FASTEST DRIVE THROUGH IN TOWN (and this isn't always a good thing)! I have never in my life seen such a fast drive through! It's almost so fast, that sometimes I feel stressed out to get my money out before getting up to the window. I really wish they would slow down a bit so they can focus on their customers a little more. For instance, they are so anxious to take my money and get me out of the line that I feel guilty asking for a ketchup or a ranch dressing! I've been coming here for a long time, past few months service is terrible. They have messed up my order so often lately. My son does not eat meat so I ordered a chicken sandwich with a coke and a chocolate frosty. The worker tries to hand me a milk, I told her I ordered a coke, I grab my food and leave when I get home my son opens his back and is upset, they gave me a hamburger with vanilla frosty. I'm upset because this has happened before. I call the person who answered the phone asked me to come back to the restaurant, I worked all day, Friday traffic I told her I was not going to go back. I told her I would go back tomorrow. So I'm here, I order my sons food, let them know I was told to come in for a free kids meal, they said no. There is no note saying I was coming in. Omg this place... Omg.... The ghetto girl at the drive thru handed me a drink and said "I don't know what you ordered but here...." Excuse me!!?? She was so rude... Than while waiting for the food she is yelling for another employee to find out when her break was. So I asked for my money back, I'd go somewhere that didn't have horrible employees. She asked why I wanted my money back. I told her A- she was rude. And B- she didn't even know what I had ordered and was just handing me whatever! Went to grab some food on our way home. The lady taking our order was SUPER rude. Not only was she rushing me but my daughter woke up from us putting in our order so pulling up to the window so I order her a kids meal when we get to the window. The lady gives me an EXTREMELY RUDE sigh and snatches the card out of my hand. Then apparently there's an issue behind the register and she continues to yell "F**K" behind the window. I Waited seven minutes at the counter before anyone offered to take ny order. It's not like they were busy. There was only one family in the restaurant and two cars in the drive thru. I counted 5 employees working. Three employees walked by me at the counter a few times never asking me if I needed help or was ready to order. This location sux. Forget trying to come during lunch rush. I get that it supposed to be "fast food " but they practically throw ur food at you as you drive up the window. I get they are trying to get ur order to you quickly but they end up messing up your order anyways so quick isn't always mean good. This to me was rude sooo we go to the drive through and nobody answers so me and my mother drive to the window and they took the orders to the cars behind us so as where at the window they ask us if we bought frosties we tell them no we didn't get to order because nobody was their to assist us.
