One teller. Came in at 9:18am. It is now 9:52am I'm still in line.

Came in to the bank at 9:18am. It is now 10:05. One teller. Still in line. Time to look for neighborhood banks. Update at 10:20: there is a woman ahead of me that looked like she was about to faint and knocked down one of those metal poles for lines . A few fellas in line helped her pick up stuff she dropped, telling her how to stand so she's not tired, etc. nice to see people helping. No bank employee came. Says ALOT about this branch.

Wow-where to start where to start. Ok, so, I never trusted banks, just as a personal preference,…read morebut when I was working I decided I'd take $100 out of each paycheck and stash it away, which was working just fine for me until the stack got a bit thick and I was told to start a savings account where NOBODY but me would have access to it whenever I needed to. Well, I deposited $4000, my life savings (I know sad but I had a very tough upbringing so to me this was a lot, esp compared to the nothing I had) into a brand new Wells Fargo savings account. I was juiced-I finally had a bank account! Well, I definitely celebrated WAY too soon, because waking up the next morning I thought I'd check my account using their "nifty" new app, and my brand new account was showing my balance was at .2 cents. I FREAKED out, got in my car and went down there. This is where it gets fun (NOT!) because after having her check and telling her what I saw, she confirmed my new account was at .2 cents. I, crying and shaking, asked her how tf that could be and she looks at me dead in the face and goes "it was a government agency that took it, and because it was the government we were not given a reason." So my $4000 just got taken from my PERSONAL account and you didn't even press for a fkn reason? Of course they didn't, shit they didn't even CALL me and let me know I got robbed, with their help! I didn't even have that account for 12 HOURS before they HAPPILY handed my life savings over to a stranger-wells Fargo didn't even have a NAME as to whom my money was given to. The teller actually had attitude with me about the whole situation too, acting like how dare I ask her about MY MONEY! That's just the first thing too. They've held my website money for DAYS upon days, making it available to me when THEY feel like it-which is usually 2-3 days late at 4 am. And if you have direct deposit through them? GOOD LUCK getting your money they hold onto it until they feel like giving it to you/depositing it into your account. They also (if you are at $0) will happily overdraw your account to get their monthly $5, when you can't even overdraw your own account, but they can they obviously need their $5 so if they overdraw your account damn right you're expected to pay that overdraft fee. Also, these idiots don't understand what customer service or courtesy is-which is actually dangerous because you don't play with people when it comes to their hard earned money. I will absolutely not be surprised when someone finally says "f this" and goes in that damn place with a not so good agenda, tbh I can't wait. So if you like to fight for your money, get treated stupidly, and robbed, I absolutely would suggest Wells Fargo. Trashiest bank ever

To my surprise, I was informed that I needed to wait because she would "come out shortly." That "shortly" turned into 28 minutes of waiting was later told that she will show up soon and was possibly handling tasks for Something More Urgent I wonder LOL!! which somehow justified making a scheduled customer wait indefinitely. Let me be absolutely clear: This is not customer service. This is negligence. I finally left at 3:28 PM, extremely frustrated. As someone working in the corporate world myself, I understand busy schedules and high workloads. But I also understand professionalism and respecting customers' time is the most basic standard. Your team needs to be reminded that customers are not an inconvenience they are the reason the branch exists. If providing respectful and timely service is such a challenge, then perhaps some individuals should reconsider their positions and allow those who value customer relationships to take over. Extremely Disappointing Service Experience at Concord Willow Pass Branch If employees cannot balance their workload without disrespecting customers, that is a management failure

I have no complaints, and it was a pleasure coming here. I had to come here because the other Pacific Service Credit Union I normally use, in Pleasant Hill, had their notary in training, so a nice teller there directed me to this location, which was only a few miles away. He said that all the managers here were notaries, so there should not be a problem at this location. This first thing to note is it is in a corporate center off of Diamond Boulevard on Willow Way, which is a convenient location (near retail and the freeway). The grounds are well manicured, and it was like walking through a beautifully forested garden to get to the front door. There were things like bridges that crossed creek beds, tables with umbrellas, stone pillars, wood railings, and an assortment of plants! I loved smelling the freshly cut grass. There was also plenty of parking. Inside, the location is different than most banks or credit unions. There are no barricaded windows. Everything is open, and the space is more quaint, smaller than what banks used to be. The teller quickly saw me, and directed to wait for the manager, who was with another customer. I sat in a plush waiting area with four seats. I forget to check if they have wifi, but I'm pretty sure they do. I noticed a free coin counter (think Coinstar) on the wall, as well as free shredding (limit one box). I used it in the past when it was a Coinstar at the old Pleasant Hill location. After waiting a while for the manager, she came and greeted me and apologized for taking so long. She verified my ID, added a California notary form to my provided New York State one since she had to do that to meet her legal requirements, and took my thumb print at the end. It was a quick and painless process. I was very happy how everything went, despite the wait. The only thing I would recommend is a little bigger signage directing customers to the branch location. It is confusing, because they also have the Pacific Service Credit Union corporate headquarters here, but in another part of the building. But at the same time, larger signage would make the grounds look gaudier, and there was probably a lot of user error on my part, lol. The branch is located in the rear. I parked in the front, but it was actually fun walking through the beautiful landscaping to get to the entrance. The nearby retail locations on Diamond Boulevard have become known for crime (think The Veranda), but this location felt very safe, as it was a corporate area. I want to come to this location again, as I loved it here!

The first complaint is I am the signer, the is co-buyer. The credit union. Sends every coupon to my husbands name. I complained and was told it was because "He is the MALE" which is racist. Ok now , we took our van in time and time again to the dealer because of the ch vk inhibit light coming on. Long story short, lemon law. The manufacture agreed to buy it back giving us everything we paid plus, so I called to get a payoff, the principle ea month and the interest each month since July 2021 to date since last Tuesday. Each Dayi call the get the information I get a different person with a different length of time it takes to get it. I finally get the payoff good for fifteen days. I call on 9/3 ask again for the payment history of the principle and interest amount up to date. On 9/2 they say I will get it by end of the day. Nothing here. On 9/3 they say they need 24 hrs. On 9/4 the say 48hrs are needed, 9/5 it 78 hrs. Well after the lady informed me it already was sent to me. I asked were and when it was sent, she didn't know. Now I am speaking to a manager, I m informed it was not sent and it will be done by the end of the day and she will call me to be sure I got it. Nothing. This morning once again I call, was told I would get it by 2pm and he will call me to make sure. Nothing. I call again ask for a supervisor again after a long , long wait she comes on and I explain things she tell me it can be done in a few minutes. Yes it was but first the email she sent was empty, then it would not open. I make yet another call, ask again for a supervisor, wait again. Now the new supervisor says it can't be done it takes a few weeks. I said no , I have been asking for it for a week and the last supervisor already told me it's just a push of the button so I need it done. She says ok she will call be back,I say no , I will wait others have promised and haven't done what they say, so I will wait.after 2hrs and 27 minutes and hold (her checking in every 2-5 minutes) she finally says ok check your email. We open the email and you guessed it, it is not what I asked for. It took her over two hours to type each month plus the amount of the payment . I tell her that is not what I asked for. I asked each time for the broken down payment, how much was principle and how much was interest. Really , all of these people work at a bank. No wonder banks go under . Now she also said the payoff that was good til 9/17 was wrong. Boy am I frustrated. Where do these banks get these idiots. How do I trust them to get me what I need and that it Is right? No stars
