I intended to buy 2 separate orders because had 2 discounted coupons and they were for 2 different people; 1 for myself, another for my roommate because my roommate had a surgery recently and immobile, therefore I'm buying all these for 2 people. Mercy had neither sympathy nor consideration; she said your immobile roommate needs to come to the store to buy this discounted item himself!! I left without buying any and felt extremely awful there are people like Mercy with absolute neither compassion nor kindness for other people, especially a recently discharged patient! My partner and I come here time to time since it was the closest Wendys near me. Each time we come here, it's a hit or miss. Either we get our order exactly how we ordered, or sometimes they put in a wrong order, or even forget the sauces. The "manager" who took my order at the drive through confirmed my order again at the window and proceeded to still place the wrong item in the bag. I noticed it and walked back to the drive through with my incorrect sandwich. She then told me that is what I ordered and that I'm wrong. Rather than, "oh our mistake let me fix that and give you the right thing" she proceeded to escalate an argument, determined she was right and that was what I told her. Then the actual manager walks by, a man in business attire, and I told him about the situation. I was like, what's the point of a who's right and who's wrong argument here? Just give me the correct sandwich and I'm on my way. He listened to me, and just said sorry and gave me the correct sandwich and I left. The consistency of this place is not great. Sometimes I get wonderful customer service and delicious food, other times very subpar. I usually do drive-through ordering and have yet to come across any issues, but sometimes I would be short condiments or a side of fries or even get the wrong burger so I decided to go inside to order today. The lady at the counter didn't have the best attitude - she told me I had to pay extra for dressing in the future and today was the only exception. I always ask for extra dressing for my salads, and this was the first time I heard that. If it's company policy, understandable, but I haven't had an issue with this prior. My meal was missing ketchup even though I had ordered combo with fries and asked for condiments specifically. And my Dave's double was missing ketchup/tomato inside the burger which I would receive on occasion. Your mileage may vary. read more

So, maybe it is the universe trying to tell me not to eat fast food or maybe it is the staff at this particular location. Either way, just about every time I order from here they get my order wrong. How many total times have they gotten it wrong over the years? I've lost count, though I can tell you that the consistency of errors on my food orders from this particular location is the only thing that I can guarantee when I place my order. I decided to test this theory, and my health, by eating here three times in the past two weeks. I ordered the same thing each time; a Baconator (plain), two to four orders of 6 piece chicken nuggets. First instance that I ordered I asked for the Baconator (plain) and two orders of 6 piece chicken nuggets (both with BBQ sauce). I received the order and went down the street only to find out that the Baconator had mayonnaise & ketchup on it. I must have said "plain" at least three times when ordering, so I'm not sure where the miscommunication was. They took the burger back, though seemed annoyed that I would complain about such a thing. Second instance, same order though I added a third order of chicken nuggets with ranch sauce. The Baconator was as I ordered it, though when I looked at the screen I saw that they charged me for three BBQ sauce packets along with the Ranch sauce packet though when I received my order they only gave me two BBQ sauces and the Ranch sauce. Not the end of the world as it's 10 cents though the consistency in errors doesn't seem to end. Third instance was tonight, I ordered the Baconator and four orders of 6 piece chicken nuggets (two with BBQ sauce and two with Ranch sauce). There was nothing wrong with the Baconator, it was as I ordered it, though they gave me three BBQ sauce packets and at least two of the six piece chicken nuggets were short one chicken nugget. I often wonder if I'm just being picky or complaining about nothing. Maybe I'm the problem. Though at the end of the day, I think it's best that I don't come back. It's not worth my time or money if I'm not enjoying the product. read more

Poor service. I ordered via mobile order for drive thru at 5pm. No one answered at drive thru speaker, I waited 10 mins. Cars waiting behind me. Honking ensued. I drove to the pick up window and no one was there. I got out of my car and opened the pick up window and asked for assistance. Staff said they didn't see any cars on monitor even though there were 2 cars behind mine in drive thru line. Review update; it really does matter who's working. At 3pm today I was spoken to so rudely at the drive thru that I left. Ended up at Burger King.. I'll be back to Wendy's but will just say forget it whenever who ever that was is working... Dave doesn't cut corners. I ordered the number 1 with no tomatoes and a strawberry lemonade. My husband ordered the s'wasome bacon burger with the brand new wild berry lemonade. We are both so pleased with the food! New lemonade flavors to choose from, cannot wait to try them all! Some other reviewers were unnecessarily harsh. (Typically people are more likely to complain then talk about the good stuff right?) The wait time is a bit longer than some other burger joints with gold arches. But the flavor is worth it! We have tried this place twice in the last month and are 100% pleased with the experience. I stand by my last review. My husband left a contact comment that very day in January on their website regarding the problem we encountered on our last visit. He received two hand written coupon vouchers in the mail, one for a frosty (THAT voucher stated "only give customer frosty, not combo") and the other for a combo meal (No note/apology came with the vouchers). We returned to the restaurant on March 27th, as we did not want March 31st the expiration date on the vouchers to lapse. So, they're compensating us for half the order, and a frosty because we couldn't get one last time. I see. As we made the orders in the drive through (Interior access to the restaurant is STILL closed), we did not trust that they would be capable of interpreting the vouchers after the last experience. They took our order (two combo meals and a frosty). When we got to the window, they misread the second voucher for the free frosty for a free combo. The cashier told us we would ONLY be charged for the frosty, the two combo meals would be free. So, okay. Just say yes. I don't mind being charged 1.67 for everything, especially after the last visit. Don't argue with these dweebs. Don't confuse them. If they want to give us free food, fine (and that's what I WAS expecting over the strange partial refund voucher). I don't mind. We still did not get a receipt. This is an interesting little number. They have an awesome drink machine with many options. We ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was pretty tasty a little dry though, could've used more honey which is why I must dock some stars. It is close to the train station which is a bonus. The establishment feels very sticky, so make sure you bring towels for any door handles you touch. And there was someone in the bathroom who refused to leave so I couldn't use it. read more
