It's not really that hard. I did that this time. I bought a bunch of bagels, then turned them into breakfast sandwiches. One thing that's random though is every time I'm craving a bagel, it just happens to be on the day they're closed haha. Then I have to remember that I wanted a bagel for the rest of the week and then go. But this time I did!!! I'm so glad I remembered because I absolutely love these bagels. The service here is really good. The ambiance is chill if you sit on the patio. It's nice. I don't usually turn my gps on when I come here though so sometimes I accidentally drive right by it because I miss the yellow umbrella. The bagels are phenomenal. If you go inside to use the washroom, you'll see the fresh bagel-making in action. They have a whole old-fashioned assembly line with the orders hanging from a string. While the texture is crunchy on the outside, the bagel is incredibly soft and chewy on the inside. You can tell these are handmade bagels. My friend enjoyed the roe on a sea salt sesame bagel and said it was tasty and fresh. I found the onion bagel a tad burnt on the outside, but the texture was still amazing. The stuffed bagels here are absolutely incredible. The flavored cream cheeses inside the calic bagels are rich, decadent and full of flavor. I love that the bottom of the bagels here have a nice crunchy crust. The bagels feel a bit pricey at $9 each, but they'll leave you stuffed. Staff is friendly, and while you're waiting for your order to be prepared, they have bagel samples available -- as well as tea and water, on the front counter.
