1/5 I don't like to be mean, but what the hell. Pulled to the drive thru and ordered a dave's triple and asked them if they could wrap it in lettuce. Get to the window and someone comes ro the window to explaim that they didn't have ice berg lettuce so they couldn't wrap it they just hade chopped lettuce. They said they could serve it like that, and I knew they were saying the were just going to pile a bunch of chopped lettuce on, so I said it is okay the can just use a bun. That woman repeated it back to me, she said, "a bun is ok?" I said "yes" get home and wouldn't you know it. They screwed it up. Pile of lettuce with burger patty on top. read more

Came in on a Thursday morning about 7:30 AM to get a breakfast baconator. No one in line... Had to wait just a minute at the window, but I'll tell you what it was worth it because the sandwich was hot fresh and delicious. The lady at the window was nice. I got my breakfast and rolled on. We come to this Wendy's fairly often and usually have a good experience. I'm a fan of their fries--they're crispy, well-seasoned, and actually taste like potatoes, which is more than I can say for some places. But on my last visit through the drive-thru, I ordered dinner for the family and specifically asked for a baked potato. The employee handed me the food and a separate bag she specifically said contained the baked potato. When I got home? No potato. Just an empty promise and a family member who went carb-less. Mistakes happen, sure--but when someone specifically tells you the item is in the bag, you kind of expect it to be in the bag. That said, most of the time they're good, which is why I'm giving 3 out of 5 stars. I'll be back, just maybe double-checking the bag before I pull away next time. Pro Tip: Dip your fries in the chocolate Frosty. It sounds wrong, but trust me--it hits all the sweet and salty notes just right. read more

So my husband and I hardly ever go to Wendy's. Our food was good and fresh but the service was slow. But the cost of to get to combo meals cost over $30s total that's crazy. We went though the drive through sense it was late at night and the restaurant wasn't open. And also the lady running and doing the orders had to take our order 3 times before she got it right. And an update-Apparently after some conversation with random others, this particular location is well known for its discriminatory practices against any person who is not female Hispanic; and the "ladies" are well known for their rude behaviors. One white male hired to offset complaints. I will see if there are claims against this particular location as this was more than an accident-- Anneliese deliberately and spitefully changed the order, plus the rest noted below. Annaliese-- unfortunately there are some who should never be in customer- facing positions. Order the double WITH onions, no tomatoes or cheese. She adds "no onions" to screen. And gives total. "Ma'am, that's with onions." Snaps at me with a rude tone. Order was corrected on screen. Worse at window. Shoves the food out the window and slams the window. Doesn't say thank you, here ya go, nothing. Albeit, I did manage to get in a sarcastic Have a nice day before the slam. Just a window slam. So I pull into a parking spot and look at order -- then receipt. She changed the order! Now I had a single with bacon without onions and with cheese. Which matched recept. My drink--Dr. Pepper, and being a combo was the same. So she changed the order between the screen and the window! Go into store. The young man was nice, the cook. Manager on "break" listening -- but did nothing. I said I would call her regarding Anneliese (spelling?). Since the staff kept my receipt I don't have correct spelling. Perfect service on this hot Tuesday afternoon. Using the Wendy's app I created an order for dine-in. Within minutes of entering the restaurant my food was ready and was exactly as ordered. Very good customer service, pleasant staff, and an enjoyable meal. The two burgers, one with a combo package, were fresh, hot, and delicious. Fries always perfect at every Wendy's I've visited, and today's fries were great. Appreciate the free refills on drinks, especially when the outside temperature today was a bit over 107. Ugh. I am a fan of Wendy's. But this location seems to have problems. Ordered a double Dave combo. The French fries were stale and cold. The replacements were stale and hot. The burger?? Ordered 3 meals from these guys through GRUBHUB. upon delivery, the driver left a 1 soda (3 ordered), received 1 lg Rootbeer & 2 Frostys. Received 1 kids meal (Ordered 2 kids meals & 1 BIGGIE meal). I have been to this Wendy's multiple times, for whatever reason, and they have been careless every time. But this time, after ordering their spicy chicken nuggets we were told they were out of the ghost pepper ranch sauce. That sucks but okay, understandable. So instead, we asked for sweet and sour sauce, which the person taking our order gave us the impression they did have. When we received our food, in TACO BELL BAGS, we said thank you but the lady just shut the window in our faces. Then we found we were not given any sauces. We always order are burgers FRESH at Wendy's. It always seems to come luke warm and dry. The first bite is colder than the last bite at In and Out. The frys are usually luke warm at best. The older Latino (manager?) is the rudest and worst customer service oriented person that works there. I have walked out before when I see him working. For the current price the quality is terrible and the customer service is below all other Wendy's I have been to when the above person is working. . The behavior from one of the workers is disappointing when I picked up an order. They took around 20 minutes to pass me an order that contained 2 items, I'm not upset at any of the workers because I know what it feels like to work at fast food but it's unacceptable that the woman (she seemed to me with the least experience based on the manager telling her what to do) that she started yelling at me about the order when the conversation was between me and another customer which I told him I worked as fast food and we could handle the workload twice as less people as these guys but like I said she was yelling at me in Spanish and I tried to stay calm and not escalate the situation. Didn't get my order correct. After placing my order I added an additional item. They canceled the first. I checked the bag at the window, asked for the first item again. The window gal confirmed it. Then spoke not in English to the kitchen and the girl who was bagging. The girl bagging repeated "plain". Then spoke in different language again. When I got home I had 2 incorrect items. this last time i went, the drive thru was going fast and everything was a okay. the line was moving smoothly, it didn't back out in to the parking lot, and i got in and out of there quickly. i decided to try something new, and that's where my downfall was. usually, i get my 10 spicy nuggets, fries and dr pepper, and everything is magical and delicious. i decided to try their chicken ceaser salad, and it was just meh. the salad felt extra watery, which made the dressing run off, but there was a good amount of cheese. the chicken was good, but overall, the flavor of the salad just wasn't there. the sprite i ordered was just that... sprite. i'll return to this wendys, much like i have time and time again, but i'll stick to my nuggets and fries. until they stop carrying spicy nuggets, that is. read more
