Asian Cashew Chicken Salad Do not order any signature salad at Wendys. I had a Asian Cashew Chicken Salad this Sunday evening. Guess what ?? The greens were NOT Asian - just some chopped up lettuce and spinach. The chicken - again Not Asian - just some cubes of grilled chicken. The Cashews - Nothing Asian about them, neither the seasoning. The choice of dressing - Thousand Island or Ranch! When did these become Asian? How far can a restaurant go with false advertising? I've been here several times in the morning for breakfast and each time has been a disaster. The most recent atrocity was this morning. I placed an app order for a few sausage sandwiches. I showed up at 9:45 and there was nobody in line at the drive thru or in the restaurant. I still had to wait almost five minutes before they took my order. I told them I had an app order. They took my name and told me to come to the window. Three minutes later, they told me that it'd be at least 5 minutes before the sausage could be cooked. It's now 10:05...20 minutes after I showed up. I'm still waiting for my food. Unless they're slaughtering the pig and then cooking it up, I don't know how it could take 20 minutes to make a couple sausage sandwiches. So if they come out drenched in pig blood, I might up this review for them serving the freshest farm to table food in the industry. But since you're reading a one star review, you know that they just suck at life. read more

DO NOT GO TO THEIR DRIVE THROUGH AFTER 10 OR EVEN 9!!! I regret driving by here each time but its the only wendys near san ramon and it is on the way back home from work. I always get the meal with the nuggets with their bbq sauce i really like. 4 OUT OF 5 TIMES (and all these going in their drive thru after 9PM i would come home to find me with the nastiest fries. They were close to cold it tasted like i was chewing potato boiled with way too much salt. I don't usually rate fast food places but today i was so pissed i had to write one. My nuggets which in the past were fresh and hot by the time i get home were so cold and dry. Even their bbq sauce i love could not help me finish them. Paid $9.01 to be exact and i ate 1pc nugget 4 fries and the rest in my trash. Pissed and not a way to end a day. Very good lunch. Dollar Menu (or Value) is spectacular. I spent $2.17 and I'm full. I got the 5pc nuggets and a crispy chicken sandwich, 99 cents a piece. Also, the service was amazing. Someone came by and took our garbage and cleaned our table and another person asked if we wanted refills. I was in awe at the service level of Wendy's. I guess it really isn't fast food. read more

Usually I have good experiences going thru the drive thru, but I'm really not liking the Spanish lady that holds her finger at you if she gets the order wrong. EVERYTIME I go thru the drive thru and she[s working there, SHE GETS MY ORDERS WRONG!!! It's quite frustrating especially when I ordered a strawberry lemonade no ice, she gives me lemonade and insisting I take it. I'm like no, I always order the same drink in all my orders, when she corrects it, she just puts a few strawberry puree and call it a day. AWFUL SERVICE AND SHE MESSES UP TOO MUCH! it's really too bad....... I would have appreciated a Wendy's close by that I could rely on... it's been while since I read fast food nation... and it's entirely possible that I'm going to write more on this review than is really warranted by the fact that I've run into yet ANOTHER lame set of people working at a fast food restaurant... so call this a reflection on the bottom chunk of society that is incapable of executing in what is viewed as the simplest manner, and probably would be shocked if their jobs are outsourced to a 3rd world country.... anyway, back on topic is that I remember in fast food nation some bits about fast food being based off of the fact that simple food can be mass produced and basically factoried for quick and efficient delivery. it seems as though the people at these companies are forgetting that the limiting factor is the ability of the, and I use the term VERY loosely, "talent" being able to interpret and enter, and deliver the orders accurately. If you have 50 different things on the menu, then your staff better be able to differentiate between item 1 and 2, and item 2 and 3. In this case.... not so much. Not only was comprehension of basic english non-existent, but also was the ability to deliver on what was confirmed back to me. The burgers are decent, but they can't seem to get orders right. The last four visits, three of the orders were messed up. The last visit I complained and the manager told me the next visit would be free. Today the manager told she'd only give me the kids .99 bugers free, then tried to charge me for them, then gave me 4 kids burgers when I ordered 2, and charged me for the kids burgers too. They also didn't make any of the burgers right today. The one star is for lying to me about my free lunch and then screwing it up anyways. If you have a problem at this store, don't ask Ena, you'll get attitude and little else, and yes she's a manager too. read more

WORST wendys ever. I went to the drive thru at about 11:30pm. I was the only car there. My order was simple (cheeseburger, chkn nuggets, fries and sprite). After I paid, they asked me to pull forward to wait for my "fresh made " food. I said no problem and asked them to please include ketchup. After I waited almost 10 min the girl brought my food. NOTHING fresh about it. Cold fries and chkn. NO KETCHUP IN THE BAG and she forgot my soda. Haven't gone here for a while. Got their double cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, fries and a baked potato off their dollar menu and ordered a small chili. All for just over $5, great deal. Asked fries to be extra crispy, Donnie the manager brought our fries out to us in the dining area once they were done. Great service for a fast food joint. Good food, cheap meal. This wendy is faster than ANY fast food place I have EVER been to in my life! I come here for lunch once a month and usually go for 2 things of chicken nuggets, a frosty, and value fries which only totals 4 bucks! So they have the Speed down, the cost is low, and there are some good options on the menu. Go here if you want a quick lunch. Drive through or dine it, it don't matter. Staff here is quite friendly, really impressive for a fast-food restaurant. Chili is good (and reasonably healthful). Burgers and chicken sandwiches are typical for Wendy's. Fries aren't as good as McDonald's but just about everything else is better. Good management. read more

Call me unhealthy, but i eat fast food all the time. and wendy's is generally my fave spot to go to. its my go to. but i have to say, i had one of the most worst experiences ever this past week. where should i begin.. #1 - ordered 2 combos meals, i get one combo and a "you only ordered one combo meal" at the window when my receipt clearly said i had two.. #2 - regular nuggets when I ordered the spicy. #3 no drink #4 incorrect sauce. #5 cold chili #6 i order the new spicy chicken guac and bacon sandwich and instead i get the regular spicy chicken sandwich (which was cold). #7 forgot fries. Wendy's was my #2 behind mc'ds. but after this (this wasn't the first bad experience i had here, and i think it is just this location) drops behind jack, carls' and kfc. i probably wouldn't come back here until something changes. This Wendy's ROCK!!! Great Customer Service and the BEST Chicken Pecan Salad and Dressing EVER!!! This salad is a main staple (without the cheese) and now I have my husband addicted. I've lost 22+ lbs. on Weight Watchers eating this salad on a regular basis, sometimes for lunch and dinner the same day, never tiring of the flavor. But truly the gal who is always at the window taking my money (wish I knew her name - but she knows me...) is really great. I always feel welcome. read more

This place is hella nasty. It is not clean and their condiments appear to never be wiped down and they have really disgusting food there. They served me a cold 1/4 pound burger with the order completely screwed up. Then they had a person running the register that probably had down's syndrome or had no idea what he doing because he gave me incorrect change and put a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't want on my burger. This is my go to lunch place. Customer service is above and beyond. They always make sure you walk out with a smile on your face. They do not make you feel rushed when ordering, even during lunchtime. They always have something great whether its a side salad or their recently featured new burgers. read more

I went here today because one of my girls wanted something so I go inside and the girl working the register (Taylor ) just walks away from us and didn't say I will be right with you or anything. Finally when Taylor comes back to the register she takes my order no customer service skills what so ever (No smile no nothing). I order a lg lemonade besides the drink that came with the meal and she starts telling me that I ordered the lemonade with the meal so she had to ring up another seperate large drink and she acted like it was such an impostion. The person standing next to Taylor was apologizing for the misunderstanding when Taylor should have apologized especially for all but calling me a liar when she said I didn't order another drink. I would not recommend this place to anyone since the employees are aloud to act like that. read more

If i could give no stars I would do so. I ordered a southwest chicken salad on the mobile app to save time, stated that I wanted ranch dressing instead of the bbq dressing, I get to drive up window I remind the guy that I wanted ranch dressing he gives me attitude says , "yeah yeah". I get my order check my bag I have a ranch dressing that is OPEN looks like it was stepped on, chewed and sucked on with hard crust on the plastic and put in my bag. I wanted to go back in the drive thru, but the line was long. I definitely would have went back in and told them but since COVID-19 there closed inside, and I'm glad there closed in a way bc who knows what else they could have done to my food. To make a long story short even if your starving don't go to this DUMP they have too much attitude and they don't care about your food. During times such as this you don't want to take any chances. This review for Jonathan, the manager on Feb 27th that had to work a second shift at 7:30pm. So I was getting food for my kids and we were rushing to get them to swim class. We thought Wendy's would be a good idea since its close but little did we know they were short staffed. They got my order completely wrong so I went back and Jonathan made things right. He apologized and provided with the missing items. He told me that he was working past his shift to cover for another manager, totally understandable we all have had days like that. So bad. You can go see a manager that cusses and yells at customers (of course after customers complain, nothing crazy like just cussing for no reason). She actually told me "fu*# you". I was quite surprised and didn't quite know what to say!! Lmao.
