I was looking for a new company to manage a couple of my rentals since the previous one I used had many complaints from my renters about lackluster service and communication. It's now been 4 months and so far, I haven't had any issues with this company. Customer service has been excellent. I normally speak to Kerry- I believe she's their office manager- and she's been really communicative and courteous. She's also very nice and expedites the issues my renters have very quickly. I had a leak in one of my rentals recently, and she was able to get service out the next day, which is quite rare based on my experience. As for cost, the price they charge for managing single family homes is very fair, cheaper than the previous property management companies I've used. At first, I was hesitant to use them since they are a small company, and I wasn't sure how that would go. But, I also love to support small businesses whenever I can. And so far, it seems like their quality of service is better than bigger companies because they are more focused and attentive to their clients. I will update if there are any issues, but as of right now, it's been great.
