I tried to go on my lunch break, which is 30 minutes and the drive-through was severely backed up around the building and their drink machine is out of mouth syrup the lady he tried to fill up my cup, but didn't even a little all the way the place could use a good scrub and the second soda machine is off And no one always seems to speak English. It doesn't look like there's too many people. They definitely need to hire more people. It's like all of the depressed workers in the area came here for lunch. Dingy and needs a Good DEEP CLEAN. The food was served very quickly and it was hot too!! I have a lot of food allergies so my order is pretty weird, but they did everything correctly which doesn't always happen. In the dining area the soda machine did have numerous unavailable sodas which really shouldn't be happening (I also work in fast food and there's no reason they should have that many missing drinks). As well as being the only fast food spots, this is the only Wendy's in the area. So for a quick bite to eat, it's the you only choice. Food is warm and tasty. I am partial to the double stack burger. The building is one of the newer type of Wendy's restaurants. I think the issues that everyone faces are the service. When ordering food, they don't provide condiments as requested. The ketchup pump is always empty. They mix up the pickup zones (drive through vs in restaurant). If you ask for no ice and they still provide ice, this is a problem with service. read more

I stopped in to this Wendy's for a quick meal. I was not expecting the best Wendy's meal experience! I guess things have dramatically turned around from previous experiences with others. I ordered inside, and was served quickly. The food quality was excellent. My order consisted of two different salads, a classic Single, and a Strawberry Frosty. Each item was obviously carefully prepared, presentation and taste were excellent. The dining area was clean, and staff were actively cleaning off tables, and making sure the ambiance of the restaurant was friendly, and pleasant. We to the location for breakfast around 10am. My intention were to dine in. But the front door was locked even though the hours of operation sign said the dining room is open at 9/10am I believe. So I had no choice but to get back in my car and go through drive thru. The wait was ridiculous for a drive thru order . However, I ordered a 2 large breakfast combo (honey butter chicken biscuit w. large wedges and Lg Oj). After waiting about 10 mins for my order at the window- I checked my bag to makes sure everything was right and I ended up receiving size small wedges. So I had to wait another 10 mins just to get it fix . The lady that took my order was super nice and apologetic. Furthermore, as I'm eating my Chx sandwich It had a weird undone taste to it. So I start to examine my sandwich and come to realization that the sandwich wasn't even cooked. Then they gave me roll bread instead of biscuit. Please do not go here. The chicken was not cooked was pink and red inside. I got a stomach virus from it. Service was okay but stingy with the ghost pepper sauce. I think it depends on who is working that day. They should work on consistency. Again, just avoid this place. read more

This Wendy's location may look beautiful on the outside but they are terrible. They may have great fries but they fail to follow directions. I ordered a spicy chicken meal with Asiago cheese and they gave me a chicken sandwich with bacon. I am sda so I can not eat pork or anything that touches it. If I could give 0 Stars I would. Went through the drive thru ordered, as I am pulling out on 130 I take a swig of my drink, totally flat. It was like drinking watered down flat caramel syrup--YUCK! I had ordered 2 drinks so I turned around as I needed my caffeine pick me up...when I tell them they responded yeah our machine is broken, so I asked why they don't switch out the CO2, she then says oh no the whole system is broken. What!?! So they know the machine is broken but still selling the drinks I told them that was horrible customer service that they should inform their customers the machine is broken when people order. Excellent! I've never been to a Wendy's like it. The inside is aesthetically pleasing and clean, the food is quick (obviously) and they stay open late. The cashier was friendly and once again another place that I recommend. One thing that I do wish they add on the menu though is iced coffee. read more

This Wendys was NOT well managed. Person on register was not prepared for orders and had little to no help with customers that were on the short line. Line took 15-20 minutes for two people. I should have taken the clue. Soda machines were down too. Order was not ready even after almost 20 to 25 minutes .It wasn't even crowded when I got there. But as more folks arrived there was confusion with the few orders that were processed as front counter had people waitng there for what seemed like a long time. Went to the Wendy's and the "manager" said call doordash because the driver probably stole it Instead of just giving me the 10 nuggets and admitting they possibly made a mistake. Wow. On top of that the guy goes," IF IT MEANS THAT MUCH TO YOU, (as if was wrong) I can give you a discount on another order of 10 nuggets." This Wendy's is pretty great. My weird friends Skyler and Ava recommended it to me, it looked weird because it's kinda in the middle of no where, but due to my job as a Race Horse Trainer I don't have a lot of time on my hands to make a good old home cooked meal. Now I can easily say this is the closest I've come to a home cooked meal in a while. The build is also very nice. Where I work is very muddy so it's nice to see a clean building for once. read more

This place took forever. I would not recommend going there . We ordered at 6:02 and hot our food at 6:36, it's called a FAST food restaurant for a reason. Then they forgot about 6 things in our order which took even longer. To top that off BOTH of the soda machines were broken and the only drink choices were lemonade and coffee.
