I saw that Wendy's had changed their app but it didn't show a balance on my account or previous rewards. Amanda Harris, Kevin Gonzales and Patricia Fargo's were outstanding on attempting to resolve this issue. They were patient and friendly before suggesting that I contact Wendy's customer service. Went to Wendy's in Dahlonega today and probably for the last as long as that manager is there. She apparently has never trained her staff on how to use the app to pay. Every time I go to that store, there seems to be a problem requiring her assistance.! Today I tried to purchase a medium Frosty and hey couldn't figure out how to use it. The manager always acts like she is imposed upon or angry all the time. Will not return to that location. I'd rather drive the 15 miles to Dawsonville or do without Wendy's. This place has gone downhill so badly that my entire family refuses to eat there anymore. My son was eating fries and there's a hair wrapped around one. He quit going for 6 months and decided to go back to see if things had improved and he gets another hair in his fries! ha! What are the chances? Ive seen so many complaints of hair that obviously someone is balding or something there! Anyway, the food sucks! HOW? How do you screw up Wendy's food? It doesn't take a chef to cook it ! It's literally standard across the Country! But somehow they have screwed it up. They've gone down and down which is just ridiculous. You'd think if you owned a franchise that you'd look at these reviews and get rid of whoever is the problem causer...possibly management? And how one person (Amanda? red headed chick) can have so many complaints and not get fired is just bizarre. And how anyone can be so nasty to their fellow human is beyond my comprehension. I went through the drive through last week. A little backstory, I'm agoraphobic I have a service animal because of it. I don't do well in public. My sister was on the phone telling me what she wanted to eat. I messed up her order, instead of the sandwich I got the meal, I was going to change it asap, no one was at the first window, when I pulled up to the second window I had told the manger that I messed up and I need to change it, the loudest scoff comes out of her mouth. I went through the drive thru. The girl could not give change. When I got to he 2nd window, it looked like a manager was working the window. She was rude to me as well as a fellow employee that was working the window with her. When I asked if I could have some ketchup as well, she "huffed" & took the bag back inside the window and then dumped all kinds of STICKY packets on top of the fries. Who knows where those packets have been!!!! Then when I finally started eating my chicken sandwich, it was EXTREMELY hard around the edges and DRY!! This Wendy's used to be really good. I went through the drive through and a guy with glasses seemed to be making fun of me with alongside the other employees. I will no longer be going back as I don't feel comfortable there. I understand this is fast food restaurant but there is no professionalism whatsoever with what I saw. I did not eat the food as I was paranoid he did something to it. He seemed to laugh hard after I checked the food and started to drive away. He apparently did not wait to see if I would drive away. Came in for dinner and ordered to go. Friendly staff and very fast service. Nothing special about this Wendy's. It's hidden behind zaxbys and an auto parts store. It wasn't super clean, but not dirty just your average fast food restaurant. There was an error with my check, but they quickly corrected it with no hassles. I don't typically like to eat fast food, but this wasn't a bad experience so I would return possibly in the future. read more

Okay I think I'm coming to terms that Wendy's in general kinda suck. But this Wendy's is an exception to the rule. It's worse. Much worse. This Wendy's makes eating at another Wendy's feel like you're eating a Brazil steakhouse. The portions are not good, but the service is terrible. I understand that it can be busy in fast food as I have worked in fast food before, but I did not think it could be this bad. Even in rushes they don't take your order until there is one car at the window no matter how busy it is. This is because if they take all orders when they can their speed of service raises and it looks bad. When you get to the window it's terrible. I look forward to the occasional times that they don't say anything and just throw the food out the window to you. Normally what happens is I'll ask for something, because they usually forget it, and they act snarky and rude about missing items. If you've read my McDonald's review it's pretty on par with this Wendy's. Yes it's that bad. If you want Wendy's drive to the one in Murrayville. Every time we eat here the order is wrong. Often the fries and burgers are very cold. I have stopped gong but take the kids ever so often--the love the frosty desserts. The last time I went they left out our hamburgers. I drove home before I realized. I called back out there and they said i could come at anytime to get them. I went back and they said that there was no record of me calling and refused to return my food and they were very rude!! read more

The employees at Dahlonega Wendy's tend to be very rough and scary-looking...greasy hair, unkempt, half-shaved heads, facial piercings, lots of tatoos. The employees are also very slow and make customers wait for a long time at the counter before taking an order, saying they have to catch up with the drive-through first. The manager needs to hire better employees (e.g. Go look at Chick-Fil-A employees--only one block down the street. They are pleasant, quick, clean-cut, professional, and all-around terrific!!!) I have stopped eating at this Wendy's, but still eat at other Wendy's. read more
