The guy (forgot his name) who drew my blood was excellent. Whenever I get my blood drawn, they usually have a very difficult time finding my veins. This guy had no problem finding a vein and the procedure was painless. I usually feel the needle being jabbed in and they sometimes have to do it 2x. Kudos to this employee for being skilled and professional!

You can see what they treat/advise/do on the website. Complaints: prices are kind of high (but it's the price you pay for convenience/immediate care), services are limited (it's a clinic, not a hospital or ER), and their check-in/queue/appointment system is kind of confusing and inefficient. But, I'll come back again if I'm in a pinch and don't necessarily need ER-level treatment.

I came as a walk-in about 10 minutes before the minute clinic opened and there was one person ahead of me. I only waited five minutes before that person was done before being seen by NP Charlene. She was so kind, thorough, attentive, and professional. She tested me for strep, listened to my lungs, checked my ears and my nostrils, checked my temperature and blood pressure. I felt bad because my exam and diagnosis took almost 20 minutes but she never rushed me. I truly got better service than I normally do with a doctor. I got a prescription filled here and was in and out in less than an hour. I will absolutely come back to this minute clinic in the future and am so grateful that this minute clinic even exists.

So I went there on Tuesday, Rae greeted me and did what she had to do for Tb procedure. She also reminded me to check with my insurance if they also covers for cvs minute clinic treatment, which they do cover. Two days later, Grace greeted me for TB read, and she helped me going through all the docs needed for claiming the insurance. Basically, before you were seeing by the NP (Nurse Practitioner), you have to sign in from the touch screen computer located outside. You can also fasten the procedure by having this online at home. Then you will get a number. Waiting area is not that big, only have 4 chairs. They don't have buzzers to call you while you wait, so just wait in the waiting room, don't roam around in cvs otherwise you're gonna miss your spot. Told me they would open at 1PM, So if you have 1PM schedules, just make sure to know they have lunch breaks. The office was clean and cool. You have to log in using an iPad, it took about 3 minutes to fill out the check -in process. Everything on their website is really easy to understand. It's a quick and efficient shop. I paid for $47 for my TB test. The TB test itself was good, just a pin-prick and my nurse, Kristy/Christy was really nice and welcoming. I would say this is a good place to go for quick medical tests. They do other things like Xrays and pre employment physicals. It's on a busy road, and I missed a good parking spot. It's really easy to miss, so make sure you know your way. There is a train station across and maybe you could park on that side.

The physician was rude, biased, stereotyped and made racial comments towards my race. They do not do skin tests on Thursday, but were able to get me in on a Friday and read my test on Monday. It was never too busy or hectic the three times I visited. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My TB test wasn't too painful and my nurse was very kind and even distracted me during the test due to my fear of needles! The waiting area is clean with water and snacks provided. I'd highly recommend this urgent care location.

Prescribed 2 medications . The meds were amazing and eliminated 75% of the throbbing pain. What i noticed, was everyone is so friendly and pleasant to talk to. They speak slow and clear and very patient and polite. There is a nice garden on the first level. I think i have to visit all the departments. Since i haven't seen a doctor after my PCP retired last year. So hard to find a doctor who will accept new patients. I definitely recommend Sutter Health in Mountain View. I was assigned to Sunnyvale for my new PCP. Was told it is just as nice there, just smaller. So if you need urgent care, check out this location

Swung by after work (about 7pm) because I was feeling asthmatic for a few weeks with no changes…read moreafter using a couple of inhalers and I was worried I was getting another lung infection. They offered to have a nurse run some tests, which was a bit concerning enough for them to have a provider see me. When I saw them, the doctor was very concerned with my symptoms especially after they learned that I had a bad lung infection last year that sent me to the hospital. They ended up checking vitals and breathing patterns and later recommended a few antibiotics and a couple of new inhalers to help and told me that if things don't get better, to make sure to come back. The whole process from start to finish wasn't too long, but I was told the place was closed because of some weird scheduling thing? Overall, I'm happy with my visit tonight. I'm also glad my insurance was able to cover my visit as well. All the staff here were very helpful and kind and got me out the door in a small amount of time. I know everyone's experience will be different but mine was great. Thank you so much for the amazing service and thank you for helping me!
