So, when I heard that Wendy's was partnering with Spongebob I thought-- well that feels weird and unnecessary. And then I decided to eat my feelings and try out their Krabby Patty Kollab meal and well as the kids say, that *ish slaps. I mean for fast food it was pretty tasty. That pineapple under the sea frosty? Yum! Probably my favorite frosty flavor yet. If you like Wendy's burgers the Krabby Patty is a nice little saucy upgrade to their standard options. This Wendy's gets some pretty awful reviews, but I've never had a problem here. They always get my order right and you never have to wait long. read more

This is my go to place for fast food. I feel like they have always had the best quality fast food and the greatest selection. I used to go here for their chili and their baked potatoes which were excellent. Now I will stop by and just grab a burger when I am out doing errands and don't have time for anything else. Their food seems fresher and tastier than other fast food places and their prices are very reasonable. I also find that the quality of service even at the drive-through is better here than at a lot of other fast food restaurants that I have gone to. So if I am out and I need something quick and I don't want to pay a lot of money for fast food but I want some good service then this is the place that I go. I've been going to this wendy's for years seeing as it is the closest to my house. They have not been the best, but the last year has been absolutely horrible. I just went through the drive thru and it seemed like one teenager was running the entire store. He was running the window while also taking orders and having to pause one to do the other. This is a MANAGEMENT issue. I've been working in the work field for years and I know how it works. If you're understaffed, close. Don't force your underage staff to run the whole building. Disgusting! Went at 4:30 on 4/2/19. There was no one there, just the workers. Ordered a fish sandwich as I have had them at other locations and they were excellent. Drove away, opened it and had a wilted white piece of lettuce with brown on the edges. The fish was stone cold and overcooked. It was reminiscent of being under the fryolator instead of in it. I took it back rather than discarding it. The shift manager offered me another one but seeing I was the only customer and waited in the drive thru for a good 4-5 minutes, why wait longer for a fresh one. I told the manager to tell his employees to take pride in their work and if not, get another job. People ingest this crap. Completely unacceptable. And if by chance the owner sees this, you as well should take a little more pride rather than counting the dollars. Absolutely disgusting. Never again will I go to this location. read more

This is definitely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The speaker in the drive thru must be broken or something, because neither I or the clerk could hear each other. I had to confirm my order three times before I saw that it was correctly displayed on the screen. I pulled up to the 1st window and the young man took my payment without saying a word. I'd be grumpy too if I had that job, but jee whiz. I pulled up to the second window and had to ask for my beverage twice as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Extremely poor service. Ordered a plain junior bacon cheeseburger with JUST bacon and cheese, got a regular bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. Wanted chicken nuggets (which came out cold) with sweet and sour sauce, they gave us barbecue. Gave us water with no ice. Now normally I love Wendy's as far as fastfood goes, but this Wendy's is by far the worst one I've ever been to and nearly ruins all the others. I don't know who manages or runs this franchise location, but they are doing everything wrong. First off, the food is always cold, old, and terrible. For reference, I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, large fry, and a coke. The sandwich was cold and the lettuce was wilted and brown in spots. I didn't dare look at the tomato. The fries were soggy to the point of dripping grease and were cold. This isn't my first terrible experience at this location. It's so close that I find myself returning, but I think from now on I'll make the minute trek further and go elsewhere. This place doesn't even have a respectable dollar menu like all the others. Even the 4 piece nugget is more than 99c (previously they had the 5 piece for 1.39 and kept the same price point when they reduced the number to 4). Overall, if you have a craving for Wendy's and are near this location avoid it. Drive 20 miles to another Wendy's if you want it that bad, but going here is a waste of time and money.
