The fish and chips was sad, the pieces they gave were tiny very dense and breaded almost like a chicken strip and they looked like half of a tilapia fillet, definitely not what I expected from the GIANT picture on their reader board. Dairy Queen's chicken fingers are bigger than these pieces of fish. The tartar sauce is prepackaced and super processed and very chemical tasting. The saddest part is what they call their coleslaw, I get it, its a burger joint but dang the coleslaw is literally cabbage and no sauce, no flavor, there seems to be very little QC or manager checking food and taste on some stuff here at this location. The service at the window is always friendly and prompt once you get up there but the wait is usually pretty bad. I know you guys are local and I know you guys can do better. Whoever is managing this location you need to step up the QC on things like the slaw, make your own tartar sauce, and just step it up. I expect so much more from a local place like this, but as it is your just a bit below what I'd expect from a Burger King or McDonalds.

This review is not about the food, this is from the perspective of a delivery driver…read more This location is the absolute worst place to have to pick up orders from. They make you wait outside at a window, regardless of the weather (which is currently next to port-a-potties from a construction site and smells bad), but the worst thing by far is the wait times. Delivery drivers don't get paid by the hour, and restaurants are supposed to tell the app when the order will be done so that they don't send the driver until around when the order is ready. This location just sends you immediately even if they have no intention of starting the order for a long time. Furthermore, they consistently lie about how long the wait is. Not by a little bit either. I have been told multiple times it's going to be a five minute wait only for it to be half an hour or more that I don't get paid for. If they were honest up front about the wait I could drop the order and move on, but instead I ask for updates and they keep saying it's almost ready, sometimes for 40 to 60 minutes. It's really unfair to the drivers and I know multiple delivery drivers in this town other than myself who have the same problem with them. I would give them 0 stars if I could just for this even though the food is pretty good from a customer perspective
