I haven't eaten here in a bit. And I won't again. I ate here two times maybe two weeks apart and both times the food was bad. Why I went back the second time escapes me. This location used to be good. I ended up throwing out my food the second bad time I was here. I had the Dave's double stack (something like that if that is not the name) The burger had no flavor. The fries were soggy. The service wasn't much better. I feel for them. I know the job isn't easy being on their feet and dealing with some rude customers. But I am not rude so no need to be like that to me. Plenty of other places out there to eat. This location turned me off from all Wendy's....possibly forever. read more

EGGSHELLS AND ATTITUDES‼ Ordered through the drive-through AI system this morning and asked for my creamer and sugar on the side. When I got to the window, they handed me a coffee that was basically white. When I politely mentioned it, the employee immediately argued that I asked for a black coffee--even though I never spoke to a person while ordering. Instead of trying to figure out what went wrong, she handed me a cup full of sugar and I had to explain the issue again. I ended up fixing the coffee myself just so I could drink it. Then while eating my sandwich, I bit into a large piece of eggshell. I went inside and brought it to an employee's attention and asked if I could speak to someone about the experience. There seemed to be a language barrier, which I understand, but when another employee came over they didn't say a single word to me--just told her to remake the sandwich. At that point I didn't even want it anymore. After biting into an eggshell, the last thing I want is another egg sandwich. This was really bad. My Dave's burger was cold bur worse it tasted like it was a day old. I took two bites and threw it out. The large fry had no flavor and was also cold. I did enjoy the medium chocolate frosty I bought. This was delicious as always. I ordered my food on the app. I showed the cashier my order number which clearly showed the date and time, which was about 2 minutes before I went up to the counter. He said the order was not in the system as the manager said. She said this has been happening and did me a favor and gave me the food I paid for. They need to do better. Located across the street from the Cooper City sports complex and fire station, this Wendy's is just not great. Ordered in app and picked up through drive thru. Was asked to pull up while they prepped order. When they brought it out, it was missing the fries and sauces. Once I had everything I brought home to find two sandwiches with abnormal buns. Not exactly how they advertise these burgers to look. Quality was mid. Guess it'll be another 3-5 years before I give them another try. read more

I've never had a bad meal here but it can be very hit or miss for sure at this location. If you are in a rush I do not recommend using the drive thru because I have never had a fast experience in it, I always feel like I'd have been in and out if I ordered inside. I opt for the four for four meal and with that you get fries, a drink, a small chicken nugget and a chicken sandwich. Downside is you can't get grilled chicken in replacement of the fried but it doesn't stop me from ordering it. The fries are always warm, however usually greasy when I have them. The nuggets are always on point in my opinion and very tasty. I love their chicken sandwich but most of the time I get the lettuce removed because it always seems wilted and doesn't bring much to the sandwich other than slight depression when I bite into it. The soda is generic, I usually get a coke zero to "offset" the unhealthy. Good prices (because fast food) but the staff usually looks miserable. I'm giving it 4 stars because the food is good and usually fast but taking one because of staff and usually too greasy side items. read more

This is the closest Wendy's to my house. I like to review fast food differently then a regular restaurant because there are things that you will just have to accept when you go to a fast food place. I have no opinion of the inside because I never go inside a fast food place. This Wendy's can get quite busy and they're not the fastest. On a busier time, from order to pick up window, you're looking at 5-10 mins. The people working in their are hit and miss. Most of the time you get good workers and they're nice and polite. Every once in a while you'll have the person who wants to mumble or comes off rude. However, that's to be expected at a fast food place, people have good and bad days. Food wise, it's Wendy's, it's decent, food comes out hot, they're pretty accurate. I don't think I've ever had to go back because I was missing something. Reading through multiple Yelp reviews on various fast food restraunts, I've found a pretty steady trend. It doesn't take a genious to realize Yelpers generally don't any fast food chain. In fact, true foodies aren't lovers of big chain restaurants. This is completely understandable not only in principle, a bunch of foodies not finding anything to satiate their palate at a place that is dedicated to speed and not amazing food but even leaving tgat to tge way side, many fast food establishments just aren't good. Your order comes out wrong, the food is cold, over cooked, etc. I will say there are certainly things to complain about with fast food chains, but not at this Wendy's. While you won't find the catch of the day you can count on a nicely grilled chicken sandwich with the usual gambit. I was certainly skeptical about their latest push for the pretzle bun, but after giving it a go, I definitely found it a pretty good alternative to the regular buns served anywhere. In fact, I don't think I will ever go back to eating sandwiches on regular buns again. I might even go out and get pretzle buns so I can have them at home that's how much I liked it. honestly, I hate to leave bad reviews for places but this place is consistently terrible. Not just customer service but the quality of the food. The chicken nuggets are always dry and hard as rocks and the fries aren't just disgusting. I drove up to the drive through recently and the outside lights and the menu boards were were dark in lieu of the dusk occurring a half hour before. I went inside to order and advised the person at the counter of the situation. His response was " It's a simple menu anyway" Not quite what I expected.
