Beautiful flowers, great prices, friendly service. Love this place!!

I'm usually the kind of person who will never write a review or take the time to do it since I'm so busy with my wedding coming up in 6 weeks but I felt that sharing this information will help other Brides like me so here it is: this "ROBERT" receive us and very cold way, just start writing down prices cost etc etc and with no explanation what so ever or pictures to look at, he was trying to showed us and sale to us in 3 minutes, he said your total is 960 dlls for 7 bouquets,7 buteniers a couple of church center pieces, flower girl petals, My and my fiance we wore with ????? faces since we cud not believe he's attitude, when I stop him and ask him to slow down and explains to us he's packages, The ones that he send me via email, he got really mad my fiance reaction was well we're gonna have to think about this, and he's answer was this: Well you are wasting your time with me because i might be all ready book for your date, the poor girl who works there was in red with the fit that he was trowing, he crumble the paper in our faces and said you are never going to find any one like me, and oh boy he was right, I drove to the flower district got more center pieces and more flowers and EVERYTHING that I need for 500 dlls, so don't waist your time with this horrible men who pretends to know all about the flower business and claims to have the best prices in the market, and never the less let your self down for people like him , just Terrible!!!!!!! read more

My sister and I was so impressed. We had a short time to plan my sister wedding. We met with several florist which were pretty expensive. We had a meeting scheduled with flower 4 less and two others that day. My sister and I was hesitate at first, My sister is very picky and she knows what she wants and she wants it on a budget. Let me tell you Robert was extremely nice and his staff. He listened to what my sister wanted and made suggestions and showed us examples of flowers he had just finished. He was funny and you can tell he knew how to deal with a bride to be. At the end he gave us a very good price and scheded us to return and see an example of the flowers he was going to do for us. We were so impressed we canceled our other appointments we had that day. Now we skip forward to the day of the wedding. Wow! Wow! he was on time. The flowers for the wedding party was so beautiful and my sister flowers was so beautiful and exactly what she asked for, My sister bouquet was upgraded since she wanted a long flowing cascading bouquet and additional flowers it was amazing. Then we get to the reception and it was like we walked into a garden of love, we were all impressed, Me, my sister and the guest, Everyone kept asking who did the flowers even the decorator was impressed, We were sooooo happy. Last Saturday 10/19/2015, I purchased a fall flower arrangement, it was an assortment of flowers placed inside a carved pumpkin. Very creative and was excited to bring the arrangement home. However, the next day the flowers were already flopping, they looked like they were already dying.Disappointing...maybe a bad batch of flowers? read more

Ordered flowers online and after placing my order I called the store and ask for the earliest delivery time the girl I talked to assured me the flowers would be delivered by 10 am. When I called at 10:20 am on the day of delivery I was told that the flowers hadn't even left the store. I spoke to Robert, the store owner he was rude and basically hung up on me and all he said before hanging up was we will get them there when we can. I was so dissapointed with their customer service that I will definitely never use them again!!! read more

Was very impressed at first with WF4L when I was working with Shawna, the owner, but her staff is very rude and not helpful, they dont listen very well and dont seem like they like their job. Would go back again only if Stella didnt work there, would rather pay more and go else where with my business. If I hadnt paid a deposit I would have cancelled my order and paid more elsewhere. Had an appt today at 11am to pick my wedding flowers! Omg such wonderful service my florist was such a doll, she was sooo sweet and had great ideas. Listened and laughed with me, i felt like she was a friend! I found these guys at the costa mesa bridal expo this month and robert jr was so nice and knowledgeable i had to book. And all of these bad reviews on here i have no idea why, robert sr greeted me when i walked in and was super sweet and i heard him with other customers and he was never rude. If he was ever rude to you, you probably did sonething to make him rude. This is a great place and i trust them 100% with my order and when she told me i would never give you a bouquet to hold i wouldnt get married with myself i was sold! Super friendly staff. They like you to do your "homework" first, like getting pictures and doing a pinterest wall of wedding stuff you like. I did that and it made my consultation super easy. Everyone was super nice and willing to help me. My wedding was this past weekend and everything looked fresh and really beautiful. I saw my gazebo and my reception before they put the flowers and when they were done, I was in aww of how gorgeous it looked after. The flowers are truly the finishing touch. I would totally recommend Wedding Flowers 4 Less to all my friends getting married. They have the best prices and quality flowers I have seen. Thank you so much!!! read more

Worst floral experience I've ever had. First of all, I don't live in that area and was in need of a floral shop, this was the first shop that popped up. I went in for a small floral arrangement or bouquet which were overpriced to begin with. I specifically asked for yellow flowers. The first woman who helped me started to pick the flowers out, she was very slow and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing so the other lady who worked there took over. By this time I already had been waiting for 15 minutes. After waiting for another 15 minutes the lady gave me my flowers which had pink flowers that I didn't even ask for, remember I asked for all yellow flowers. At this point I was late to my destination and had no time to be an asshole but as soon as I got to my car I noticed some of the flowers were bruised, crushed and not worth the $27 bouquet that I had purchased. Like I said I was late and didn't want to be an asshole but I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! The service was bad, the prices were overpriced and the flowers were horrible. read more

I wish I could do negative stars for this business. I ordered a plant arrangement for the funeral service of the mother of one of my closest friend's. I ordered the plant on Friday and the service was Monday morning. At the time of my order, I had expressed my concern and emotion in trying to say so much with a plant and wanting to make sure it would look nice. I was assured everything would be taken care of. So... imagine my surprise when I got a call Monday afternoon to let me know that they "FORGOT" to send it and wanted another address they could deliver it to. In order to make it "right," I was told she could give me store credit (as IF I would EVER use this business again) and that they could deliver an arrangement to me as well (which is just great considering I live in IOWA.) I explained that the purpose of sending an arrangement to a funeral is so that the people burying their loved ones know that their friends are thinking of them and delivering it after the fact was pathetic. I was told that my friends would most definitely know it was their mistake and that I had ordered the plant days earlier. Of course, after the plant was delivered to my friend's house and left in the blazing sun (when my friend was home), that message was NOT in fact relayed to my friend in the voicemail left to her. Instead of a refund, they did also leave a small garden bowl which interestingly enough I had expressed a great desire NOT to have when I made my initial order. So to make up for their mistake, instead of refunding my money, they sent the item I told her I didn't want in the first place. I think the worst time to FORGET to deliver flowers may be a wedding....but a funeral is a pretty close second. read more

I think that Wedding Flowers 4 Less was just an average florist. I didn't have time to shop around so I don't know how much more or less they really are. I did like my flowers but they were nothing special, I did not like the customer service one bit. I feel like they try to get you to sign a contract and then once it's signed nothing you thought was included is included. I had a consultation and told them exactly what I wanted, then when I went back everything was more...which is typical for sales people. I initially dealt with Robert who even said he would give me petals for around the tables then when it came down to it wanted to charge me $50 a box. When I went in again Stella was extremely rude to me, very cold. I even asked her if they had the "kissing balls" in peach and she simply said "I don't know" not "I'm not sure, let me find out" just didn't want me to know I suppose. I was so upset by her attitude I wanted to cancel but had already left my deposit. The day of the wedding the flowers didn't get there until it was almost time for the ceremony, which was a little scary. I'm just glad they made it on time. My photographers were not able to get some photos they planned on getting due to the late arrival of the flowers. To add to this I had a sample session where they make a centerpiece for your approval, I wanted all roses no greenery so I told him that which he wrote down and when I got into the reception hall they did not do what I asked. I don't think I could have been more clear on not wanting anything showing in the centerpieces but the roses, and I think they knew what I wanted but didn't care. So basically I paid for something that I wanted but didn't get. I would have given them 1 star except for the fact that they got one thing right, my bouquet. Overall I would shop around if I had to do it again, if you are only paying $100-$300 more for a better place it will be worth it, just for the good customer service if nothing else. read more

if you are looking for compassion then skip this place!!! i went to this flower shop seeking flowers for my wedding for march 24, 2012. the prices we were given were completely different than the advertised specials on the postcard. there were extra fees for this & extra fees for that. we "still" ended up signing a contract with them for what was supposed to a joyous occassion. unfortunately my fiance' passed away on march 20, 2012. 4 days before our wedding!!! i know that you can only imagine the devastation that i experienced and still am going thru over this. i contacted all of the vendors who were all very very sympathetic, compassionate and did a truly amazing job making this time easy for me...except....you guessed it...wedding flowers for less. robert showed little "if any" compassion at all and was very very rude. he "refused" to give me a refund or even work with me on a partial refund, nothing. he was contacted on that wed after my fiance' died and he stated he had already exhausted the $800 that we paid and had started making the flowers on a wed for a wedding scheduled for that sat(my point exactly). with all of this being said you can understand my complete frustration over this whole situation on top of the pain & grief that i was already experiencing from this tragedy. i will never ever do business with this company again, nor will i refer it to anyone who has a brain. poor poor customer service and heartless!!! read more

I needed to order funeral flowers on a short time frame. I tried ordering online, but was unable to get to checkout so I called instead. They answered the phone quickly and were very helpful. However their delivery prices were insane! Triple the amount from what was stated online. They are based in La Mirada and were delivering to Lakewood and Long Beach. $50 in delivery for both. Maybe I should have chosen something closer or picked them up myself. That is not the problem though. I have ordered items online before and by phone, whenever I have ordered I have given an email and received a receipt via email. When I gave my email over the phone I assumed the same practice would be used by sending the receipt. I even stated that I needed a copy of the receipt since I was ordering for the entire staff at a local high school who was supporting a fellow teacher. When I did not receive an email, I called the next day to check if they had sent it. I was told on the phone that they do not email receipts. They do not have the capability to do that. I would have to come in to pick it up. Could not believe what I was hearing! So I drove over the next day, 20 miles from me, and picked it up. When I got it, it was your standard credit card receipt that was not signed by me where it had my name, but pr instead. Kind of a concern in this day and age where an established business does not have a simple receipt document to email a customer. Guess I really should have ordered elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, the flowers where great and if you are local and go to the shop to order in person, that is probably the best bet. But I would not suggest ordering online or by phone, unless you plan on picking them up yourself. My suggestion to the company is to get billing software, that does not cost that much these days and get the capability that everyone else seems to have. It might help with your customer satisfaction. read more
