Not sure what happened to this location, but I can honestly say that my experience here (and based on what I saw many other people) was by far one of the worst examples of customer service that I have ever seen from any establishment. I placed a order at 8:20 through the app to pick up breakfast before my kids baseball game. Even though I knew we would not be out of the house for another 10 min, I pushed the "prepare now" button in the app (which says food will be ready in approximately 5 min) so it would be ready when we arrived as the game started at 9. You can imagine my surprise when I arrived and the food was not ready. The "manager", told me the were almost done it would be ready in a couple of minutes. It was at this point that I noticed that the 5 or so people working did not seem to be making anything, and were just sort of staring at each other. At 8:45 I said "I have to go, I would like a refund" and she said "sorry I can't do that come back after noon today and ask". So frustrated (and now not having enough time to feed the family) I went off to the baseball game and planned to return at lunch. You can imagine my shock when I arrived at noon and saw a bigger scale version of what I experienced in the morning!! I also noticed the restaurant was filthy and there were a ton of flies!!! Many customers (visibly upset) were sitting in the restaurant asking/wondering when their food would be prepared!!! I waited behind a guy who was trying to order (took over 10 min) before I could talk to an associate and ask for a manger. The experience with the manager was dismissive at best. You would think I would have learned my lesson from my review 5 years ago but it seems nothing has changed. Ordered a DoorDash order. It never arrived as I was working from home waiting and noticed the person didn't come through my security gate at the time reported, no food at door and they didn't follow instructions but they did take the tip! Giving two stars because I've gotten the 4 for 4 chicken BLT twice now and they keep giving me chicken with lettuce and mayo only...nope didn't order it that way. Since I work nearby-ish I can't just run back and waste my 30 minuets lunch break so I kinda just have to deal with the dry ass sandwich lol. Don't eat here unless you want roaches in your food.. Went in yesterday bought lunch and was about to eat my potato when I seen a roach on the side. Call end and spoke to the manager and she called Me a lier and was told to bring it back. Wife went through the drive thru to get lunch, asked for a receipt and noticed she was overcharged. When she looked at the order, she realized that she was charged for someone elses order. So she parks and goes into the store (defeating the purpose of the drive thru) and asks to speak to the manager. Come to find out, it was the manager who took her order and overcharged her for someone's meal. My wife asked for a refund and charge the correct amount, however the manager said he does not have the ability to refund her and for her to come back the next day for the refund. He then offered to charge her for the original order and refund that order. He just said he doesn't have the ability to refund but would be willing to charge her again for a refund. This is the manager, saying this. Wendy's your fries were cold and soggy, the chicken sandwich was tired and dry. That is why Chic-filet is killing the fast food game in this area. The young man at the window made sure to tell me happy mothers day after he correctly assumed that the boy in my passenger seat was my son. The menu has jumped in price and dropped in quality in my opinion. Most of the value items are definitely over $1. I find it a challenge to decide what I want after looking at the menu way longer than the car behind me would like. I settled on a simple old specialty tea ala Wendy's, and ordered my son a 4 for $4. One was a crispy chicken blt and one was a grilled chicken wrap, when checking in my bag when I got home I saw that my chicken wrap was totally opened and the chicken fell out the wrap into the bag. I called and Jessica answered and said to come tomorrow for a replacement (with attitude). Last night I went there and ordered two chicken nugget meals my total should've been about $16 they charge me 21 did not give me a receipt or the correct food. They had six people working behind the counter, and they looked busy, so there staffing level looked good. They couldn't get my order right from the speakerbox so when I came up to the window they still got it wrong. This rating is based on the recent level of improvement. My Man and I come to this Wendy's almost every time we were in the area to go shopping and they sucked big time! Service was very slow, they were unorganized, often got our orders wrong, the dining area was unkept, and the fries were stale. They must have changed their Management recently though because today they were friendly, prompt, the food was good, and a staff member made sure the dining area was well kept. I really wanted to ask to speak to the manager just to pay him/her a compliment, but it was a busy Black Friday so I didn't want to be disruptive.
