I confirmed both the 12 pm messages. I call they say it's at 11 am. Then cancel after i call

sooo disappointed. Never once been to a dentist office so unorganized. How is it i get calls and messages throughout the week reminding me that my dentist appointment is at 12:00 pm and 11:00 pm for just one person?!?!?!? i call 2 hours ahead to ask why is that? The person on the phone says " no we asked you to confirm 11:00 am and you said yes" which is literally a lie unless somehow she texted the wrong number that's not what i see. Finally she says she'll get back with me to see if the doctor is available FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?!?! ‍ Calls back 30 minutes later..... "oh well she still in surgery and is behind" I don't even get a word out, and she says " When can we reschedule" This is actually unbelievable to me. it's a tuesday and during work hours..... I believe since i called out a mistake on their end they didn't want to see me today.

The amounts I've paid, along with insurance differences and the one refund. $958.80 left for her to refund for all the pain I have been in.

This dentist makes mistakes. Enough to warrant new work from another dentist and enough for Dr.Johnson to provide me a partial refund. Now I am not a saint by any means. I hadn't been to the dentist in ages(3-4yrs). I came to Wellness Dental by word of mouth. Saturday and Evening appointments are appealing. You don't find these hours with many dentists. THERES YOUR ONE STAR. Wellness Dental lost the other 4 STARS. With the following. I had a full mouth deep cleaning, whitening, and a few fillings by my request or due to cavities. Either way bad work all around. I am still pleading she refund me for the entirety of the work. I was in pain for MONTHS until I decided I needed to see a new dentist. The cleaning was first, then fillings and a CROWN. Please review the work she did vs the work my new dentist did. Now for the CROWN. When I went to her I rarely experienced sensitivity on #3. Like every once in a while something felt funny with this one. She proceeded to Crown this molar. The crown was bulky as can be, see the pictures and uncomfortable. I guess they didn't teach her how to adjust a bite. Always wrong but this crown hurt. She placed the crown while I wasn't numb to help the bite, OUCH. I went back a few times due to the pain I was experiencing, she continuously brushed this off to how close this cavity was to my nerve which yes I see, we can all see on the pictures, but this was unbearable. The office's solution was for me to continue returning. Well, after having this crown since May I decided to go to a new dentist this week and what do you know, the crown has a large gap in the back probably #1 reason for my pain all these months. Well I had to get a new crown and what do you know, three days later my sensitivity is gone. Now I spent $1838.30 in all the work upfront with two checks for differences with insurance for $328 total and she Refunded the crown $551.50. There's a remaining $958.80 that she should refund for the countless times I returned; the amount of pain I have been in since MAY! That she simply couldn't resolve. And now I still have to get another crown on #15 because she made the wrong call with the filling. The fillings she performed constantly left my bite feeling wrong. I requested a filling on my front teeth because of some discoloration, she left the room all while she DIDNT FILL THE BACK OF THE TOOTH. There was a hole behind my teeth. She didn't believe it, put a small amount of filling on it and realized it was all now in the hole, she proceeded to correct this. I had a cavity on a back molar that according to her needed a filling, the filling is right between two molars, #14-15. She proceeded to perform this filling, the bite needed several corrections, I went back quite a few times. It felt like there was a gap, then like something was jammed and I couldn't floss. The final fix from her on this was to jam something like sandpaper through it so I could floss, but the pain remained. Compare this pain to #3 and this is a walk in the park. IF YOUD LIKE TO BE IN PAIN BY ALL MEANS GO HERE. You'll be in pain you'd never imagine and a bite that'd make you never want to chew again.

Little travel bag with every cleaning. Comes with a tooth brush, floss, and toothpaste. Love it!

I got referred…read moreto Mike Williamson by my dentist and was initially apprehensive as he was out of network with my dental insurance, but went for a consult anyway. Dr. Williamson operates a very smooth-running practice. Every staff interaction I had (front desk, nurses, techs) was excellent and you can tell there's just good teamwork going on here. I made a special request for my surgical operation and was super grateful that Dr. Williamson was willing to accommodate it. He and Sarah had excellent bedside manner during my operation - it went quick and painless. The recovery was (somewhat predictably) miserable for the first week. I had a few questions about the discomfort I was experiencing and was so appreciative of the staff that went out of their way to proactively check in on me and get answers. They even reached out to Dr. Williamson about one issue on his day off which they didn't have to do. Just had my post-op today follow-up today, a couple weeks later, and everything is in great shape. Despite the challenges in recovery so grateful to have this out of the way and gums that are good to go (as Dr. Williamson put it) for life! Though the office will still bill insurance for you, I could have saved some money working with an in-network provider. However, I think this operation in particular benefits from Dr. Williamson's wealth of experience - my understanding is there's a lot of nuances in sourcing and shaping graft tissue. Some things are worth spending on!

I included on my patient form that trips to the dentist make me a little uneasy. Linda read that and was sure to make me feel comfortable and walked me through everything she was doing. I was in a period in my life where I did not have dental insurance so I was a cash pay patient. When I went in the last time, they insisted that I have x-rays and that if I didn't, they were not "running the business as they were taught ". So as it turns out, Dr. Peters wouldn't even clean my teeth! She talked to me like I was an errant child who was misbehaving. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I reached out to the owner of the practice and she called me back and apologized for how things happened and even offered to do the x-rays for free. Although I greatly appreciate that, I have no desire to go back and have to see Dr. Peter's. So I advise if you go to this practice make sure you have health insurance or unlimited money because people who don't are not really welcome.

Being completely satisfied, I never…read morethought to go online and write a review, but when I happened upon their yelp page, I was completely bowled over by the incongruity between my experiences with Dr. Hall and some of the vicious and obviously hyperbolic reviews I read here. And no, I've never heard anything from them about getting a fancy toothbrush for a yelp review, although I probably wouldn't blame them for asking busy-yet-satisfied people like me to take their precious time to come here and review considering the extremity of the character assassination that has gone on. ***Why I Love Aspire Dental*** I'm particularly satisfied with Dr. Hall because he never pressures me to have services done that I don't want or need. I don't have any dental insurance and I have amazingly good teeth (never had a cavity), and so I don't like paying for unnecessary services and having a lot of x-rays. I know it's silly, but I'm particularly turned off by x-rays because of a thyroid condition I have and the fact that my mom recently died of cancer. Dr. Hall and his entire staff have been very understanding and accommodating and only require me to have the minimum required by regulations and they make sure I have a full lead smock with a thyroid collar. I take both of my children to Dr. Hall choosing him over pediatric dentists. They feel very at ease with him and they feel like everyone in the office notices them and is excited to see them. We've been to pediatric dentist offices in the past and found the kids are mostly shuttled to video games, movie stations, and the like instead of being doted on by staff. The staff talk to the kids, something they love and appreciate. We've had experiences elsewhere in which the dentist and staff only addressed me the entire time and the kids were treated like plants in the corner and so they super appreciate how they are treated not only like actual people but like VIPs by everyone at Aspire Dental, especially Dr. Hall.
