How a crust can be burnt on the edges AND literally doughy raw on the bottom, is beyond me. Why a "plain cheese pizza" would be SPICY, with no warning, is beyond me. I was so wanting to love this pizza. I was excited my apartment complex arranged a food truck event, only to be completely disappointed. Total waste of 11 bucks. So, I frequent the Queen Creek Food truck festival almost every week, and I have to say that this last week was the first time I came across this food truck. I follow most of them through out the Valley and they are great, this truck is a new one to add to that list. I was able to get a little history for these guys and a couple others that frequent the festival in Queen Creek, and it is interesting, but that is not why we are here. Their Pizza is top notch!! I would say one of the best pizza I have ever had from a food truck, and I have had a lot of them. The dough was excellent and the toppings on point. It is a 10' pie but that is more than enough for me to eat by myself as of late. The bottom of the crust was crisp and had perfect texture, no burnt dough bubbles, I can say not a big fan of those. there was a little bit of char from the wood fire but that adds to the flavor. I left the sauce out for a reason, because of what I found out with the trucks. their sauce is a sweeter sauce but has the flavor that does not fight back the over night. I loved it! it reminds me of the sauces that I get back east. Now the reason I it is better than some of the other locations is that I found out that one of the other trucks that I follow is related to them. They share some of the same recipes but they maintain their uniqueness with their sauce. I will come back for more Pizza! While I was there, I also had their Garlic bread. Now mostly you can't mess up cheesy garlic bread, but a few of the other trucks have. Not them. the flavor was great and the taste was just like the pizza, and crispy crust. I might get that next time as a white pizza with pepperoni and sausage, that is my favorite pizza. If you run across this truck, I highly recommend trying them. They are worth it!! They are a friendly group, just ask them and they seem to be willing to talk! keep up the great work. read more
