Went in last week and did a wire transfer at the counter with no problems. Today I went back to make a wire transfer and was told I had to wait for a banker so go sit in the lobby. I waited over 15 minutes then went back to the counter and asked to come back later for an appointment to do the wire transfer and I was told they were booked for the day. I have been banking here for many years and I am very disappointed. I will go to a different Wells Fargo since this one obviously doesn't have enough staff to help the customers. read more

This is a great branch. The only thing is that their turn over rate is high. I used to live near this Wells Fargo bank. The tellers here are always mice. They seem to go out of their way their help. But most of them that I have encountered are new. I don't know if they train them here. Then are sent off to another branch. This branch like most others have the zombie apocalypse glass. Makes me look over my back during flu and cold season. Since people tend to hiss and breathe heavily. Especially if they are wearing. Yes I know they are for protection. Sucks that In this life well at least in this state. That robbery got so bad. The manager and the bankers that have cubicles seem not to change. This is a busy bank. So some times you have to park a bit farther. But most of he time it's not too bad. And they have 4 drive thru lanes. If you don't want to come inside. read more

This Wells Fargo location has a wonderful costumer service. I visit this place at least 6times per month to take care of different transactions. I have had assistance from different bank members, though they all are incredibly helpful, and welcoming Mrs. Maria Ramirez leaves me speechless with her kindness, professionalism and efficiency! I walked in to make a claim for a fraudulent charge on my card and she took care of it instantly, helped me through the entire process AND she followed up by calling me to ask if the matter had been resolved.. twice! Came this morning to this branch. I clearly asked Male Asian teller that I was depositing a check for one of my clients. He said he needed permission from another teller(female Latina-wearing white top). She comes over, No Communication between them, and she starts addressing me by my male clients name! They had me sit down. I couldn't wait so I took the check back and I deposited into his account at my go-to branch in Tustin. No hassle, in and out in less the 4 minutes. Please communicate better amongst yourselves so you don't address your customers incorrectly. Please LISTEN to what the customer is asking for as well. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE seems like management can't do a simple withdrawal from my account i have had to go twice already and still don't have my money and this lady that is the manager (Latina) extremely rude to me and my husband no customer service here and no one can seem to help here !! After a year and three months of the same transaction every month suddenly they won't allow me to assist my 93yr great grandmothers account. Went around to the ATM to do the same exact transaction. please train your staff to be consistent, this is highly unprofessional to wait over a year to suddenly refuse the same exact transaction taken to place over a dozen times. read more

We have been at this bank for 30 plus years and this last year has been the worst! It used to be where you could walk in and be greeted by a friendly banker that knew who you were. Not anymore. I don't know if this location is a training branch or they just can't keep employees. Always different tellers/managers now and the wait is Forever! I mean 2 tellers on a Friday at 4:00 and a line out the door almost around the building..really?? If you just want to deposit a check and get in and out... good luck! I always seem to get stuck behind people wiring money to a different country or making a long transaction. What happened to the small business window where you could do your "business" deposits? I had to stop into Wells Fargo this last Saturday to see about getting a refund on a fee that they charged my for a stopped payment that I requested to be put in place. That stopped payment actually went through for a certain amount, PLUS the fee that Wells Fargo charged me to prevent this from happening. Called customer service who could NOT do anything for me. Given the terms and the fine print about how the stopped payment could actually go through even though its in place, I understood what the agent was telling me, but at the same time I was not happy that I was charged and they couldn't credit me back as a ONE TIME courtesy. Fast forward to walking into this Wells Fargo branch. I was helped by a Tony (didn't get his last name), and he took the time to listen to my situation and then take the time to go out of his way to speak with Management to get my issue resolved. He DID get my issue resolved, and with this weeks money situation for myself, that meant a lot to me and helped me a lot. Its the small stuff like this that makes Wells Fargo look good when they are at a time that they need people like Tony to make them look good. As to this branch itself, its a small location that has a nice drive up ATM's. I never usually have to wait that long at all to get things taken care of inside of the bank. I was straight up racially profiled by these people today! I tried to cash a check there and I gave them everything they asked for, proper ID in two forms and they called the person that issued me the check to verify the check. The person wasn't available. After making me wait almost 20 minutes the lady manager handed me my check and my ID back in front of other people in the bank which was very embarrassing and told me they can't cash it. I cashed the same check at a different branch recently no problems at all with no verification! I gave them proper ID and they cashed the check for me and there were no issues. I asked the manager why can't you just cash it she said because we have to take precautions so I guess she's accusing me of being a criminal when everyone knows that most people don't commit crimes and it's more likely than not that it was a legitimate transaction that I was attempting to make. If you can't verify the check that's on you. She also asked me what the payment was for and I thought that it was very inappropriate to ask me that because it's really none of her business. Just give me MY money and let me go on my way. I gave you what you asked for ID wise and I expected to get MY MONEY that I worked hard for. The person that issued me the check is very upset with Wells Fargo and I also reported this Branch to the corporate office right after I left the bank without my money!!!! Corporate seemed to be quite interested in my experience there!!! Very unprofessional insulting and racist!!! Not cool at all!!! **Update: I went to the Branch in Santa Ana and they did the same thing. **Update #2 Finally the check was cashed! Wells Fargo in Placentia is straight Trash!! Santa Ana was a little more professional but still not that good. Kudos to the Anaheim Branch on Lincoln and State College they took good care of me. Very professional!! read more

Stopped by this branch to take care of a few things and left with a smile. My teller assisted me with my deposits and withdrawals and gave me no hassle. She was really nice, too! It's no wonder Wells Fargo Bank is #1 in Customer Service. PROS: -The CSR was incredibly nice and chatty with all of the customers. He was also on top of opening and closing the door for all the customers entering and leaving the branch. - All bankers and tellers had a smile on their face - Lots of candy everywhere!!! (I was good, so I didn't take any) By the way, the person who left a bad review doesn't make sense. I'm sure what he wanted to do was CASH the check and deposit that CASH back into his account. Checks can always be deposited within a reasonable time frame before or after, and everyone knows that your check will not clear until the date has passed. Common sense, people! read more

Typical Wells Fargo location here. Drive up ATMs and a standard teller line with a number of banking representatives off to the side. The teller line goes by fairly fast and is running through a serious of ropes. The tellers have always been fairly friendly when I have stopped in here over the last decade. I like the drive through ATMs as they have multiple line options. This makes it very convenient when trying to make a quick deposit or to get some cash. The fact that it is a standalone building on the corner with a larger parking lot always alleviates trouble on the first or fifteenth when the worst paydays are shall we say. Overall its a great banking location and has been very convenient to me over the years. Hopefully you find it the same. read more

Literally millions of businesses have been able to apply today across the country but Wells Fargo still does not have the link up to apply at 5:33 pm. Today, I came in for an appointment set at 1pm for a auto loan that I would be taking out. My sales representative was Krystal P. The first time I met her to set up the appointment and to ask a couple questions regarding the loan, she was very honest and nice. There wasn't anything she was going to be hiding from you, and she wanted the best for you. When I got there for my appointment today right on time, she was still with some other customers. Even though the other customers made her overlap into my appointment time, Krystal made sure to assure me that she'll be right with me in a very professional manner. Started banking here a few months back, and so far I have no complaints. The location has very friendly service as they always greet me as I am coming in or leaving, ask what they can do to help for my visit, and always keep the line moving (if there even is on), so I am in and out fast. A couple ridiculously attractive chicks work here, its a clean location, two drive-thru ATMs, and conveniently located in a good area. Though I occasionally swing by other Wells Fargo locations to make deposits/withdrawals, I would consider this one the best of them all. read more

Today I had the pleasure of opening a new account. Jocelyn Boites who is extremely professional and personable assisted me through the formalities of getting started in the right direction. Her customer service was well tailored to my needs. She was very informative and explained as well as gave me options specific to what I needed. There were no forced sales tactics, but instead it felt as though I had someone who is legitimately on the side of the consumer. Doing business with this wonderful, young woman made me feel that more confident that I had selected not only the right bank, but the right branch as well. Infact, the entire staff, from management to those behind the teller window were just amazingly pleasant. They never made me feel as if I was just another consumer or a notch on their belt, but instead they were engaging, welcoming, professional, but with a feeling that they genuinely care about the relationships they have with their patrons.
