If I could give a zero, I would. I asked for a straightforward order, with a side of nacho cheese sauce. I was honestly stoked about trying this. However, things did not go as planned. First, I waited ten minutes for the order to get made. In that time, I watched my fries sit there, getting cold. An employee asked what sauce I wanted again, and I told him the new nacho cheese sauce. He relayed this to his manager, who said he didn't ring it in. I was given my burger, which wasn't hot. Soggy fries. And, about enough nacho cheese to dip a fry in. I deny this was insulting, and told the shift manager about that and the fries. I didn't yet know the burger had been sitting around the whole time as well. She attempted to argue with me, that she gave me a free sample of the sauce. I informed her that the fries were also soggy. I told her I'd be in my seat, in hopes that at least the hamburger was salvageable. As I was eating my burger, a male employee with long blond hair walked out, and told me I needed to "chill the fuck out." I was shocked, and said he needed to keep his comments to himself. He told me to "shut the fuck up and chill the fuck out." His exact words. I can't remember a time at any Wendy's I've been cursed at or threatened. The guy waited a few seconds outside, waiting for me to join him outside. It was very alarming and threatening behavior. At this point, no new fries were brought out. No cheese sauce. Not anything. I went back to the manager, and told her about the interchange. She laughed. I didn't finish my meal and it was served cold. I asked for my money back, as the entire experience was ruined. She told me she didn't believe the employee said what he said, and offered to only refund the fries. At this point, what is the actual point? This Wendy's is trash, presumably from the top down. We just stopped here for lunch and saw one of the employees drop frozen chicken patties on the floor, pick them up, put them back in the bag with the other chicken patties and put them back in the freezer. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The staff is terribly slow. I've seen people on "My 600 lb Life" move faster than the molasses staff at this dump. Soda machine was crap. Soda was flatter than an anorexic Miss America and out of ice. Decided to get water but nope! The water was taint brown and smelled like my pants. Food was sloppily made. The cheese was more off than on my burger. If I shook a bunch of burger ingredients in a bag, I'd have a higher probability of getting a correctly made burger than having one of these Wendy's staff make it. Filled up cup of chili only halfway. If I was on a diet, I would've ordered the small but nope, ordered the large and got a smalls worth. The cherry on top? Food was cold when served. Lastly, flies everywhere. If they had staff that moved as fast as the flies, then maybe this place wouldn't be as bad. Do not think of dining in unless you want to eat your food alongside some uninvited freeloaders. Do not stop at this location if you are looking for a Wendy's. Since the line at Chick-fil-A was too long I decided to get a chicken sandwich from Wendy's. Bad choice for me because the chicken was raw. I was eating it on my way home in my car at night, so I didn't notice it until after my 3rd bite when it tasted a little mushy. I thought it was the tomato but I was wrong! Worst Wendy's I've seen. I should have realized this Wendy's was trouble when I could not get someone to take my order for several minutes. I bought a soda, but quickly discovered the soda machine was out of everything but cherry Fanta, Hi-C punch, and Ah sparkling water. No coke, diet coke, etc. Then I tried to fill a ketchup cup. Nothing came out at first, until it shot horizontal and hosed down my pants, sleeve, and the counter. The restroom might have been a good place to clean up, but the men's room had zero soap. (I wonder if the employees have clean hands?) The burger was ok, but the lower bun was a bit soaked with grease, so I ate it open face. The fries were delicious. So.. I thought this would be like any other Wendy's. until one night, me and my family of 5 went out for dinner. It was around an hour before closing so we still had time. We ordered 2 kids meals and and I think 3 burgers at the drive through. They told us to go park and they'll bring the food out. 39 minutes go by, and we only got half of what we ordered. At this point, it was about 2 minutes before closing time. We drove back up to the window and an employee was wearing AirPods and it took him a good minute to realize we were at the window. He looked at us and just pointed at the closed sign. Long story short, we asked for our money back and he only gave us half of our money back. After that, we just went to Chick-fil-A. We just went here and decided to go inside because the line in the drive thru was long. 5 people standing in line, myself included and no one could be bothered to take our order. Lady at the head of the line asked if someone could help us, and a lady working the drive thru said someone would at some point (with an attitude) No one did. This place is awful. The food always seems to already be cooked and sitting around way before lunch starts, ive been here a few times around 11:15 and the food is ALWAYS ice cold. When you nicely ask for fresh fries, the older heavyset white guy always gives you the "deer in the headlights" look, as if this request is impossible. We went through the drive through and when we got to the window asked for a minute to look it over and the girl about 10 secs later said hello? And we again asked for yet another minute and about 20 secs this time she asked of she could help us find something on the menu!!!!
