a few drinks and appetizers on the patio and then he got us going after about 45 minutes. He walked us through all the steps of our challenge and explained the rules clearly, even though a few of our group chose not to follow them. The result was so delicious cooked filet mignon with a horseradish Parmesan crust on a bed of asparagus and grilled mushrooms. It was absolutely delicious and easily could have been our whole meal! Wait, there was more. After we plated it and tasted our meals, we went into a private room where we were served a few items family style. At this point, we were all wondering how we would possibly going to eat more. The salads were pretty standard. The downside was that the service definitely slowed down in the main room and we had to wait an hour for our family style entrées. They included chicken piccata, which was cooked well but lacked a little flavor and steak, which paled in comparison to the steaks that we grilled on the patio. The mashed potatoes and green beans as sides were both delicious. Our waiter was nice and engaging but a mess up in the kitchen seemed to be the cause for the delay and misses in meal delivery once we were seated. I definitely return for a team builder because, as I said above, it was the high point and one of the better group outings I've taken part in. But, given the experience in the dining room. She always had a smile and pleasant word through our whole visit. Even though she got busy she took care of all of us without skipping a beat. When you pull up in the parking lot the first thing you notice is the huge red grill on front of the restaurant. The restaurant is very large and decorated beautifully. The staff is dressed up so nicely and our waiter was very polite. This is the kind of restaurant you want to celebrate a special anniversary, birthday, or just a nice place to impress you date. The lights are dimmed and the booths and chairs are comfortable. Our favorite dinner is the meatloaf and we love the burgers too. We always ask for the pretzel rolls, butter, and cheesy spread when as soon as the waiter stops at our table. We love to eat them while we are waiting for our food. You get three large pieces of delicious meatloaf that is basted in BBQ sauce, if you like a lot of sauce make sure you ask for some on the side too. It comes with green beans with sliced almonds, and mashed potatoes! I am a pretty good eater and can clean my plate 99% of the time... Today I had to take one piece home for later. I am always impressed with the food and service. Their rewards program is the best. I received $20 off my birthday dinner and I had $15+ in awards that I cashed in. The restaurant was completely full for a Tuesday night, so it may be wise to call ahead for reservations. We love coming here and highly recommend it! read more

I recently came here with my husband for the first time since I was young, and it did not disappoint! We ended up making a reservation on a random Friday, and we didn't need to because when we came, it ended up being a slower late afternoon. We came around 5:30, though, so I am sure it picks up later in the evening. Upon walking in the front doors, we had 2 nicely dressed gentlemen greet us. It felt much fancier than I expected, especially for somewhere that has a huge Weber grill decoration in the front of the restaurant. The confusing thing about this though is that the workers were dressed very professionally, but the customers that were seated were mixed with the way they dressed. Most were dressed very casually, so the professional dress for the staff felt a bit over the top, but still impressive all at the same time. For an appetizer, my husband and I ordered the Charcoal Chili Chicken Wings ($14) and they were amazing. I told my husband I wasn't going to have any, but when they came, the sauce had such an enticing smell that I ate about half the wings! HA! They had a perfect balance of warm meat with the crunch from the breading, and they had the most amazing smoky flavor. I would come here again specifically for these because my mouth is watering right now just thinking about them! The waiter even unexpectedly gave us a hot towel to use after eating the hot wings. This added to the upper-class feel of the restaurant, which set it apart from other places. For my dinner, I ordered the Steak Fajitas ($29). These were aesthetically plated, and the pop of color from the peppers contrasted the steak beautifully. Unlike many other places, Weber gave me an entire steak with my fajitas, and it was peppery and delicious. I must say that it was cooked to perfection, as well. I also love that the peppers, onions, and steak arrive to the table on a sizzling hot plate; you get a regular plate full of cheese, salsa fresca, and sour cream toppings; then, you get another plate full of rice, black beans, and foil-wrapped tortillas. I cannot say enough great things about these fajitas! My husband enjoyed his food, which was the Prime Beef Brisket ($33). The menu states this is "smoked daily in-house and limited quantity." He enjoyed his food and said the flavor was great, but I tried a piece, and it was a bit too dry for my liking. The Texas BBQ sauce helped keep the meat more flavorful, though. Overall, we will 100% be back here, and we truly enjoyed it. Our waiter was also personable and helpful. You can't ask for a better experience than one where you have amazing quality food and A+ service. It's definitely hard to find nowadays. read more

I've never been to a Weber Grill restaurant so when we came into the area I knew I wanted to try it. Place is pretty, clean, cutesie. We came for a late lunch and sat in the bar area. Husband got the Delmonico and said it was really good and cooked perfectly....medium rare with a side of the spinach. I got the patty melt with a side of the Mac n cheese. That Mac n cheese was so damn good! I would've been just happy if that was the only thing I ordered. Burger was good too. On Saturday, July 26th hosted my DIL, Dasha's, Baby Shower at Weber Grill! A HUGE thank you, to Sarah, Event Planner, at Weber Grill! Sarah had all the details top notch organized, which allows the party to have a seamless start to finish and that is exactly how the afternoon flowed! My email response time from Sarah, was always very prompt, professional and cordial! Two (2) times, I needed to see the room for decorating purposes. Diane and another kind lady, showed me to the room. I was not rushed or hovered over. I left Weber Grill, feeling at ease and confident! The room was just lovely, with natural light, privacy from the main dining room, very nice decor, beautiful table place settings and plenty of space to move around, and set up gifts, diapers and dessert tables! Another BIG thank you, to the kind opening manager, who allowed me in 15 minutes earlier than originally planned. He immediately asked Tyler to help me unload my car. Tyler was there with a big smile, taking packages and bringing to the Grill Room East! Our "wing men" for the shower were Tyler and Viggo! They went above and beyond amazing service! Tyler and Viggo were professional, cordial and very willing to make our party a HUGE success and it truly was! The Chicken Piccata, Pork Chop and Salmon were amazingly delicious! we appreciate that you accommodated our late arrival an hour before closing, there were some inconsistencies in the quality of our meals that I wanted to bring to your attention.We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and particularly appreciated your delicious pretzel bread and cheese butter, though we understand it was unavailable due to the late hour. The BBQ bacon burger was satisfactory, although I would suggest reducing the BBQ sauce in future orders. My son and I both found our Delmonico ribeyes to be cooked perfectly and exceptionally tasty. Unfortunately, my son's initial ribeye contained a hair, which was understandably unpleasant. While the waiter's offer to remove the dish from the bill or order something different or provide a replacement was appreciated, the replacement steak was significantly inferior, containing an unacceptable amount of fat. We chose not to make a further fuss at the time and opted to leave the unsatisfactory steak untouched. My other son, however, enjoyed his New York strip steak immensely.My overall service was adequate, though not quite at the level we had anticipated based on previous experiences. read more

Ambiance- you know, I wasn't sure quite WHAT to expect. I mean, how many BBQ grill companies own and operate a restaurant? We walked in on a slow Monday night to see a tastefully decorated (a la early 2000's it appeared) steakhouse with a nice little vibe. We had a reservation (call it a leftover California habit) but definitely did NOT need one. We were promptly greeted and seated in a nice booth. Service was handled by two waiters (I think one was in training). The drink order was quickly taken but took a bit long to show up. That said, the beer came with some fresh-outta-the-oven pretzel rolls. These, it must be said, were yum-yum-yummy! Ok - hub hub has a thing for french onion soup. Now when this order came, it was baked - with freshly melted cheese all over the top. He really, really enjoyed this. Nice. I got a cuppa the daily soup (a roasted chicken in a creamy sauce). Very, very nice. Ok- so far, so good. The hubby ordered the Big G burger. I, in turn, got the Beer Can Chicken w/ a 1/3 rack of baby back ribs. Now, I know they grill the meats on the barbie (it IS a Weber Grill place, right?) - and from what I was told it was cooked over charcoal. Not sure I tasted the traditional bbq flavor though. The chicken skin was really crisp - a good thing - but was a bit too dry. And the 1/3 rack was really small- kinda like it came off a baby pig. They couldn't have let that piglet get just a LITTLE bigger? That said, the meat was tender as it should be, but the bbq sauce was just too sweet for this man's taste buds. Ok- by this point we were pretty darned full. So even though we wanted dessert there was simply no room in our soon-to-be-portly midsections for it. Darn it. Will we come again? Yes. But I'll stay away from the beer can chicken and 1/3 rack of baby backs and get either a burger or simply a steak- probably a wise choice! read more

Presentation...none! Literally, my grilled steak and a side of garlic mashed in a small serving bowl were on the plate and that was it. No garnish or much thought put into my almost $40 plate. The food is absolutely classic and American and portions were generous. Absolutely loved the food and the ambience is a little bit of a fancy your backyard, barbecue experience. There were some mishaps throughout the evening by out of stock wine bottles, and waiter, spilling food, literally right next to us however, no harm done and luckily I have a good attitude. We came here to celebrate her birthday, and the dessert was delicious and just the right portion size as well.
