Visited the new'ish Wendy's next to Costco. The location could use some indoor plants and a solarium but it's modern and sleek. The social chicken combo came quick. The soda machine had tons of options including very tasty "Dave's Orange Cream Soda. One thing I noticed they placed the food with care on the tray. My husband and I were driving through town today and decided to stop at Wednesday for lunch. We'd never been there before, and from the logo outside -- with a little girl on it -- we weren't quite sure what to expect. But inside, it's just a regular burger place! Right away, the staff welcomed us kindly and asked if it was our first time. When we said yes, they gave us helpful recommendations, which we followed -- and we're glad we did. We ordered a burger and two combo meals and left full and happy. All that for $14 -- seriously, not bad at all! There's plenty of space inside -- comfy booths and regular chairs -- and even outdoor seating (though today was way too hot for that). The vibe is relaxed, the music isn't too loud, and it doesn't smell like grease or anything weird -- just a normal, pleasant atmosphere. The only real issue? The floors. For such a new-looking place, the floor was sticky and had crumbs everywhere. It felt kind of gross walking up to the counter, like your shoes were sticking. The tables had crumbs too, like no one had wiped them. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely something management should fix. Still, we came for food -- and that part was solid. Good service, tasty burgers, clean air, and plenty of space. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could, but rounding down to 3 for now just because of the floor situation. read more

Just got back from this Wendy's location I can see why they only have two stars. Every time I go there their food is super cold and this time I ordered a Dave's double and they gave me a Dave single on top of that.. cold bread cheese was not melted really disappointed in this Wendy's location. Sad to say if I do ever go back again I'm going to have to unwrap my burger before I leave. I went to this Wendy's to get the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty from the SpongeBob Krabby Patty Kollab. The first one I got was not mixed correctly at the other store. This one redeemed itself. The pineapple swirl was nicely mixed into the vanilla ice cream. But still quite a bit had settled to the bottom. But it was sitting there for a while before my turn at the window. Check your order when going through the drive thru. We ordered 3 frosties, and saucy nuggs with extra sauce. Fast food at its freshest! This newly opened Wendy's is a total surprise. Would I rate a fast food place with four or more stars? When they turn out good tasting food that's piping hot, and in a matter of minutes?? You bet! Located right off of arena Blvd., right next to the new chevron, and where the Costco is zoned to be built. The place was packed! The line moved, and it was like poetry in motion. I asked a few questions while ordering, the gentleman that was taking our order was knowledgeable and friendly. Came here on a Saturday around 2pm. It was easy to find a spot in the parking lot but it's around Costco and Starbucks so beware of that traffic. The place looked clean and it was easy to order. It wasn't too crowded so we quickly found a table and our food didn't take too long. I got the biggie bag deal which gives you a good amount of food for the price. Then, i go back around to get the items they seemed to miss and they acted like I was lying about what they didn't include or about the size of the item I ordered. I was excited to have a Wendys closer to home than the one on Northgate. It is brand new built from the ground up. It is next to the newly opened Starbucks. They have been open since November 2022 according the text my husband sent me so I am surprised that this location was not already on Yelp. We come for dinner because I love their chili and frostys, but have been coming more often in the mornings for breakfast on the weekends. The breakfast combos have a great variety with reasonable prices. You can get a sandwich, seasoned fries, and a drink for less than $10. They probably have the best fast food breakfast menu around. I must admit we have only gone through drive-thru and never inside. They have also not been super busy so it has always been a quick in and out. I think people are still discovering them. Service has been friendly and we got the same nice young man who helped us the last few times. On occassion, when I get good service, I like to tip fast food workers because they work just as hard as anyone else who deserves an acknowledgement. We had $3 change coming back so we told him to keep one for himself and a dollar to his two co-workers working that day. He was appreciative and said thank you but then I hear this girl say in the most unappreciative condescending tone, "I don't want no dollar!" Wow. I mean wow seriously. That is what gives minimum wage workers a bad rap. So overall, it has been good and really positive up to that point. Never had an issue with my food being wrong. Never had to wait too long. I went through their drive through lane and they were able to help get folks through the line quickly. More importantly both the gentleman accepting payments and the woman handing out orders were super friendly. They made me feel welcomed - excellent customer service! For food, I went a little rogue and tried their special ghost pepper ranch chicken. I do like spicy food and I know ghost pepper is very hot. However, it wasn't too spicy, so don't be worried about trying it because it was pretty tasty. read more
