I always come in here with my handicapped clients and the employees here really do care.... In the last 5 plus times I've been in here there hasn't been one day where they didn't ask me if I was doing okay or needed anything else.. And I might add I always bring a lunch and water so I don't buy anything here but they still come up and ask or take away any trash of the table after they see we are done eating. Got dinner here tonight. Food was good. The only thing is every time I come here the people don't seem to speak English. It's very hard to understand them. I was just at Wendy's last night with my family. I had the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad while my husband had a hamburger and daughter had the chicken nugget happy meal. I am 5 months pregnant. That evening when I went to bed, I woke up with bad stomach pains, threw up, had diarrhea and caused vaginal bleeding. I ended up the rest of the evening in the ER because it caused me to be so ill that I had vaginal bleeding and risked my pregnancy. Never before this have I had issues during my pregnancy. I will continue to see my doctor hoping this clears and is just random, otherwise, it's going to be a long, painful road for Wendy's. I understand the risks of fast food, but as an owner of a business, I would think you'd want quality before quantity. You are serving food to families. That includes children and pregnant women. I'm not a happy camper. Neither is one of my 3 children!! After a long road trip home from Santa Cruz. We went out of our way to go to Wendy's. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes, and ordered 3 kids chicken nuggets meals and a Dave's Single w/cheese. We live on Balfour and Walnut, the kids prefer Wendy's nuggets over McD's. We get home and one of the nugget meals only has French Fries!!!! Now papa doesn't get to eat dinner!!! Thank goodness my son will eat a burger!! Thanks so much Wendy's!!! This is definitely the last time I come to Wendy's store #6021! I was next in line the person taking my order was very rude and unprofessional. Her name is Nicole. She did not greet me at all. I began to give her my order and she immediately cut me off. She was trying to figure out something with a receipt. I waited patiently. She then says what burger did you want? I said well, did you get my drink? She rolls her eyes like she is frustrated. I then asked again. I said your not talking to me. An older lady steps in and says I got it. She asks her to go. It just seemed like she didn't care and want to be there. Attitude is everything. Not friendly at all. I understand she is young but it is not ok for her to interact with customers in such way. I'm not a fan of their drive through. However, I like going inside to eat. The staff is very nice and friendly. This place has food standards, they are consistent with the food they put out. Pros: 1. Great food when you go inside, very consistent product. 2. Soda Machine with over 100 variety of soft drinks. 3. Friendly staff, eager to accommodate. 4. Comfortable seating arrangement both single chairs and booths. Cons: 1: Drive through is not always consistent. They've given me a customer service number to call. The first time I called I was given coupons with free vouchers. The next time I called they ignored me and never sent vouchers to replace my order. 2. The siding of the windows are very dirty, often you will see a fly or spider lingering. 3. At the drive through windowtThey require you to sign your name whenever you pay with credit card. I always refuse because I do not like touching a pen and pad that has been touched by every dirty hand stranger that comes through. 4. In drive through, they hand you your drinks but do not give you a straw; that comes in the bag along with your food. While you wait 3 minutes for them to hand you your food you could be drinking...unfortunately that's not the case. read more

My Fiancé, her sister, and I just stopped by Wendy's out here to grab some quick dinner, first of all it seems all the clerks need a class on customer service, and taught not to be rude, second after we had ordered our food and where waiting they brought out my girls sister's order, and then they informed us it would take another 15 minutes before my girls baked potato would be done, ugh well whatever, I guess we'll wait, although it seemed like the manager kept trying to get me to take something else instead, to which I told her no we we're fine waiting until before I knew it she was handing me the money back and being rude about it at that, I insisted I wanted the potato still, and we kept waiting, when I got tired of being walked past and ignored, I got her attention and asked how much longer it would be, to my surprise she said that I didn't want it anymore ????? I never said that and she continued to become very rude with me until finally she rolled her eyes at me and told another working in Spanish of course, I'm guessing to get me the potato, of course while I watched the girl went over to the work station and what do you know a cooked potato in it's to-go container......hmmm and that's right after she tried to tell me it was going to be at least another 10 minutes......but magically it was sitting right there the whole time ready to go ? The worst part was the attitude she gave me as though I had done something wrong, the food was mediocre and somewhat cold by the time this lil fiasco was done, I was disappointed to see the general manager standing there watching everything, I definitely don't plan on returning here after the horrible treatment I received, and from reading the other reviews it seems I'm not the only one to receive such horrible service. read more

I think by far my favorite fast food place, there four for four is great when on a budget, there spicy chicken sandwich is very good I really like there fries they are by far the best fast food fries I have had the buns on the burgers are so good, there spicy chicken nuggets are really good wish they had a good deal with them though, the atmosphere here is pretty standard nothing to special about not much to catch your eye,there sauces are pretty good my favorite barbeque sauce for fast food,overall there burgers are great there fries are even better the deal four for four is really good (when it is going) definitely if you stop by give the spicy chicken sandwich a try read more

Buahahhahahaha this place is a effing joke! Ok so I ordered a while back requesting NO CHEESE on my chicken sandwich and there was cheese on my sandwich. I thought they are busy it's OK. I went again this evening (12/31/2016) and asked for NO CHEESE ON MY BURGER and repeated it 3 times. I got home and there was cheese on my burger. I called this location and tried to explain what had happened and the lady on the phone, who was supposed to be the manager, offered me a milkshake!??? Seriously!?!? Clearly she didn't understand what I was saying! And what irritated me the most was that she was using a mocking like tone with me on the phone! I can't believe this place made that woman a manager? Great Wendy's! Went in this afternoon on a Saturday as it was starting to get busy. Hadn't been in here for a while but was excited to see they had the Coke Freestyle machines. I purchased a beverage which I hardly ever do in order to enjoy my favorite CF beverage, Peach Sprite! The location is clean and welcoming, although a bit cramped when getting ketchup and utensils when the line to order is long. However, I was very happy with the service. The manager had very great attitude and seemed to carry his team very well. I didn't catch his name but I was pretty sure it started with a J. He was working hard and quickly behind the counter and he served with a smile. The rest of his team followed suit and served in a similar mannerism. I noticed in particular one employee who was very kind. She was a slightly older woman who was cleaning up the lobby and asked if we were doing well and if there was anything we needed. We told her we were fine and she thanked us for coming in and that she was glad to have is there. It's very rare to see such great customer service in fast food and my stop at Wendy's on Lone Tree Way was a great experience! read more

As far as fast food goes Wendy's is good. A lot of fresh choices. This location is effiecient, clean, and they are fast. My one complaint is how the prepare your food tray on the counter while taking orders from other people. .... end result you have random people breathing, coughing, and sneezing all over your food that is on the tray. It is not sanitary. I have complained before and sometimes they listen. Now I just say my order is to go even when I am eating there so the food will at least be bagged up... read more

I like this Wendy's! As I do not eat meat or dairy, they get my salad just right every time! I would give 5 stars but there is one drive thru salesperson that always gives me a little resistance when I ask for more pecans or dressing-it is a FULL size salad with no chicken or cheese, come on now, the business won't go under for some nuts since I am SAVING you ingredients that I am still being charged for. The same woman actually gives me a little shade whenever I am there now that I think of it....
