Visited this Wendy's today. I was disappointed at how long it took for the food to be prepared and placed on the tray. Nothing like seeing your order losing heat behind the counter. There were plenty of cooks yet the front cashiers seemed brand new. Which could be the case BUT you may want to have a seasoned person on hand when it gets busy. Which it was pretty much the entire time I was there. Food was eh. My baked potato wasn't baked all the way thru so a super nice dining room tidy-upper got me a replacement. When that baby came out it looked like the cook mashed it up to hide the less than baked areas. I ate it. I was hungry. A number of other customers were getting upset about the wait time. This is one of the WORST managed places. The only reason we go there because of the Frosty. The bathroom is always a mess and so is the dining room. Even when we've been in there when they were slow, no one was cleaning the dining room or bathrooms. They put the fries on the tray first and let them sit there and get cold while they wait for your other food to be ready. It boils down to terrible management. It's no wonder Chick-fil-A, next door, is running rings around them. read more

I work in the area so wendys is a regular lunch destination. Most of the time I go there the employees either have a bad attitude or aren't very welcoming. The drive thru is terrible. The majority of my orders have been wrong, missing items, or both. I've been short changed and overcharged at least twice. Luckily inside orders are accurate, but thats about the only thing I can say about them. Its not uncommon for fries to be cold, soggy, or way too salty. On a better note, the 2/5 orders that are good are very good. read more

I'm not a die-hard fan of Wendy's but if I am ever in the mood, this location is very nice. You might want to avoid the jr. high/high school crown on Friday nights. I do not recommend the baked potato. Every time I have gotten one, I have had to trow it out because it was brown or dried. I don't know if it is because they reheated it. If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered large fries and a sour cream and chives baked potato. I get to the window and they gave me a large sprite no fries and a sorry ass baked potato with no sour cream. I tried calling the number they have on the receipt and it's disconnected. I just left this facility and they are very rude over the speaker and when I went to the window, the girl at the window was talking about me through the speaker to other employees. My daughter also was there earlier and there were a bunch of teenagers being rude over the intercom and were rude to her at the window. Don't know what is going on with this chain. The food used to be good and fast and priced just right. Now if you order for your family you are paying the price of a sit down joint. Can't believe how the price is so high now and the value menu is a joke. Service is hit and miss, place is normally clean and I have visited several times. My review is based on my average visit. Food quality has went down, I don't know if the fresh never frozen even makes a difference anymore. They used to be better than McDonald's but now it is just overpriced fast food. Bad location. All of our fries were burnt and my daughters kids meal was missing a toy. Plus for some reason always busy Drive thru.

We were the only ones there when we arrived about an hour after they opened. Looking forward to a little light breakfast. Ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal - sandwich, fries, and a drink Received Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal. Ate it anyway. Fries were cold and very much OVER-salted. The bathroom, for being early in the AM was not clean, papers on the floor, no paper towels for hand drying. We were charged extra for the lemonade - CHARGED EXTRA FOR LEMONADE!!! - the drink came with the meal!! We were not told Lemonade would be an extra charge. When we notified the employee who took our order.....no response... asked for the manager who had a very rude attitude, mockingly smiling at her cohorts behind the counter. Sadly, she missed an opportunity to teach the young employee what good customer service really is....and In this day they have too much competition to be so rude and arrogant to customers who only question the bill....and have a right to do so. Just went through the drive through and order a chicken sandwich combo....my bad, I drove off before checking my order. I did start eating my fries right away though...which were cold and soggy . I was more interested in the sandwich though, so when I got home I opened it up and it was a cheeseburger with mayonnaise, which asked for no mayo on my chicken sandwich. This one location in particular is always on top of it. You can get a whole meal for $4 and it's right by my job. Friendly staff and I almost never have a problem with my order, the few times I have they take care of it right away. Very professional and rare to see from a fast food location, I eat here every week. How do I start this? I was properly greeted by the young lady at the register. Then I proceeded to the restroom and that's what prompted to write this review. The restroom was looking pretty "tired" as if n9body had cleaned it all day. At risk of being gross, even the toilet had not been flushed by the last person (granted this is not Wendy's fault). SUPER FAST DRIVE THRU. Can always count on getting through it fast when in a huge hurry. I feel like they've increased their prices a tad. I remember this used to be my go to $3 meal place from the dollar menu. Now it's more like $4 and some change. My only complaint is that of you order a medium drink they will literally fill it all with ice and give you just as much soda as in a small. So ask for light ice. One of the worst Wendys I've ever been too. I live closer to this one then the one on Magnolia, my boyfriend loves it so I always just run there for food but I can't keep going back, terrible service and food. If you ask for fresh food don't expect fresh food, if you ask for extra chicken on your salad expect to be charged and not given extra, and if you call to complain even if your nice and not trying to be rude expect to argue with the managers who are extremely rude. I used to work for a Wendys. I know when my food isn't made right or not fresh I'm not being rude when I ask for things fresh I know the business so I like it fresh. FASTEST DRIVE THROUGH IN TOWN (and this isn't always a good thing)! I have never in my life seen such a fast drive through! It's almost so fast, that sometimes I feel stressed out to get my money out before getting up to the window. I really wish they would slow down a bit so they can focus on their customers a little more. For instance, they are so anxious to take my money and get me out of the line that I feel guilty asking for a ketchup or a ranch dressing!
