Then, when I was almost done putting our order in through the QR code process, another staff member came by and asked to take our order. That was a little confusing. Judging by other reviews, it's clear we're not the only ones who hit this snag. However, the confusion could easily be avoided by having the host explain the QR ordering process upon seating guests - and this may be one of those kinks they're working on. There were a few small things like having to ask a few times for the same thing or waiting a bit to get drink refills, but they did seem a little short handed and busy when we were there. Everyone was friendly and the service waits didn't seem to be due to rudeness or laziness - people can only do so many things at one time. The restaurant itself is very cute - there is a boba tea bar where you can see your drinks being made and the menu is easy to understand with plenty of pictures for those who are still new to boba.
